The main auxiliary heating parts in the market at present are PTC ceramic heating parts, and although the main auxiliary heating parts have the advantages of simple temperature control and controlled heating, the main auxiliary heating parts also have the disadvantages of large volume and weight, high material cost and low heating rate; other tube-type heating resistors in the existing market are mainly designed from traditional civil or industrial systems, have single structures, complex sealing and welding processes, lower heating power and limited electrical insulation capacity, and still have great defects in the applicability of vehicle high-voltage electrical systems and vehicle operating environments. Therefore, a new compact tubular heating resistor is needed to meet the market demand of new energy vehicles.

As shown in fig. 3, after an inner spiral tube 12 of the resistance heating tube is arranged inside an outer spiral tube 11 of the resistance heating tube and is rotated to a proper position, four leading-out ends are penetrated through an installation chassis 2 and fixed together, and each leading-out end of the resistance heating tube 1 is arranged into a tube opening and fixed after an insulator 3 penetrates through a leading-out rod 4; the product is fixed to the coolant system heat exchanger shell through four mounting holes 22 of the mounting base plate.
