Through the cooperation of the environment temperature detection device, the environment temperature adjusting device, the welding seam temperature detection device, the welding seam temperature adjusting device and the timing device, the environment temperature of a field is ensured firstly, then the temperature of a field assembly welding seam is ensured, and the timing device is matched for timing, so that the postweld heat treatment process is completed reliably and efficiently; the method can avoid poor effect caused by the fact that the postweld heat treatment process of the welding line is carried out in an abnormal environment.

Background
When the field equipment is installed, all parts need to be welded and assembled, after welding is finished, some welding seams need to be subjected to postweld heat treatment due to the characteristics of materials, harmful gas in welding seam metal is further released, residual stress caused by welding is removed, and the microstructure and the performance of a welding joint are improved.
