Abstract
一种抗菌抗病毒药物的组方，本发明是一种药物的组方，该组方具有显著的抗菌抗病毒作用，其特征是从黄芩根、金银花花蕾、连翘果实及其它部位或其它近缘植物中提取黄芩总甙、金银花总有机酸、连翘酯甙以及其它有效组分，分别精制成有效部位或有效单体，然后按一定的比例配制成固体或液体或无菌药物制剂，或制成化妆品。与传统药物比较，本发明的药物组方具有纯度高、剂量小、疗效好、刺激性小等优点。

本发明是一种抗菌抗病毒药物的组方。
本发明属药物制造技术领域。
现有的药物制剂，多数是以传统的方法制备的粗制剂，杂质多、剂量大、纯度低，口服剂型杂质多生物利用度低，注射剂型多刺激性大，如现有的双黄连制剂(由黄芩、金银花、连翘组成)。本发明的特征是分别从黄芩根、金银花花蕾、连翘果实及其它部位或其它近缘植物中提取黄芩总甙、金银花总有机酸、连翘酯甙以及其它有效组分，分别精制成有效部位或有效单体，以达到提高纯度、缩少剂量、提高疗效、减少刺激性之目的。
现代研究均已证明，黄芩甙、绿原酸、连翘酯甙均有较强的抗菌抗病毒作用，但抗菌谱都有一定的局限性，三种组分按照一定的比例组合，可达到相互协调的作用，能扩大其抗菌谱，增强抗菌抗病毒的效果。目前，此类药物组合尚未见报道。本发明最佳药物组方的一个实例：
黄芩甙(纯度＞90％) 40％
绿原酸(纯度＞90％) 20％
连翘酯甙(纯度＞90％) 40％
本发明最佳药物组方的另一个实例：
黄芩总甙(纯度＞80％，以黄芩甙计) 30％
金银花总有机酸(纯度＞40％，以绿原酸计) 25％
连翘总甙(纯度＞30％，以连翘酯甙计) 45％
以上药物组合，可制成胶囊剂、片剂、注射液、粉针剂等剂型。
Claims (1)
- 一种抗菌抗病毒药物的组方，其特征是：黄芩总甙(纯度＞80％，以黄芩甙计)20-80％，金银花总有机酸(纯度＞40％，以绿原酸计)10-70％，连翘总甙(纯度＞40％，以连翘酯甙计)10-70％，以及按照上述组合加入适量辅料或赋形剂制成的固体或液体或无菌药物制剂，或制成的化妆品。
