In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides an internet-based online office management system, the system comprising:
the action data acquisition module is used for acquiring current actual dynamic data of a current online office main body in a preset range through a preset main body information acquisition sensor based on the Internet technology and extracting a current main body identification and the current main body action based on the current actual dynamic data;
the office authority judging module is used for judging whether the current online office main body has office authority to the current online office equipment or not according to the current main body identification, and if the judging result shows that the current online office equipment does not have the office authority, the current online office equipment is not started;
the software starting judging module is used for judging whether the current main body action is matched with a preset initial office action or not according to the judgment result that the current main body action has office authority, and if the current main body action is matched with the preset initial office action, pre-starting the preset office software of the current online office equipment based on the Internet technology;
and the office software control module is used for acquiring the current actual trigger data of the current online office main body, judging whether the current online office main body needs to use each preset office software according to the current actual trigger data, and if so, converting each preset office software from a pre-starting state to an actual starting state.
In one embodiment, the office software control module is further configured to:
acquiring current actual trigger data of the current online office main body, performing action disassembly according to the current actual trigger data and acquiring a plurality of current disassembly actions, and simultaneously performing voice information extraction on the current actual trigger data and acquiring a plurality of actual voice keywords; screening out current dismantling actions in a preset standard trigger area from each current dismantling action, and recording as current primary selection actions; judging whether the current primary selection actions meet the standard starting action or not, and if so, generating a first meeting instruction; according to the first coincidence instruction, further judging whether each actual voice keyword is matched with a preset standard voice keyword; if the actual voice keywords are matched with the preset standard voice keywords, generating a second coincidence instruction, judging that the current online office main body needs to use the preset office software based on the second coincidence instruction, and converting the preset office software from a pre-starting state to an actual starting state;
the office software control module is further configured to: acquiring other online office software started by the current online office main body after each preset office software is started; respectively counting the actual use time of the current online office main body in using each piece of other online office software; setting other online office software corresponding to actual use time which is longer than the preset common use time as pre-estimated common software; obtaining common setting parameters of the current online office main body to each estimated common software; and setting the pre-estimated common software corresponding to the common set parameters which are larger than the preset standard parameters as the preset office software.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a replication data management module to:
acquiring each actual copied data copied by the current online office main body during office; respectively extracting keywords from each actual copied data and generating copied data keywords, wherein one copied data keyword corresponds to one actual copied data; displaying the copied data keywords in a preset copied data display area according to the actual copying sequence of the current online office subject; acquiring data arrangement adjustment information of the current online office main body on each copied data keyword in the copied data display area; performing sorting adjustment matched with the data arrangement adjustment information on each copied data keyword in the copied data display area according to the data arrangement adjustment information;
the replication data management module is further configured to: acquiring an initial setting area set on a desktop of the current online office equipment by the current online office main body; performing area correction on the initial setting area and generating a copied data display area; generating duplicate data icons matched with the word senses of the duplicate data keywords according to the word senses of the duplicate data keywords, wherein one duplicate data keyword corresponds to one duplicate data icon; acquiring the actual copying sequence of each actual copied data corresponding to each copied data keyword by the current online office main body; and displaying the copied data icons and the corresponding copied data keywords in the copied data display area according to the actual copying sequence.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a computer device comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor realizes the steps of the internet-based online office management method when executing the computer program.
A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-described internet-based online office management method.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), rambus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct Rambus Dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and Rambus Dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.

Claims (10)
1. An internet-based online office management method, comprising:
acquiring current actual dynamic data of a current online office main body within a preset range through a preset main body information acquisition sensor based on an internet technology, and extracting a current main body identification and a current main body action based on the current actual dynamic data; judging whether the current online office main body has office authority for the current online office equipment or not according to the current main body identification, and if the judgment result shows that the current online office equipment does not have the office authority, not starting the current online office equipment; if the judgment result shows that the current main body action is matched with the preset initial office action, judging whether the current main body action is matched with the preset initial office action or not, and if the current main body action is matched with the preset initial office action, pre-starting preset office software of the current online office equipment based on the Internet technology; and acquiring current actual trigger data of the current online office main body, judging whether the current online office main body needs to use each preset office software according to the current actual trigger data, and if so, converting each preset office software from a pre-starting state to an actual starting state.
2. The internet-based online office management method according to claim 1, wherein the current actual trigger data of the current online office subject is obtained, and whether the current online office subject needs to use each of the preset office software is determined according to the current actual trigger data, and if yes, each of the preset office software is changed from a pre-started state to an actual started state; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring current actual trigger data of the current online office main body, performing action disassembly according to the current actual trigger data and acquiring a plurality of current disassembly actions, and simultaneously performing voice information extraction on the current actual trigger data and acquiring a plurality of actual voice keywords; screening out current dismantling actions in a preset standard trigger area from each current dismantling action, and recording as current primary selection actions; judging whether the current primary selection actions meet the standard starting action or not, and if so, generating a first meeting instruction; according to the first coincidence instruction, further judging whether each actual voice keyword is matched with a preset standard voice keyword; and if the actual voice keywords are matched with the preset standard voice keywords, generating a second coincidence instruction, judging that the current online office main body needs to use the preset office software based on the second coincidence instruction, and converting the preset office software from a pre-starting state to an actual starting state.

The internet-based online office management method according to claim 1, wherein current actual trigger data of the current online office subject is obtained, and whether the current online office subject needs to use each of the preset office software is determined according to the current actual trigger data, and if yes, each of the preset office software is changed from a pre-activated state to an actual activated state, and then the method further comprises:
acquiring other online office software started by the current online office main body after each preset office software is started; respectively counting the actual use time of the current online office main body in using each piece of the other online office software; setting other online office software corresponding to actual use time which is longer than the preset common use time as pre-estimated common software; obtaining common setting parameters of the current online office main body to each estimated common software; and setting the pre-estimated common software corresponding to the common set parameters which are larger than the preset standard parameters as the preset office software.

The internet-based online office management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the obtaining of current actual trigger data of the current online office subject and the determining of whether the current online office subject needs to use each of the preset office software according to the current actual trigger data, if yes, then changing each of the preset office software from a pre-boot state to an actual boot state, further comprises:
acquiring each actual copied data copied by the current online office main body during office; respectively extracting keywords from each actual copied data and generating copied data keywords, wherein one copied data keyword corresponds to one actual copied data; displaying the copied data keywords in a preset copied data display area according to the actual copying sequence of the current online office main body; acquiring data arrangement adjustment information of the current online office main body on each copied data keyword in the copied data display area; and performing sorting adjustment matched with the data arrangement adjustment information on each copied data keyword in the copied data display area according to the data arrangement adjustment information.
5. The internet-based online office management method according to claim 1, wherein displaying each of the copied data keywords in a preset copied data display area according to the actual copying order of the current online office entity specifically comprises:
acquiring an initial setting area set on a desktop of the current online office equipment by the current online office main body; performing area correction on the initial setting area and generating a copied data display area; generating duplicate data icons matched with the word senses of the duplicate data keywords according to the word senses of the duplicate data keywords, wherein one duplicate data keyword corresponds to one duplicate data icon; acquiring the actual copying sequence of each actual copied data corresponding to each copied data keyword by the current online office main body; and displaying the copied data icons and the corresponding copied data keywords in the copied data display area according to the actual copying sequence.
6. An internet-based online office management system, the system comprising:
the action data acquisition module is used for acquiring current actual dynamic data of a current online office main body in a preset range through a preset main body information acquisition sensor based on the Internet technology and extracting a current main body identification and the current main body action based on the current actual dynamic data;
the office authority judging module is used for judging whether the current online office main body has office authority to the current online office equipment or not according to the current main body identification, and if the judging result shows that the current online office equipment does not have the office authority, the current online office equipment is not started;
the software starting judging module is used for judging whether the current main body action is matched with a preset initial office action or not according to the judgment result that the current main body action has office authority, and if the current main body action is matched with the preset initial office action, pre-starting the preset office software of the current online office equipment based on the Internet technology;
and the office software control module is used for acquiring current actual trigger data of the current online office main body, judging whether the current online office main body needs to use each piece of preset office software or not according to the current actual trigger data, and if so, converting each piece of preset office software from a preset state to an actual starting state.
7. The internet-based online office management system of claim 6, wherein the office software control module is further configured to:
acquiring current actual trigger data of the current online office main body, performing action disassembly according to the current actual trigger data and acquiring a plurality of current disassembly actions, and simultaneously performing voice information extraction on the current actual trigger data and acquiring a plurality of actual voice keywords; screening out current dismantling actions in a preset standard trigger area from each current dismantling action, and recording as current primary selection actions; judging whether the current primary selection actions conform to the standard starting action or not, if so, generating a first conforming instruction; according to the first coincidence instruction, further judging whether each actual voice keyword is matched with a preset standard voice keyword; if the actual voice keywords are matched with the preset standard voice keywords, generating a second coincidence instruction, judging that the current online office main body needs to use the preset office software based on the second coincidence instruction, and converting the preset office software from a pre-starting state to an actual starting state;

8. The internet-based online office management system of claim 6, further comprising a replication data management module to:
acquiring each actual copied data copied by the current online office main body during office; respectively extracting keywords from each actual copied data and generating copied data keywords, wherein one copied data keyword corresponds to one actual copied data; displaying the copied data keywords in a preset copied data display area according to the actual copying sequence of the current online office subject; acquiring data arrangement adjustment information of the current online office main body on each copied data keyword in the copied data display area; performing sorting adjustment on each copied data keyword in the copied data display area matched with the data arrangement adjustment information according to the data arrangement adjustment information;
the replication data management module is further configured to: acquiring an initial setting area set on a desktop of the current online office equipment by the current online office main body; performing area correction on the initial setting area and generating a copied data display area; generating duplicate data icons matched with the word senses of the duplicate data keywords according to the word senses of the duplicate data keywords, wherein one duplicate data keyword corresponds to one duplicate data icon; acquiring the actual copying sequence of each actual copied data corresponding to each copied data keyword by the current online office main body; and displaying the copied data icons and the corresponding copied data keywords in the copied data display area according to the actual copying sequence.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
