As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the slope sliding simulation mechanism 2 comprises a lower roller support base 33, a lower roller main shaft 34, a lower roller body 35, a longitudinal telescopic slope simulation track 36 and a slope connecting rod 63, wherein the lower roller support base 33 is symmetrically arranged on the simulator main body base 3, the lower roller main shaft 34 is clamped in the lower roller support base 33, the lower roller body 35 is rotationally arranged on the lower roller main shaft 34, the longitudinal telescopic slope simulation track 36 is rotationally arranged on the lower roller main body 35, the longitudinal telescopic slope simulation track 36 is rotationally arranged on the umbrella-shaped telescopic element 12, the longitudinal telescopic slope simulation track 36 is made of an elastic material, a cross rod framework 37 is arranged in an inner array of the longitudinal telescopic slope simulation track 36, the transverse rod framework 37 is used for preventing the longitudinal telescopic slope simulation track 36 from being transversely deformed, one end of the slope connecting rod 63 is rotationally arranged on the lower roller main shaft 34 in the process of being elongated, and the other end of the slope connecting rod 63 is rotationally arranged on the central speed change main shaft screw 15.

step one: the athlete is ready to act on a horizontal platform (53) and then slide into a sloped longitudinal telescopic ramp simulation track (36) simulating a skid on a snow slope;
step two: activating the main drive assembly (54) and controlling the speed of the longitudinally telescoping ramp simulation track (36) by the trainer to match the acceleration of the athlete during taxiing;
step three: when the speed is accelerated to the rated speed, the rotating speed is constant, and the transmission speed of the longitudinal telescopic slope simulation crawler belt (36) is controlled through the expansion and contraction of the expansion type speed changing component (7);
