It should be mentioned that fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the incontinence article in the form of underpants according to the application with the skin layer removed, and in which a is a trapezoidal expansion section a, b is a rectangular connecting section b with constant width and c is an isosceles triangle reduction section c; fig. 4 is an enlarged schematic structural view of the portion E in fig. 3, wherein f, g, h are symmetrical included angle directions of the regular hexagonal polygonal frame.
The incontinence article in the form of a pant of the application will be described in detail as follows:
As shown in fig. 1, an incontinence article in the form of pants comprises an absorbent abdominal-back wrapping area 1 and elastic bands 2 located at both ends of the absorbent abdominal-back wrapping area 1 and adapted to be fastened to each other. The wrapping cloth stitching of the elastic band 2 is made by ultrasonic stitching, thereby achieving the purpose of stable connection; the elastic band 2 is in a ring-shaped connection or two mutually sticking-fastening connection mode, so that the practical wearing effect of the incontinence product in the form of underpants is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the abdominal-back water absorption wrapping area 1 comprises a skin surface layer 11, a diversion layer 15, a water absorption fiber layer 16 and a leakage-proof bottom film layer 14 which are sequentially connected from inside to outside. The abdomen and back water absorption wrapping area 1 is contacted with the human body through the skin-attaching surface layer 11, so that the comfort level of contact is improved; the diversion layer 15 plays a role of diversion of the liquid to the water-absorbing fiber layer 16, and when the water-absorbing fiber layer 16 has high local humidity and can not effectively absorb the liquid, the diversion layer 15 has a function of diversion of the liquid to a region with strong absorption capacity of the water-absorbing fiber layer 16, so that the absorption efficiency of the liquid is improved; the leakage-proof bottom film is a PE film layer, so that an effective leakage-proof effect is realized, and the use effect of the incontinence product in the form of underpants is prevented from being influenced by liquid leakage. The water absorbent fiber layer 16 includes a plurality of polygonal frames 161 distributed in an array, and two adjacent polygonal frames 161 are mutually communicated. Meanwhile, a housing inner cavity 163 is provided in the polygonal housing 161, and the housing inner cavity 163 is filled with a water absorbing material. Therefore, the water absorbent fiber layer 16 separates the liquid in the corresponding polygonal frame 161 through the plurality of interconnected polygonal frames 161 distributed in an array, so that the water absorbent material in the corresponding polygonal frame 161 affects the water absorbent material in the adjacent polygonal frame 161 when the water absorbent material in the corresponding polygonal frame 161 expands after absorbing the liquid, thereby improving the absorption capacity of the water absorbent material in the polygonal frame 161 to the liquid, and enabling the incontinence product in the form of underpants to have the effect of remarkably improving the liquid absorption to avoid the liquid leakage.
The polygonal frame 161 is a regular polygon and has 2n sides, and n is a positive integer. The polygonal frames 161 are arranged in an array along their symmetrical included angle directions. Therefore, the polygonal frame 161 with 2n sides and regular polygon has even number of sides, so that n sides are distributed along the direction of the symmetrical included angle for the array of the polygonal frame 161, so that the polygonal frame 161 forms a connecting structure with high stability, and the two adjacent polygonal frames 161 cooperate with each other through the mutually communicated structure to promote the liquid absorption effect of the incontinence product in the form of underpants, thereby effectively avoiding liquid leakage.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the polygonal frame 161 is provided with 2n frame corners 162 distributed in equal radian, and two frame corners 162 on two adjacent polygonal frames 161 intersect each other, and a cross cavity 164 is formed between the two frame corners 162. The cross cavity 164 is communicated with the two corresponding frame cavities 163, a plurality of equally radian distributed clip cavities 1631 are formed in the frame cavities 163, and the clip cavities 1631 are located between two adjacent frame corners 162. Therefore, since the adjacent two polygonal frames 161 are cross-connected to each other by the frame corners 162, a stable triangle structure is formed, and efficient absorption of liquid is achieved by the communication of the cross cavities 164 and the frame inner cavities 163, and at the same time, efficient absorption of liquid is achieved by the cooperation of the clip inner cavities 1631, the frame inner cavities 163 and the cross cavities 164, so that the incontinence product in the form of underpants has an effect of achieving a remarkable improvement in liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage.
It should be mentioned that the cross-over chamber 164 is filled with superabsorbent fibres SAF. The water-absorbing material is super absorbent fibers SAF and water-absorbing resin SAP, and the content of the super absorbent fibers SAF on one side of the periphery of the inner cavity 163 of the frame is larger than that on the inner side, and the content of the super absorbent fibers SAF on one side of the inner cavity 163 of the frame close to the skin-facing layer 11 is smaller than that on the other side. Due to the small volume of the cross-over chamber 164, it is suitable for accommodating the fully filled superabsorbent fibers SAF therein and for achieving a corresponding efficient absorption of the liquid; the water absorbing material is filled in the inner cavity 163 of the frame body and effectively distributes the absorbed liquid through the super absorbent fibers SAF with the liquid absorbing capacity larger than that of the water absorbing resin SAP, so that the expansion amount at the outer side is larger than that at the inner side and the expansion amount at the inner side is limited by the corresponding side edge of the polygonal frame body 161, the water absorbing material is extruded and deformed inwards, and the liquid at one side close to the skin-contacting surface layer 11 absorbs more than the liquid at the other side, thereby effectively avoiding liquid leakage while obviously improving the liquid absorbing efficiency and effect.
Meanwhile, the water-absorbing fiber layer 16 is composed of two water-absorbing parts which are symmetrically distributed from front to back, and the water-absorbing parts are sequentially formed with a trapezoid expanding section a with gradually increased width, a rectangular connecting section b with unchanged width and two isosceles triangle shrinking sections c which are symmetrical from left to right and gradually reduced in width from one end to the other end. The polygonal frame 161 located at the outer peripheral side of the water absorbent fibrous layer 16 is formed with an outer peripheral side 165 matching the outer peripheral side of the water absorbent fibrous layer 16. When the incontinence product in the form of underpants is used, the rectangular connecting section b with the width being kept unchanged is difficult to absorb by the trapezoid expanding section a with the width being gradually increased, so that the aim of avoiding leakage is fulfilled; in the actual use process, a small part of liquid is released from the isosceles triangle reduced section c with gradually reduced width and is correspondingly absorbed, so that the liquid is effectively absorbed, and meanwhile, the effect of avoiding excessive contact with a human body is realized by dispersing the liquid in the two corresponding isosceles triangle reduced sections c, so that the purpose of improving the use comfort level is realized.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a hydrophobic ring body 12 having a width d is provided on one side of the outer periphery of the water absorbing fiber layer 16, and the hydrophobic ring body 12 is covered on one side of the outer periphery of the skin layer 11. The soft skin-adhering ring body 13 is arranged on the outer side of the hydrophobic ring body 12, the soft skin-adhering ring body 13 consists of an outer expansion part 131 positioned on the left side and the right side of the corresponding water absorption part and a middle part 132 positioned between two isosceles triangle reduction sections c, and arc-shaped side walls 1311 are arranged on the opposite sides of the outer expansion part 131. Therefore, when the hydrophobic ring body 12 with the same width is arranged on one side of the periphery of the water-absorbing fiber layer 16, the problem that liquid leaks from the outer side of the water-absorbing fiber layer 16 and the hydrophobic ring body 12 is effectively avoided, and then the guided liquid is gradually and thoroughly absorbed along the water-absorbing fiber layer 16, so that the liquid absorption efficiency and effect are obviously improved, and meanwhile, the liquid leakage is effectively avoided.
Wherein the hydrophobic ring body 12 consists of 15-20 parts by weight of hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fiber, 6-8 parts by weight of silk fiber, 6-8 parts by weight of cotton fiber and 0.5-0.8 part by weight of nano titanium dioxide; the preparation step of the hydrophobic ring body 12 comprises a, blending hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fibers, silk fibers and cotton fibers into filaments according to the corresponding weight portion ratio at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to obtain hydrophobic soft silk threads; b. immersing the hydrophobic soft silk thread into titanium dioxide sol for finishing, and drying to obtain a hydrophobic loop thread; c. the hydrophobic ring wire is woven into the hydrophobic ring body 12 to prepare a hydrophobic soft yarn by combining the hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fiber, the silk fiber and the cotton fiber in corresponding parts by weight, and then the hydrophobic ring body 12 with high-efficiency hydrophobic effect is woven after the treatment of the titanium dioxide sol, so that the incontinence product in the form of underpants has the effect of effectively avoiding liquid leakage. Meanwhile, the super absorbent fibers SAF and the water absorbent resin SAP are formed by adopting an embedded filling mode. The embedded filling mode specifically comprises the steps of manufacturing water absorbent resin SAP into non-woven fabric layers with different thicknesses, filling super absorbent fibers SAF with the same quality into the non-woven fabric layers, and sequentially adhering and forming the non-woven fabric layers with different thicknesses and the super absorbent fibers SAF according to the thickness, wherein the non-woven fabric layers are at least three layers. Therefore, the difficulty in preparing and acquiring the water absorbing material is remarkably reduced, and the layered absorption and the control and leakage prevention of liquid are realized on the premise of effectively carrying the super absorbent fibers SAF under the support of the water absorbing resin SAP, so that the incontinence product in the form of underpants has the effect of remarkably improving the liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage.
Example 1

Wherein the hydrophobic ring body 12 consists of 15 parts by weight of hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fiber, 6 parts by weight of silk fiber, 6 parts by weight of cotton fiber and 0.5 part by weight of nano titanium dioxide; the preparation step of the hydrophobic ring body 12 comprises a, blending hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fibers, silk fibers and cotton fibers into filaments according to the corresponding weight portion ratio at the temperature of 55 ℃ to obtain hydrophobic soft silk threads; b. immersing the hydrophobic soft silk thread into titanium dioxide sol for finishing, and drying to obtain a hydrophobic loop thread; c. the hydrophobic ring wire is woven into the hydrophobic ring body 12 to prepare a hydrophobic soft yarn by combining the hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fiber, the silk fiber and the cotton fiber in corresponding parts by weight, and then the hydrophobic ring body 12 with high-efficiency hydrophobic effect is woven after the treatment of the titanium dioxide sol, so that the incontinence product in the form of underpants has the effect of effectively avoiding liquid leakage.
