Abstract

The diameter of the sealing rings (61, 62) is larger than the aperture of the positioning holes (101, 102).
Butt joint 2: has a connecting part 21 for mounting the external connector 12 and a clamping part 22 for connecting with the locking block 4.
The clamping part 22 is provided with a tip part for puncturing the capsule body 5, the tip part is in a cross shape, and the end face of the tip part is provided with a cutting edge.
The inner wall of the connecting part 21 is provided with internal threads, and the external part 12 and the connecting part 21 are connected by adopting threads.
The connecting part 21 is provided with a skirt part 2a which is coated outside the outer wall of the positioning seat 1 in an extending way, and two sealing rings (61, 62) corresponding to the port of the skirt part 2a are respectively provided with a blade part 8 and a U-shaped groove 9.
The engaging member 22 includes a truncated cone-shaped engaging piece 221 and a columnar locked portion 222.
The tip 7 is placed on the top surface of the bayonet 221, and the diameter of the bottom surface of the bayonet 221 is larger than the diameter of the locked portion 222.
When the high-performance silicone structural adhesive is used, firstly, the external connecting piece 12 is in threaded connection with the butt joint 2, then the external connecting piece 12 is held to be punched to the positioning seat 1, the clamping part of the butt joint 2 is quickly inserted into the positioning seat 1, during the process, the connecting part of one sealing ring 61 and the capsule body 5 is cut off by the edge of the cross shape on the tip 9, the capsule body 5 is extruded and cut with an opening, the other sealing ring 62 is pulled, the capsule body 5 and the accommodating cavity 10 are extruded, the high-performance silicone structural adhesive flows out to the accommodating cavity 10, and after the whole capsule body 5 is pulled out, the accommodating cavity 10 is filled with the high-performance silicone structural adhesive, so that the butt joint 2 and the end of the embedded part 11 are adhered by the high-performance silicone structural adhesive, and the connecting strength is greatly improved.
The connecting part 21 is internally provided with a groove cavity 20 for the positioning seat 1 to extend into, a boss 23 is protruded in the middle of the groove cavity 20, and the clamping part 22 is arranged on the boss 23. The diameter of the boss 23 is adapted to the port of the positioning seat 1 so that the boss 23 is inserted into the positioning seat 1 and abuts against the locking block 4.

the clamping part is provided with a tip part for puncturing the capsule body;
the positioning seat is provided with two positioning holes which are correspondingly arranged, the positioning holes are communicated with the accommodating cavity, two ends of the capsule body extend out of the positioning holes respectively, and sealing rings are arranged at the end parts of the capsule body, so that after one sealing ring is detached, the capsule body is pulled out of the accommodating cavity while glue in the capsule body is extruded out of the accommodating cavity by pulling the sealing ring at the other end, and the glue fills the accommodating cavity and is in contact with the first connecting unit and the second connecting unit;
the connecting part is provided with internal threads on the inner wall, the connecting part is provided with a skirt part which is coated outside the outer wall of the positioning seat in an extending mode, and a cutting edge part and a U-shaped groove are respectively arranged at the port of the skirt part corresponding to the two sealing rings.
