1. A chemical adding and spraying device for resource treatment of waste aluminum ash is characterized by comprising a stirring tank (1) for stirring the waste aluminum ash,
two stirring shafts (2) are vertically arranged in the stirring tank (1), one ends of the two stirring shafts (2) penetrate through the top surface of the stirring tank (1) and are connected with second belt wheels (21), and stirring blades (22) are sleeved at the other ends of the stirring shafts (2);
