Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an application scenario diagram of the present application, a seller terminal where a seller is located sends an asset transaction request to a platform, the platform generates a corresponding digital asset data package according to the mixed ownership asset information, and sends the asset transaction request and the corresponding digital asset data package to a buyer terminal, the buyer terminal is the buyer terminal, and simultaneously sends the digital asset data package and the first legal certification file to a trusted third party, and receives a second legal certification file from the trusted third party, where the second legal certification file is used for certifying that the buyer terminal is an asset owner, recording a second mixed ownership asset proportion owned by the buyer terminal, and sending the second legal certification file to the buyer terminal. And uploading the digital asset data packet and the second legal proof file to a blockchain for storage. It should be noted that the trusted third party is an organization or entity that provides legal support during the transaction of an asset. And the trusted third party is used for carrying out legal certificate file change, so that effective transaction of the mixed ownership assets is realized.
FIG. 3 is a data flow diagram illustrating a method for splitting a digital asset based on blockchain technology according to the present invention;
referring to fig. 4, the method of the present application includes the steps of:
s100: receiving an asset transaction request from a seller terminal;
the asset transaction request comprises mixed ownership asset information to be transacted and a first legal certification file, wherein the mixed ownership asset information comprises asset content and pre-transaction mixed ownership asset proportion, and the first legal certification file is used for certifying that a seller terminal is an asset owner and recording the first mixed ownership asset proportion owned by the seller terminal;
s200: generating a corresponding digital asset data packet according to the mixed ownership asset information;
s300: transmitting the asset transaction request and the corresponding digital asset data packet to a buyer terminal;

In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps:
receiving a third legislative certification document from a trusted third party;
sending the third law certification file to a seller terminal;
and uploading the third law file to a block chain for storage.
In one embodiment of the present application, when a seller terminal owns 30% of property right of a real estate, an asset transaction request is sent to the platform, wherein the asset transaction request includes 20% of the proportion of assets to be traded and a corresponding legal certificate for proving that the seller terminal has 30% of the real estate, the platform generates a corresponding digital asset data packet from 20% and 10% of the property rights of the real estate respectively, when a buyer completes the purchase, the platform sends the digital asset data packet and the corresponding legal certificate to a trusted third party, and the trusted third party completes the change of the property rights and simultaneously generates a legal certificate for proving that the buyer terminal has 20% of the property right and a legal certificate for proving that the seller has 10% of the property right. And transmitting the legal certification documents to the seller terminal and the buyer terminal respectively, completing the transaction, and uploading the digital asset data packet and the corresponding legal certification documents to the block chain. By effectively splitting the assets of the seller terminal, the problems of complex process, low transaction efficiency and high transaction cost in the transaction process of the assets with the mixed ownership are solved.
