DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 20. A multifunctional steam spray gun according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a main gun body 1, a cleaning component, a disinfection component and a wallpaper removal cover plate component.

The main gun body 1 includes a gun housing 10 , a liquid pump 11 , a steam generator 12 , a control circuit board 13 , a power switch 14 , a gear selection switch 15 , a liquid input interface 16 and a steam output interface 17 .

The liquid pump 11, the steam generator 12, and the control circuit board 13 are all accommodated in the gun housing 10. The liquid input interface 16 is connected to the inlet of the liquid pump 11 through the first connecting pipe 181, the outlet of the liquid pump 11 is connected to the inlet of the steam generator 12 through the second connecting pipe 182, and the steam output interface 17 is connected to the outlet of the steam generator 12. The power source of the main gun body 1 is 220V AC, which is connected through the power cord 19. Turn on the power switch 14, the control circuit board 13 starts to work, and the gear can be adjusted by pressing the gear selection switch 15. In this embodiment, there are three gears of low, medium and high, representing the size of different steam output. The control circuit board 13 controls the operation of the liquid pump 11, and the liquid pump 11 transports the liquid input from the liquid input interface 16 to the steam generator 12. The control circuit board 13 controls the heating core in the steam generator 12 to heat up, turning the liquid into steam, and the steam is output from the steam output interface 17.

Please refer to Figures 7 to 9. The cleaning assembly includes a cleaning nozzle 21 and a cleaning liquid container assembly 22. The cleaning liquid container assembly 22 includes a cleaning liquid container 22a and a cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b. The cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b is connected to the cleaning liquid container 22a. The cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b includes a cleaning liquid outlet joint body 221 and a cleaning liquid suction pipe 222. The upper end of the cleaning liquid suction pipe 222 is connected to the cleaning liquid outlet joint body 221 and communicates with the cleaning liquid outlet channel 220 of the cleaning liquid outlet joint body 221. The lower end of the cleaning liquid suction pipe 222 is inserted into the cleaning liquid container 22a. A first sealing gasket 223 is also provided on the cleaning liquid outlet joint body 221.

Please refer to Figures 10 to 12. The disinfection assembly includes a disinfectant nozzle 31 and a disinfectant container assembly 32. The disinfectant container assembly 32 includes a disinfectant container 32a and a disinfectant outlet joint 32b. The disinfectant outlet joint 32b is connected to the disinfectant container 32a. The disinfectant outlet joint 32b includes a disinfectant outlet joint body 321 and a disinfectant suction pipe 322. The upper end of the disinfectant suction pipe 322 is connected to the disinfectant outlet joint body 321 and communicates with the disinfectant outlet channel 320 of the disinfectant outlet joint body 321. The lower end of the disinfectant suction pipe 322 is inserted into the disinfectant container 32a.

Please refer to Figures 13 to 16. The wallpaper removal cover plate assembly includes a wallpaper removal cover plate 41 and a pipe joint 42.

The wallpaper removal cover plate 41 includes a cover plate body 41a and a cross-shaped five-way joint 41b. The cover plate body 41a is provided with a steam inlet interface 411, and the steam inlet interface 411 is connected to the steam output interface 17 of the main gun body 1. The cross-shaped five-way joint 41b includes four branch pipes 413 and an interface pipe 415. The interface pipe 415 is connected to the cover plate body 41a and communicates with the steam inlet interface 411; the four branch pipes 413 intersect in a cross shape and are vertically connected to the interface pipe 415 at the intersection. The other end of the four branch pipes 413 away from the intersection end is closed with a plug 417, and the side walls of the four branch pipes 413 are respectively provided with steam outlet holes 414 to ensure uniform steam discharge from the wallpaper removal cover plate.

The pipe joint 42 includes an upper joint portion 42a and a lower joint portion 42b. An upper liquid channel 421 is provided in the upper joint portion 42a, and a lower liquid channel 422 is provided in the lower joint portion 42b. The upper joint portion 42a and the lower joint portion 42b are detachably connected, and the upper liquid channel 421 communicates with the lower liquid channel 422. A hose joint 42c for connecting to the hose 43 is provided on the bottom surface of the lower joint portion 42b, and the hose joint 42c communicates with the lower liquid channel 422.

Furthermore, a one-way valve is provided in the hose connector 42c, and the one-way valve is used to open the liquid passage 423 in the hose connector when the upper connector part 42a and the lower connector part 42b are connected together, and to close the liquid passage 423 in the hose connector 42c when the upper connector part 42a and the lower connector part 42b are separated.

In this embodiment, the one-way valve includes a second valve stem 441, a second spring 442 and a one-way valve sealing ring 443. The second valve stem 441 passes through the liquid passage 423 in the hose connector 42c, and the second valve stem 441 and the lower liquid passage 422 are respectively provided with a second spring stopper 445 and a third spring stopper 446. The second spring 442 is sleeved outside the second valve stem 441, and the two ends of the second spring 442 abut against the second spring stopper 445 and the third spring stopper 446 respectively. The one-way valve sealing ring 443 is sleeved outside the lower end of the second valve stem 441, and the lower end of the second valve stem 441 extends out of the hose connector 42c. The upper joint portion 42a is provided with a valve stem pressing portion 425; when the upper joint portion 42a and the lower joint portion 42b are connected together, the valve stem pressing portion 425 presses the second valve stem 441, so that the second valve stem 441 overcomes the elastic force of the second spring 442 and moves downward, and the one-way valve sealing ring 443 leaves the bottom surface of the hose joint 42c, opening the liquid passage 423; when the upper joint portion 42a and the lower joint portion 42b are separated, the second valve stem 441 is reset under the elastic force of the second spring 442, and the one-way valve sealing ring 443 presses against the bottom surface of the hose joint 42c, closing the liquid passage 423.

In this embodiment, the upper joint portion 42a covers the lower joint portion 42b and is spirally connected to the lower joint portion 42b. A second sealing pad 426 is also provided on the upper joint portion 42a.

When the main gun body 1 is connected to the cleaning component, the cleaning liquid outlet connector 22b is detachably connected to the main gun body 1 and connected to the liquid input interface 16, and the cleaning nozzle 21 is detachably connected to the steam output interface 17; when the main gun body 1 is connected to the disinfection component, the disinfectant liquid outlet connector 32b is detachably connected to the main gun body 1 and connected to the liquid input interface 16, and the disinfectant nozzle 31 is detachably connected to the steam output interface 17; when the main gun body 1 is connected to the wallpaper removal cover assembly, the pipe connector 42 is detachably connected to the main gun body 1 and connected to the liquid input interface 16, and the wallpaper removal cover 41 is detachably connected to the steam output interface 17.

In this embodiment, one end of the steam output interface 17 horizontally extends out of the gun housing 10 of the main gun body 1, and is selectively detachably engaged with the cleaning nozzle 21, the disinfectant nozzle 31, or the wallpaper removal cover plate 41. Please refer to FIG. 20, an L-shaped card slot 177 is provided on the end 17c of the steam output interface 17 extending out of the gun housing 10 of the main gun body 1, and a first card column 212, a second card column 312, and a third card column 412 engaged with the L-shaped card slot 177 are respectively provided on the inner wall of the cleaning nozzle 21, the inner wall of the disinfectant nozzle 31, and the inner wall of the steam inlet interface 411 of the wallpaper removal cover plate 41.

Please refer to Figure 17. In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the gun shell of the main gun body 1 is provided with a through hole 102 for the cleaning liquid outlet connector 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet connector 32b and the pipe connector 42 to pass through. The main gun body 1 is provided with a clamping portion 18 above the through hole 102, and the clamping portion 18 is selectively detachably clamped with the cleaning liquid outlet connector 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet connector 32b or the pipe connector 42. In this embodiment, the clamping portion 18 is a pair of L-shaped clamping grooves, and the cleaning liquid outlet connector 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet connector 32b and the pipe connector 42 are respectively provided with a pair of fourth clamping columns 224, a pair of fifth clamping columns 324 and a pair of sixth clamping columns 424 that are clamped and matched with the above pair of L-shaped clamping grooves.

In this embodiment, the liquid input interface 16 is composed of a first three-way joint, and the steam output interface 17 is composed of a second three-way joint. The first port 161 of the first three-way joint is used to selectively connect to the cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet joint 32b or the pipe joint 42, the second port 162 of the first three-way joint is connected to the inlet of the liquid pump 11, and the third port 163 of the first three-way joint is connected to the first port 171 of the second three-way joint. The second port 172 of the second three-way joint is connected to the outlet of the steam generator 12, and the third port 173 of the second three-way joint is used to selectively connect to the steam inlet interface 411 of the cleaning nozzle 21, the disinfectant nozzle 31 or the wallpaper removal cover plate 41. The end 17c of the steam output interface 17 extending out of the gun housing 10 of the main gun body 1 is a part of the third port 173.

The first port 161 of the first three-way joint is used to selectively allow the cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet joint 32b or the pipe joint 42 to be inserted. The upper parts of the cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet joint 32b and the pipe joint 42 are respectively provided with a first joint sealing ring 228, a second joint sealing ring 328 and a third joint sealing ring 428 to achieve sealing between the outer side surface of the cleaning liquid outlet joint 22b, the disinfectant liquid outlet joint 32b or the pipe joint 42 and the inner side wall of the first port 161.

The top of the third port 163 of the first three-way joint is provided with an inserting portion 163a, which extends into the first port 171 of the second three-way joint. The outer side of the inserting portion is sealed with the inner side of the first port 171 of the second three-way joint through the inserting portion sealing ring 166.

A pressure relief valve is provided in the third port 163 of the first three-way joint. When the steam pressure on the upstream side of the pressure relief valve is greater than the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve opens to allow steam to be discharged through the first port 161 and the second port 162 of the first three-way joint.

In this embodiment, the pressure relief valve is disposed in the plug-in portion 163 a and includes a valve seat 190 , a first valve stem 191 , a first spring 192 and a pressure relief valve sealing ring 193 .

The valve seat 190 is connected to the inner wall of the plug-in portion 163a, and the valve seat 190 has a valve port 194. The first valve stem 191 passes through the valve port 194, and the upper and lower parts of the first valve stem 191 are provided with a first spring stopper 195 and a pressure relief valve seal ring stopper 196. The first spring 192 is sleeved outside the upper part of the first valve stem 191, and the two ends of the first spring 192 respectively abut against the first spring stopper 195 and the valve seat 190. The pressure relief valve seal ring 193 is sleeved outside the lower part of the first valve stem 191, and abuts against the bottom surface of the valve seat 190 and the pressure relief valve seal ring stopper 196 respectively to close the valve port 194.

In this embodiment, the first spring stopper 195 is a retaining spring, and the pressure relief valve seal ring stopper 196 is a stop step. In other embodiments, the pressure relief valve may also be disposed in the first port 171 of the second three-way connector.

In this embodiment, a partition 174 is provided in the first port 171 of the second three-way joint, and the periphery of the partition 174 is connected to the side wall of the first port 171; the partition 174 is located above the pressure relief valve, and a steam hole 175 is provided on the partition 174. The steam hole 175 is used as a pressure relief protection function hole. When the cleaning nozzle 21, the disinfectant nozzle 31 or the steam inlet interface 411 of the wallpaper removal cover plate 41 is blocked, steam will enter through the steam hole 175. When the steam pressure from the steam hole is greater than the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve, the steam will push the first valve stem 191 to overcome the elastic force of the first spring 192 and move downward, and the valve port 194 will be opened, thereby playing a role in safety pressure relief.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the main gun body can be detachably connected to the cleaning component, the disinfection component or the wallpaper removal cover component according to actual needs, so that the steam spray gun of this embodiment can meet the needs of cleaning, disinfection and steam wallpaper removal, realize multiple uses of one machine, and thus reduce the user's usage cost.

The multipurpose steam spray gun of claim 9, wherein a one-way valve is provided in the hose connector for opening a liquid passage in the hose connector when the upper connector portion and the lower connector portion are connected together and closing a liquid passage in the hose connector when the upper connector portion and the lower connector portion are separated.

The multipurpose steam spray gun of claim 10, wherein the check valve includes a second valve stem, a second spring and a check valve seal, the second valve stem passing through a liquid passage in the hose connector, the second valve stem and the lower liquid passage being provided with a second spring stop and a third spring stop, respectively; the second spring is sleeved outside the second valve rod, and two ends of the second spring are respectively abutted against the second spring stop part and the third spring stop part; the check valve sealing ring is sleeved outside the lower end of the second valve rod, and the lower end of the second valve rod extends out of the hose joint;

The upper joint part is provided with a valve rod pressing part; when the upper joint part and the lower joint part are connected together, the valve rod propping part props against the second valve rod so as to enable the second valve rod to downwards move against the elastic force of the second spring, and the one-way valve sealing ring is separated from the bottom surface of the hose joint to open the liquid passage; when the upper joint part is separated from the lower joint part, the second valve rod is reset under the action of the elastic force of the second spring, and the check valve sealing ring abuts against the bottom surface of the hose joint to close the liquid passage.
