Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structures and functions of the present application, a device with detachable accessory, a method of identifying the same will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present application provides a device with a detachable accessory, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an alternative device with a detachable accessory provided in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, a conductive substance 112 is disposed on a connection part 111 of a device 11, and a capacitance detection circuit 113 of the device 11 is connected to the conductive substance 112; wherein,,
when the connection part 111 of the device 11 is connected with the connection part of the detachable accessory to form a connection area, the area of the conductive substance in the connection area is used for: forming a capacitor with the region of the detachable accessory placed opposite the region of the conductive substance in the connection region;
the capacitance detection circuit is used for: detecting to obtain a detection capacitance of the capacitor;
wherein the detection capacitor is used by a processor of the device to control operation of the device.
Taking a dust collector as an example, in the related art, a detection circuit is added to a body and an accessory of the dust collector, which increases cost, and the body and the accessory of the dust collector are connected through a connector, so that the number of pins is increased, the reliability is reduced, and a motor in the accessory of the dust collector makes identification receive a certain limitation.
In order to reduce the cost and expand the application range of identification, the embodiment of the application provides a device 11 with a detachable accessory, wherein a conductive substance 112 is arranged on a connecting part of the device 11, and a capacitance detection circuit 113 is connected with the conductive substance 112.
Based on the structure of the apparatus 11 having the detachable accessory described above, when the connection member of the apparatus 11 having the detachable accessory is connected with the connection member of the detachable accessory, the conductive substance located in the connection region of the interconnection is referred to as a region of the conductive substance in the connection region, the region of the conductive substance being provided with the region of the detachable accessory in opposition, then when the apparatus is connected with the detachable accessory, the region of the conductive substance serves as one plate, and the region of the detachable accessory provided in opposition to the region of the conductive substance serves as the other plate, thereby forming a capacitor using the two plates.
That is, different detachable accessories can be identified with respect to the magnitude of the detection capacitance of the capacitor formed between the different detachable accessories and the device, the detection capacitance of the capacitor being mainly related to the area of the region of the conductive substance in the connection region, where the area of the region of the conductive substance in the connection region can be set to be different for the different detachable accessories, then the area of the region of the conductive substance in the connection region is different for the different detachable accessories, the capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit is different at the time of the mutual connection, then the device having the detachable accessories recognizes the accessory type of the detachable accessories according to the value of the detection capacitance, thereby controlling the device having the detachable accessories to operate according to the recognized accessory type.
Here, the shape of the conductive substance on the connection member of the apparatus having the detachable fitting may be a regular shape or an irregular shape, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
The conductive material may be a conductive coating formed by an electroplating process, or may be a conductive film or a metal sheet adhered or inlaid to the connection portion, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
To identify different detachable accessories to enable operation of a device having detachable accessories, in an alternative embodiment, the detachable accessories include a first detachable accessory and a second detachable accessory; wherein,,
the area of the region of conductive material in the first connection region formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the first detachable accessory is different from the area of the region of conductive material in the second connection region formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the second detachable accessory.
In particular, for the first detachable accessory and the second detachable accessory, in order to enable the device having the detachable accessory to recognize the accessory type of the different detachable accessory, then the detected capacitance for the different detachable accessories needs to be different, in particular, in order to make the detected capacitance of the capacitor generated between the different detachable accessories and the device different, it may be achieved by setting different plate areas.
The area of the conductive substance in the first connection area is the polar plate area of a capacitor formed between the first detachable accessory and the device, and similarly, the area of the conductive substance in the second connection area is the polar plate area of a capacitor formed between the second detachable accessory and the device, so that the detection capacitance between the two can be different, namely the area of the conductive substance in the first connection area is different from the area of the conductive substance in the second connection area.
Thus, when the device is connected with the first detachable accessory, the detection capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit is different from the detection capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit when the device is connected with the second detachable accessory, and when the relation between the capacitance value and the accessory type is stored in the device, the accessory type of the detachable accessory can be determined according to the detected capacitance value, and the working parameters of each accessory type are different, and at this time, the device can control the device to work according to the working parameters corresponding to the different accessory types.
For devices with detachable fittings, in general, the connection manner of the sleeve is convenient for connection and is relatively stable, and in order to realize the connection manner of the sleeve, any one of the following manners can be adopted for realizing:
in an alternative embodiment, the connecting part of the device and the connecting part of the detachable accessory are both sleeves, and the inner diameter of the connecting part of the device is larger than the inner diameter of the connecting part of the detachable accessory, wherein,
the inner surface of the connecting part of the device is provided with an electrically conductive substance.
Specifically, when the connection mode of the sleeve is adopted between the apparatus and the detachable accessory, the difference in the inner diameter of the sleeve causes the difference in the capacitor formed by the apparatus and the detachable accessory, for example, in the case where the inner diameter of the connection member of the apparatus is larger than the inner diameter of the connection member of the detachable accessory, the connection member of the detachable accessory is inserted into the connection member of the apparatus at the time of the mutual connection, and then, in order to form the capacitor, it is necessary to provide a conductive substance on the inner surface of the connection member of the apparatus.
Then, when the apparatus is connected with the detachable accessory, the area belonging to the conductive substance in the connection area among the conductive substances on the inner surface of the connection part of the apparatus is: the area of the detachable accessory correspondingly arranged in the opposite direction of the area of the conductive substance in the connecting area is: the other plate of the capacitor can thus be formed, the different fitting types being identified by providing the areas of the conductive material in the connection areas in the different detachable fittings.
Here, the conductive material may or may not be provided on the outer surface of the detachable fitting, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In order to increase the recognition efficiency of the detachable accessory, in an alternative embodiment the outer surface of the connecting part of the detachable accessory is provided with an electrically conductive substance.
That is, here, a conductive substance is provided on the outer surface of the connection part of the detachable accessory, so that when the apparatus is connected to the detachable accessory, the conductive substance area of the inner surface of the apparatus in the connection area is one plate of the capacitor, and the conductive substance area of the outer surface of the detachable accessory in the connection area is the other plate of the capacitor, and thus, one capacitor is formed by two conductive substances of the connection area as plates, and the capacitance value of the capacitor can be increased.
The reason why the conductive substance is provided on the outer surface of the detachable accessory is that when the conductive substance is not provided on the outer surface of the detachable accessory, the detachable accessory is grounded, and the capacitance value of the capacitor is not large when the conductive substance is not provided on the outer surface of the detachable accessory.
In order to improve the capacitance values corresponding to different accessories, conductive substances are arranged on the outer surfaces of the detachable accessories, so that the capacitance values of the capacitors are increased, and the identification of the different accessories is facilitated.
In an alternative embodiment, the connecting part of the device and the connecting part of the detachable accessory are both sleeves, and the inner diameter of the connecting part of the device is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting part of the detachable accessory, wherein,
the outer surface of the connecting part of the device is provided with an electrically conductive substance.
Specifically, when the connection mode of the sleeve is adopted between the apparatus and the detachable accessory, the difference in the inner diameter of the sleeve causes the difference in the capacitor formed by the apparatus and the detachable accessory, for example, in the case where the inner diameter of the connection member of the apparatus is smaller than the inner diameter of the connection member of the detachable accessory, the connection member of the apparatus is inserted into the connection member of the detachable accessory at the time of the mutual connection, and then, in order to form the capacitor, it is necessary to provide a conductive substance on the outer surface of the connection member of the apparatus.
Then, when the device is connected with the detachable accessory, the area of the conductive substance belonging to the conductive substance in the connection area on the outer surface of the connection part of the device is: the area of the detachable accessory correspondingly arranged in the opposite direction of the area of the conductive substance in the connecting area is: the other plate of the capacitor can thus be formed, the different fitting types being identified by providing the areas of the conductive material in the connection areas in the different detachable fittings.
Here, the conductive material may or may not be provided on the outer surface of the detachable fitting, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In order to increase the recognition efficiency of the detachable accessory, in an alternative embodiment, the inner surface of the connecting part of the detachable accessory is provided with an electrically conductive substance.
That is, here, the conductive substance is provided on the inner surface of the connection part of the detachable accessory, so that when the device is connected to the detachable accessory, the conductive substance area of the outer surface of the device in the connection area is one plate of the capacitor, and the conductive substance area of the inner surface of the detachable accessory in the connection area is the other plate of the capacitor, so that one capacitor is formed by the two conductive substances of the connection area as the plates, and the capacitance value of the capacitor can be increased.
The conductive substance is provided on the inner surface of the detachable fitting because the detachable fitting is grounded when the conductive substance is not provided on the inner surface of the detachable fitting, and the capacitance value of the capacitor at this time is large when the conductive substance is not provided on the inner surface of the detachable fitting.
In order to improve the capacitance values corresponding to different accessories, the inner surface of the detachable accessory is also provided with conductive substances, so that the capacitance value of the capacitor is increased, and the identification of the different accessories is facilitated.
In an alternative embodiment, the detachable fitting includes a first detachable fitting and a second detachable fitting; wherein,,
the area of the first connection area formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the first detachable accessory is different from the area of the second connection area formed by the connection part of the device and the connection part of the second detachable accessory.
That is, when the above-mentioned sleeve connection mode is adopted, for the scheme that the conductive material is disposed on the outer surface of the connection part of the device, when the device is connected with the first detachable fitting, a first connection area is formed, the area of the conductive material in the first connection area is the plate area of the capacitor formed between the device and the first detachable fitting, when the device is connected with the second detachable fitting, a second connection area is formed, the area of the conductive material in the second connection area is the plate area of the capacitor formed between the device and the second detachable fitting, and for the identification of the fitting, the value of the capacitor is mainly determined by the plate area of the capacitor.
Therefore, here, the area of the first connection region formed by the connection part of the apparatus and the connection part of the first detachable accessory is different from the area of the second connection region formed by the connection part of the apparatus and the connection part of the second detachable accessory, and thus, the values of the detection capacitances corresponding to the different detachable accessories are different, and thus, the identification of the different accessories can be achieved.
Wherein the device comprises one or more of: dust collector, hair dryer, electric toothbrush.
In practical application, taking a dust collector as an example, the dust collector is provided with a plurality of ground brushes, and working parameters adopted by the dust collector for different ground brushes are different.
Similarly, the electric hair dryer is similar to the capacitive toothbrush, and the device with the detachable accessory provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be a mechanical tool with the detachable device, which is not limited herein.
The apparatus with detachable accessory described in one or more of the embodiments described above is described below by way of example.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a body sleeve and an accessory sleeve of a dust collector, as shown in fig. 2, conductive coatings are added on an accessory and a connecting part of the dust collector body, areas of conductive layers of different accessories are different, after the dust collector body and a brush head are mechanically connected, the two conductive layers are overlapped to form a capacitor, a capacitor detection circuit is arranged in the dust collector body, and different brush heads can be identified by measuring the detected capacitor; as shown in fig. 2, after the cleaner body sleeve and the accessory sleeve are connected, the oblique line areas overlap, and a capacitor is formed between the conductive coatings in the overlapping areas. The capacitance can be changed by changing the area of the conductive coating or the area of the overlapping area, thereby realizing the detection of the accessory.
The sleeve is only a part of the structure of the cleaner body and the accessory for connection.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an equivalent circuit of an alternative capacitor according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 3, a capacitance detection circuit of the device is connected to one plate of the capacitor, and the other plate of the capacitor is grounded.
Fig. 4a is a schematic structural view of an alternative accessory sheath 1 according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4a, wherein a connection area formed when the accessory sheath 1 is connected to a cleaner body is indicated by a diagonal line area; fig. 4b is a schematic structural view of an alternative accessory sheath 2 according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4b, wherein a connection area formed when the accessory sheath 2 is connected to the cleaner body is indicated by a diagonal line area; fig. 4c is a schematic structural diagram of an alternative accessory sleeve 3 according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4c, wherein a connection area formed when the accessory sleeve 3 is connected to the cleaner body is indicated by a diagonal area, and a conductive coating is disposed on the diagonal area.
It is apparent that the area of the diagonal area in fig. 4a is smaller than the area of the diagonal area in fig. 4b and the area of the diagonal area in fig. 4b is smaller than the area of the diagonal area in fig. 4c, and that the capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit is different when the device is connected to the accessory shoe 1 or the accessory shoe 2 or the accessory shoe 3, the device can identify the accessory from the detected capacitance.
It should be noted that the identification of the accessory may be implemented in any of the following ways:
first, the area of the diagonal line area is changed, namely, the area of the conductive coating of the cleaner body: the areas of the conductive coatings of the connection areas of different accessories are different. The capacitance of the accessory is different from that of the cleaner body after the accessory is connected. The accessory identification function can be realized. The change of the area is not limited to the following manner, and the shape is not limited as long as the area is different.
Secondly, because the shapes, volumes, masses and surface areas of different accessories are different, besides arranging the conductive coating on the connecting part of the dust collector body, the complete conductive coating can be formed by carrying out surface treatment, such as electroplating process, on the accessories, which is equivalent to area change, and the formed capacitance is also different, so that accessory detection can be realized.
The embodiment of the application provides equipment with a detachable accessory, wherein a conductive substance is arranged on a connecting part of the equipment, a capacitance detection circuit of the equipment is connected with the conductive substance, and when the connecting part of the equipment is connected with the connecting part of the detachable accessory to form a connecting area, the area of the conductive substance in the connecting area is used for: the area of the detachable accessory placed opposite the area of the conductive substance in the connection area forms a capacitor, and the capacitance detection circuit is configured to: detecting to obtain a detection capacitance of the capacitor, wherein the detection capacitance is used for controlling equipment to work by a processor of the equipment; that is, in the embodiment of the present application, by providing the conductive material on the connection part of the apparatus, when the apparatus is connected to the detachable accessory, the area of the conductive material in the connection area and the area of the detachable accessory correspondingly placed in the connection area are made to form the capacitor, so that the capacitance detection circuit can detect the detected capacitance of the capacitor, and then the processor of the apparatus controls the apparatus to operate according to the detected capacitance after obtaining the detected capacitance, so that the detachable accessory is prevented from being structurally added with hardware to realize the identification of the detachable accessory, and the detachable accessory is only identified with the conductive material provided on the connection part of the apparatus with small modification of the apparatus, so that the hardware cost is saved, and the range of the identification of the detachable accessory is also widened because the identification is not limited to the structure of the detachable accessory

s501: acquiring a detection capacitance through a capacitance detection circuit;
s502: determining the type of the detachable accessory connected with the equipment currently according to the detection capacitance;

Additionally, to facilitate management of a device having a detachable accessory, in an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
recording the use information of the detachable accessories;
and sending the use information of the detachable accessories to a server corresponding to the equipment and storing the use information.
That is, by identifying the accessory of the apparatus, the use information of each accessory, for example, the use period, the use area, and the like of each accessory can be recorded, and the use information of the detachable accessory can be transmitted to the server corresponding to the apparatus to be stored.
In order to facilitate the management of the accessories by the user, in an alternative embodiment, after sending the usage information of the detachable accessories to a server corresponding to the device and storing the usage information, the method further includes:
when the using time of the use information of the detachable accessory reaches a preset threshold value, generating prompt information;
the prompt information is sent to a user client corresponding to the equipment;
the prompt information is used for prompting that the detachable accessory reaches the use time limit.
