Between the first drying section 5 and the second drying section 8 there are provided an embossing machine 6 and a padding machine 7.
Lifting grooves 9 are formed below the two moving parts 3, the lifting grooves 9 in the first step comprise groove bodies 91, and a softening agent is arranged in the front groove bodies 91 and used for softening and finishing flannelette; an ultrasonic generator is arranged in the wall of the rear groove body 91, so that the flannelette can be conveniently subjected to antibacterial finishing.

subsequently, under the tensile force of the rear clamp 214, the flannelette is sequentially pulled to the embossing machine 6, the padding machine 7 and the second drying part 8 for treatment, the flannelette is pulled to the rear moving part 3 to be wound on the plurality of short rollers 33, the rear lifting groove 9 is lifted to perform antibacterial finishing on the flannelette, and after finishing is completed, the flannelette is synchronously pulled to the second drying part 8 for drying through the tensile force of the front clamp 214, so that finishing.

step five: and (4) antibacterial finishing, namely preparing an antibacterial finishing agent, putting the antibacterial finishing agent into the rear lifting groove (9), wherein the rear lifting groove (9) is an ultrasonic water tank, soaking the flannelette finished in the step four into the ultrasonic water tank for 5 seconds, taking out the flannelette, and drying the flannelette.
