In the existing industry, the protection measures of the gas cylinder generally adopt rubber or metal materials, and the rubber has the defects of material aging and easy deformation; the metal material has good stability and is not easy to age, but has heavier weight and does not meet the requirement of reducing the weight of the vehicle.

Preferably, the outer wall of the cover body is provided with a reticulate pattern knurl.
Preferably, the inner wall of the cover body is fixedly bonded with the outer wall of the end part of the high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder through high-temperature-resistant high-strength structural adhesive.
Preferably, in the cover body, the proportion of the thermoplastic polyurethane, the proportion of the graphite material and the proportion of the additive are respectively 17%, 80% and 3%.
The invention also provides a high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder which comprises a cylinder body and two protective covers in any one of the technical schemes, wherein the two protective covers are respectively covered and fixed at the end socket and the tail end of the cylinder body.

Specifically, two grooves 2 are provided, and the two grooves 2 are symmetrically formed, so that the protective cover 100 cannot be bonded or failed when the external environment changes, and in the actual production process, the number of the grooves 2 can be adaptively changed by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs.
