The SPC extruder comprises an extruder charging barrel, a die, a thickness-fixing roller, a back grain roller, an embossing roller and a traction roller. The surface texture of the SPC substrate is mainly determined by the embossing roller, and different embossing rollers can be customized according to the requirements of users. The SPC floor is most commonly used with a size of 1220 x 180 or 600 x 300, and the substrate size after embossing roll processing is 1220 x 975, requiring a dicing process on the substrate size of 1220 x 975. The process parameter design of the extruder, the speed of extrusion directly influences the cutting position of the plate, the current is set to be 130 +/-5A in the extruder process, and the screw speed is set to be 25 +/-2 r/min; the feeding speed is 14 +/-1 r/min.
Further, the two first protruding portions 200 are arranged in parallel, the substrate pressed by the two first protruding portions 200 is a concave line, the two first protruding portions 200 are arranged in parallel, and the two concave lines of the pressed substrate are also parallel. Further, two second protrusions 400 are disposed in parallel. The SPC substrate needs to be cut after being processed by the traction roller, the size of the substrate is determined, the size needed is directly cut according to the infrared test, and the size deviation problem can be avoided. The embossing roller of the invention is adjusted on the circumference, so that one roller needs to be cut after each circle of embossing roller is finished.
Specifically, the width of the second recess 300 is greater than the width of the first recess 100. The width of the first concave part 100 is 11-12 mm, and the substrate pressed by the first concave part 100 is a convex mechanism. The width of the second recess 300 is 38 to 40mm. Namely, the widths of the protruding structures pressed out of the substrate by the first recessed portion 100 and the second recessed portion 300 are 11-12 mm and 38-40 mm, respectively.
More specifically, the depression depth of the first depression 100 is 0.1 to 0.3mm, and the depression depth of the second depression 300 is 0.1 to 0.3mm. Namely, the heights of the protrusions of the substrate pressed by the first concave part 100 and the second concave part 300 are 0.1-0.3 mm.
The first protrusion 200 has a protrusion height of 0.2 to 0.4mm, and the second protrusion 400 has a protrusion height of 0.2 to 0.4mm. Namely, the depth of the concave of the substrate pressed by the first convex part 200 and the second convex part 400 is 0.2-0.4 mm.
Further, the cross-sectional shape of the first recess 100 and the cross-sectional shape of the first protrusion 200 are both circular arc shapes. and S4, slitting, slotting and splicing are carried out at the middle positions of the two third concave parts 600 of the base material.
