Background

With the continuous and deep research on cerebral hemorrhage, people have relatively complete understanding of the pathology, clinical manifestations, treatment methods, prognosis and the like of cerebral hemorrhage, the latest guidelines indicate that cerebral hemorrhage is more than 15ml, and the symptoms such as coma, aphasia and the like are in line with the surgical symptoms. There are various operation modes commonly used in clinic, mainly craniotomy hematoma removal operation, ossicular micro operation, drilling hematoma suction drainage operation and the like. The puncture point position, the angle and the puncture depth are accurately determined according to craniocerebral CT image examination by the drilled hematoma suction drainage method, so that the purposes of sucking hematoma for positioning puncture of a hematoma cavity or placing a related catheter for drainage are achieved, and practice shows that the least wound is caused to a patient by using the drilled hematoma suction drainage method to treat the patient.
At present, single-channel drilling drainage is commonly used clinically, and good suction effect can not be achieved by simply searching for a hematoma center as a target point.
