tearing the second anti-sticking layer away from the second modified butyl rubber layer;
the ceramic tile adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the ceramic tile assembly in a brushing mode;
and adhering one surface of the ceramic tile assembly, which is provided with the ceramic tile adhesive layer, to one surface of the second modified butyl rubber layer, which is deviated from the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following advantages:
1) The first modified butyl rubber layer is connected with the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, the second modified butyl rubber layer is arranged on one side, far away from the first modified butyl rubber layer, of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, namely the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are coated on the two sides of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer respectively, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the modified butyl rubber have good waterproof effects.
2) According to the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll, the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are respectively coated on the two sides of the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer, and the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer has certain structural strength, so that the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer provides certain structural strength for the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer, the structural strength of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is ensured, meanwhile, the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are convenient to fixedly form, the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer have long service lives, the service life of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is ensured, the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll has certain structural strength and long service life, and the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is thin and easy to form.
3) According to the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material, the modified butyl rubber has certain following performance on the surface of an adhered object, namely the modified butyl rubber has good self-healing sealing performance, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer has high flexibility, so that a waterproof structure formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer has good self-healing sealing performance, and the problem of the phenomenon of hollowing of a ceramic tile caused by expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold of a cement mortar layer is not easy to occur.

The application provides a modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane. The modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material comprises an adhesive non-woven fabric layer, a modified butyl rubber layer and an anti-sticking layer. The modified butyl rubber layer comprises a first modified butyl rubber layer and a second modified butyl rubber layer, the first modified butyl rubber layer is connected with the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, and the second modified butyl rubber layer is arranged on one side, far away from the first modified butyl rubber layer, of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer. The anti-sticking layer comprises a first anti-sticking layer and a second anti-sticking layer. The first anti-sticking layer is arranged on one side, away from the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer, of the first modified butyl rubber layer and is used for tearing away from the first modified butyl rubber layer before bonding. The second anti-sticking layer is arranged on one side, far away from the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, of the second modified butyl rubber layer and is used for tearing away from the second modified butyl rubber layer before bonding.
In the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll, the first modified butyl rubber layer is connected with the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, the second modified butyl rubber layer is arranged on one side of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer away from the first modified butyl rubber layer, namely, the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are respectively coated on two sides of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the modified butyl rubber layer have better waterproof effects, namely, the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the first modified butyl rubber layer jointly form a waterproof structure with better waterproof effect, the waterproof effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is ensured, the first anti-sticking layer is used for protecting the first modified butyl rubber layer before tearing, the first modified butyl rubber layer has the functions of dust prevention and surface smoothness keeping, and similarly, the second anti-sticking layer is used for protecting the second modified butyl rubber layer before tearing, the functions of dust prevention and surface smoothness keeping are further ensured, and the waterproof effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is suitable for moist indoor building waterproof rolls. The first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are coated on two sides of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer respectively, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer has certain structural strength, so that the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer provides certain structural strength for the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer, the structural strength of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is ensured, meanwhile, the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are convenient to fix and form, the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer have longer service lives, the service life of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is ensured, the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material has certain structural strength and longer service life, and the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is thinner and is easy to form. The modified butyl rubber has certain followability to the surface of an adhered object, namely the modified butyl rubber has better self-healing sealing performance, and the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer has higher flexibility, so that a waterproof structure jointly formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer has better self-healing sealing performance, and the problem of ceramic tile hollowing caused by expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the cement mortar layer is not easy to occur.
For better understanding of the modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane of the present application, the following further explanation is made on the modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane of the present application:
referring to fig. 1, a modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 according to an embodiment includes an impregnated nonwoven fabric layer 100, a modified butyl rubber layer 200, and a release layer 300. The modified butyl rubber layer 200 comprises a first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and a second modified butyl rubber layer 220, wherein the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is connected with the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer 100, and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 is arranged on one side of the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer 100 far away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210. The release layer 300 includes a first release layer 310 and a second release layer 320. The first anti-sticking layer 310 is disposed on the side of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 away from the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the first anti-sticking layer 310 is used to tear away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before bonding. The second anti-sticking layer 320 is disposed on the side of the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 away from the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the second anti-sticking layer 320 is used for tearing away from the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 before bonding.
In the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is connected with the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100, the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 is arranged on one side of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, namely, the two sides of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 are respectively coated with the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the modified butyl rubber have good waterproof effects, namely, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 jointly form a waterproof structure with good waterproof effect, so that the waterproof effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is ensured, the first anti-sticking layer 310 is used for protecting the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before tearing, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is used for keeping the surface smoothness of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, and similarly, the second anti-sticking layer 320 is used for protecting the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 before tearing, so that the waterproof effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is better than that the waterproof roll 10 is used in a waterproof building room. In the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 are respectively coated on two sides of the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 has a certain structural strength, so that the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 provides a certain structural strength for the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, thereby ensuring the structural strength of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, and simultaneously facilitating the fixed molding of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 all have a longer service life, thereby ensuring the service life of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 has a certain structural strength and a longer service life at the same time, and the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is thinner and is easy to mold. According to the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, the modified butyl rubber has certain following performance on the surface of an object adhered to the modified butyl rubber, namely the modified butyl rubber has good self-healing sealing performance, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 has high flexibility, so that a waterproof structure formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 has good self-healing sealing performance, and the problem of the tile hollowing phenomenon caused by the expansion with heat and the contraction with cold of the cement mortar layer 400 is not easy to occur.
It should be noted that the first release layer 310 is used to tear away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before bonding, which means that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is bonded to an object through the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before bonding. In one embodiment, the object is a building 20.
It should be further noted that the second release layer 320 is used to tear away from the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 before bonding, which means that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is bonded to an object through the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 before bonding. In one embodiment, the object is a tile assembly 40.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the first modified butyl rubber layer is 300-350 μm. It can be understood that, when the thickness of the first modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the first modified butyl rubber layer has better waterproof property, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is more suitable for more humid indoor buildings, similarly, when the thickness of the first modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the first modified butyl rubber layer has better self-healing sealing property, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is connected with an adhered object more tightly, so that the problem of tile hollowing is not generated easily, and in addition, when the thickness of the first modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the first modified butyl rubber layer is thinner, so that the surface flatness of the first modified butyl rubber layer is lower, so that the surface flatness of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is easier to control, so that the modified butyl rubber roll is connected with the adhered object tightly, and the problem of tile hollowing is not generated easily.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is 300-350 μm. It can be understood that, when the thickness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the second modified butyl rubber layer has better waterproof property, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is suitable for damp indoor buildings, similarly, when the thickness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the second modified butyl rubber layer has better self-healing sealing property, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material has better self-healing sealing property, so that the connection between the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material and an adhered object is tighter, so that the problem of tile hollowing is not easy to occur, in addition, when the thickness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the thickness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is thinner, so that the surface smoothness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is easier to control, thereby the surface smoothness of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is easier to control, so that the connection between the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material and the adhered object is tighter, thereby further ensuring the problem of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is not easy to occur when the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is used as a ceramic tile hollowing.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer is 200-400 μm. It can be understood that when the thickness of the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer is 200-400 μm, the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer has better waterproof effect, better structural strength and better anti-aging property, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll has better waterproof effect, better structural strength and better anti-aging property, and the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll has better structural strength and longer service life; in addition, when the thickness of the glue non-woven fabric layer is 200-400 micrometers, the thickness of the glue non-woven fabric layer is thinner, so that the surface flatness of the glue non-woven fabric layer is easy to control, the surface flatness of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is easy to control, the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is further connected with an adhered object tightly, and the problem that the ceramic tile is not prone to hollowing when the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is used is further solved; in addition, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer is thinner, so that the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer is easily and completely soaked by the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer, and the waterproof effect and the self-healing sealing property of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material are further ensured, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material is further suitable for a humid indoor environment, and the problem of hollowing of tiles is not easily caused during use.
In one embodiment, the glue-impregnated nonwoven layer is a scrim glue-impregnated nonwoven layer. It can be understood that the check of gluing and soaking the non-woven fabrics layer has accelerated gluey speed of soaking to improve modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane's preparation efficiency, simultaneously, increased glue and soaked the non-woven fabrics layer and hold gluey space, thereby increase gluey volume, thereby further ensure modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane's self-healing leakproofness, the problem of the ceramic tile hollowing phenomenon that is difficult for appearing because of cement mortar layer expend with heat and contract with cold and cause.
In one embodiment, the first modified butyl rubber layer is extrusion coated on one side of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, and the second modified butyl rubber layer is extrusion coated on the other side of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer. It can be understood that extrusion coating technology makes first modified butyl rubber layer, glue soak non-woven fabrics layer and second modified butyl rubber layer easy shaping, and the one side that first modified butyl rubber layer deviates from glue and soaks non-woven fabrics layer comparatively level and smooth to be difficult for appearing the ceramic tile hollowing problem when further making modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane use, and likewise, the one side that second modified butyl rubber layer deviates from glue and soaks non-woven fabrics layer comparatively levels, thereby is difficult for appearing the ceramic tile hollowing problem when further making modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane use.
It should be further noted that the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll are all formed in an extrusion mode, and the grid patterns of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer enable butyl rubber to be easily dipped into the non-woven fabric layer, so that a waterproof structure formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer is easy to form, and the forming thickness of the waterproof structure formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer is thin, so that the surface of the roll bonding structure is smooth, the problem of hollowing of tiles is not easy to occur when the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is used, and meanwhile, the control of the thickness of the roll bonding structure is convenient. In this embodiment, the thickness of the first modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm, the thickness of the impregnated nonwoven fabric layer is 200 μm to 400 μm, and the thickness of the second modified butyl rubber layer is 300 μm to 350 μm.
In one embodiment, the first and second release layers are release film layers. It should be noted that the thickness of the cement mortar layer coated on the surface of the building body is 0.5-2 cm, and the thickness of the cement mortar layer is relatively thin, so that the flatness of the surface of the cement mortar layer is relatively easy to control, thereby ensuring the construction convenience and the construction efficiency, and meanwhile, the thickness of the cement mortar layer is relatively thin, so that the time for drying the cement mortar layer is relatively short, thereby shortening the construction time, i.e. further ensuring the construction efficiency, meanwhile, the cement mortar required to be prepared is relatively less, the material cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is further ensured.

It should be further noted that after the side, away from the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer, of the second modified butyl rubber layer is bonded to the tile adhesive layer, a preset time needs to be reserved, so that the silane coupling agent in the second modified butyl rubber layer and the latex powder in the tile adhesive layer are subjected to coupling reaction sufficiently to form a strong chemical bond, the second modified butyl rubber layer is tightly connected to the surface of the tile assembly, skin type waterproofing is formed, the waterproofing effect of the coiled material bonding structure is ensured, and the coiled material bonding structure is suitable for damp indoor buildings.
Further, before the step of providing the modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane of any of the above embodiments, the membrane bonding method further includes: preparing the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material. Further, preparing the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer comprises: firstly, providing a non-woven fabric layer; and then coating and forming the first modified butyl rubber layer on the upper surface of the non-woven fabric layer by an extrusion process, coating and forming the second modified butyl rubber layer on the lower surface of the non-woven fabric layer by the extrusion process, embedding the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer in the non-woven fabric layer through the grid holes of the non-woven fabric layer, and respectively forming the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the non-woven fabric layer, so that the first modified butyl rubber layer and the second modified butyl rubber layer are respectively arranged on two sides of the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer, and the first modified butyl rubber layer, the second modified butyl rubber layer and the butyl rubber embedded in the non-woven fabric layer have better structural strength, so that the waterproof coiled material is easy to prepare and form, and the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer of the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material has certain structural strength, tensile strength and tensile property, thereby ensuring the service life of the waterproof coiled material of the modified butyl rubber.

In one embodiment, the filler is precipitated calcium carbonate and mica powder. In one embodiment, the silane-modified tackifying resins are silane-modified petroleum resins and terpene resins. In one embodiment, the thermoplastic elastomer is a styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene block copolymer.
Further, the components of the second modified butyl rubber layer comprise: liquid rubber, butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, a filler, silane modified tackifying resin, hydroxymethyl cellulose, a thermoplastic elastomer, a silane coupling agent and an anti-aging agent. The silane coupling agent is a relatively fast hydrolyzing silane coupling agent. In this embodiment, through the compatibility of the silane coupling agent with other components, as the silane coupling agent and the latex powder included in the tile adhesive layer are subjected to coupling reaction to form a strong chemical bond, the second modified butyl rubber layer is tightly connected to the tile assembly to form skin-type waterproofing, so that the waterproofing effect of the coiled material bonding structure is further ensured, the coiled material bonding structure is suitable for humid indoor buildings, and the silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent which is hydrolyzed quickly, so that the silane coupling agent is subjected to coupling reaction with the latex powder included in the tile adhesive layer quickly, and the construction efficiency is ensured; meanwhile, the viscosity of the second modified butyl rubber layer is effectively increased by adding the butyl rubber and the halogenated butyl rubber, the viscosity of the second modified butyl rubber layer is further increased by adding the liquid rubber and the silane modified tackifying resin component, and the second modified butyl rubber layer has better adhesive property, so that the adhesion between the second modified butyl rubber layer and the tile assembly is stronger, the service life of the coiled material adhesive structure is further ensured, the second modified butyl rubber layer is further ensured to be tightly connected with the tile assembly, and the waterproof property of the coiled material adhesive structure is further improved; furthermore, the second modified butyl rubber layer also comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, so that the second modified butyl rubber layer has better elasticity and aging resistance, and the second modified butyl rubber layer also comprises hydroxymethyl cellulose, so that butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, filler, silane modified tackifying resin and the thermoplastic elastomer are better mixed and crosslinked, and the aging resistance of the second modified butyl rubber layer is improved because the second modified butyl rubber layer is also added with an anti-aging agent. In one embodiment, the halogenated butyl rubber is at least one of chlorinated butyl rubber and brominated butyl rubber. In one embodiment, the filler is calcined kaolin and mica powder, the calcined kaolin has a smaller and more uniform particle size, and the calcined kaolin is more uniformly dispersed in the second modified butyl rubber layer, so that the surface of the second modified butyl rubber layer is smoother, and the second modified butyl rubber layer is more closely connected to the surface of the tile assembly, thereby further preventing the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material from causing a tile hollowing phenomenon during use. In one embodiment, the silane modified tackifying resin is a silane modified petroleum resin. In one embodiment, the thermoplastic elastomer is a styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene block copolymer.
Further, the ceramic tile adhesive layer comprises the following components: polymer modified cement-based tile glue and latex powder. Through the compatibility of the silane coupling agent and other components, as the silane coupling agent and the cement mortar layer are subjected to coupling reaction to form a strong chemical bond, the first modified butyl rubber layer is tightly connected to the surface of the building body to form skin-type water resistance, so that the waterproof effect of the coiled material bonding structure is ensured, the coiled material bonding structure is suitable for humid indoor buildings, and the silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent which is hydrolyzed quickly, so that the silane coupling agent is subjected to coupling reaction with the cement mortar layer quickly, and the construction efficiency is ensured; meanwhile, the viscosity of the first modified butyl rubber layer is effectively increased by adding the butyl rubber, the viscosity of the first modified butyl rubber layer is further increased by adding the liquid rubber and the silane modified tackifying resin component, and the ratio of the butyl rubber is higher due to the fact that the butyl rubber is 20-35 parts, so that the first modified butyl rubber layer has better adhesive property, and the adhesion force between the first modified butyl rubber layer and the cement mortar layer is stronger, so that the service life of the coiled material adhesive structure is further ensured, the first modified butyl rubber layer is further ensured to be tightly connected to the surface of a building body, and the waterproof property of the coiled material adhesive structure is further improved; furthermore, the first modified butyl rubber layer also comprises the thermoplastic elastomer, so that the first modified butyl rubber layer has better elasticity and aging resistance.
Furthermore, the second modified butyl rubber layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-15 parts of liquid rubber; 20 to 40 portions of butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubber, 20 to 35 portions of filler, 10 to 25 portions of silane modified tackifying resin, 2 to 5 portions of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 3 to 8 portions of thermoplastic elastomer, 0.4 to 1 portion of silane coupling agent and 0.5 to 1 portion of anti-aging agent. The silane coupling agent is a relatively fast hydrolyzing silane coupling agent. In this example, a second modified butyl rubber was prepared using liquid rubber, butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, a filler, a silane-modified tackifying resin, hydroxymethyl cellulose, and a thermoplastic elastomer as the main raw materials, and a silane coupling agent and an anti-aging agent as additives. Through compatibility of the silane coupling agent and other components, as the silane coupling agent and the latex powder included by the tile adhesive layer are subjected to coupling reaction to form a strong chemical bond, the second modified butyl rubber layer is tightly connected to the tile assembly to form skin-type waterproofing, the waterproofing effect of the coiled material bonding structure is further ensured, and the coiled material bonding structure is suitable for humid indoor buildings; meanwhile, the viscosity of the second modified butyl rubber layer is effectively increased by adding the butyl rubber and the halogenated butyl rubber, the viscosity of the second modified butyl rubber layer is further increased by adding the liquid rubber and the silane modified tackifying resin component, and the ratio of the butyl rubber to the halogenated butyl rubber is higher due to the fact that the butyl rubber and the halogenated butyl rubber are 20-40 parts, so that the second modified butyl rubber layer has better adhesive property, the adhesive force between the second modified butyl rubber layer and the tile assembly is stronger, the service life of the coiled material adhesive structure is further ensured, the second modified butyl rubber layer is further ensured to be tightly connected with the tile assembly, and the waterproof property of the coiled material adhesive structure is further improved; furthermore, the second modified butyl rubber layer also comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, so that the second modified butyl rubber layer has better elasticity and aging resistance, and the second modified butyl rubber layer also comprises hydroxymethyl cellulose, so that butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, a filler, silane modified tackifying resin and the thermoplastic elastomer are better mixed and crosslinked, and the aging resistance of the second modified butyl rubber layer is improved because an anti-aging agent is also added into the second modified butyl rubber layer. In one embodiment, the halogenated butyl rubber is chlorinated butyl rubber.
Further, the tile adhesive layer comprises the following components: cellulose ether and latex powder. The silane coupling agent of the second modified butyl rubber layer and the latex powder in the tile glue are subjected to coupling reaction to form a strong chemical bond, so that the second modified butyl rubber layer is tightly connected to the surface of the tile assembly to form skin type water resistance, and the waterproof effect of the coiled material bonding structure is ensured, so that the coiled material bonding structure is suitable for a relatively wet indoor building.
It is further noted that the polymer modified cement-based tile adhesive of the tile adhesive layer can be a cellulose ether.
In one embodiment, the first modified butyl rubber layer comprises the following components in parts by mass:

Referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides a web bonding structure 10A. Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 includes an impregnated nonwoven fabric layer 100, a modified butyl rubber layer 200 and a release layer 300. The modified butyl rubber layer 200 comprises a first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and a second modified butyl rubber layer 220, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is connected with the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer 100, and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 is arranged on one side of the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer 100 far away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210. The release layer 300 includes a first release layer 310 and a second release layer 320. The first anti-sticking layer 310 is disposed on the side of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 away from the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the first anti-sticking layer 310 is used to tear away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before bonding. The second anti-sticking layer 320 is disposed on the side of the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 away from the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the second anti-sticking layer 320 is used for tearing away from the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 before bonding.
The coiled material bonding structure 10A has a certain following property for the surfaces of the adhered tile assembly 40 and the cement mortar layer 400, namely, the modified butyl rubber has a good self-healing sealing property, and the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 has high flexibility, so that the waterproof structure formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 has a good self-healing sealing property, and the problem of tile hollowing caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the cement mortar layer 400 is not easy to occur, thereby reducing rework caused by the problem of tile hollowing, ensuring the construction efficiency, meanwhile, the coiled material bonding structure 10A has a good self-healing sealing property, ensuring the waterproof effect of the coiled material bonding structure 10A, well lightening the problem of tile falling caused by water seepage, and further ensuring the service life of the coiled material bonding structure 10A. In the above-mentioned coil bonding structure 10A, because the modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane 10 of the coil bonding structure 10A, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is connected with the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 is disposed on the side of the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 is connected with the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, that is, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 are respectively coated on two sides of the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the impregnated non-woven fabric and the modified butyl rubber all have better waterproofing effects, that is, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 together form a waterproofing structure with better waterproofing effect, so as to ensure the waterproofing effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane 10, and the first anti-sticking layer 310 is used for protecting the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before tearing, and the second anti-sticking layer 320 is used for protecting the modified butyl rubber layer 220 before tearing, so as to further ensure the waterproofing effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane 10A, thereby being applicable to indoor waterproof structure of the building. In the roll bonding structure 10A, because the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 of the roll bonding structure 10A, two sides of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 are coated with the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 respectively, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 has a certain structural strength, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 provides a certain structural strength for the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, thereby ensuring the structural strength of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, and simultaneously facilitating the fixed molding of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 all have a longer service life, thereby ensuring the service life of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, and thus enabling the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 to have a certain structural strength and a longer service life at the same time, thereby further ensuring the structural strength and the service life of the roll bonding structure 10A.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the building body 20 includes a cement mortar layer 400, and the side of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 away from the impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 is used for bonding to the cement mortar layer 400 after tearing off the first anti-sticking layer 310. It can be understood that cement mortar layer 400 and first modified butyl rubber layer 210 bonding back reaction have formed better adhesion force, thereby make and form better adhesion force between modified butyl rubber waterproofing membrane 10 and the building body 20, thereby ensured coiled material adhesive structure 10A's life, and make coiled material adhesive structure 10A have better compact structure nature, thereby further ensured coiled material adhesive structure 10A's water-proof effects, thereby further make coiled material adhesive structure 10A be applicable to more moist interior architecture.
In one embodiment, the coiled material bonding structure further comprises a plurality of modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled materials which are mutually overlapped, and the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled materials which are mutually overlapped ensure that water cannot permeate into the space between the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled materials, so that the waterproof effect of the coiled material bonding structure is further ensured, and the coiled material bonding structure is further ensured to be suitable for a damp indoor building.
In one embodiment, the lap joint of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll is arranged at the peripheral overlapping part of the first modified butyl rubber layer of one modified butyl rubber waterproof roll and the second modified butyl rubber layer of the other modified butyl rubber waterproof roll, the width of the lap joint is 4 cm-5 cm, the waterproof effect of the roll bonding structure is further ensured, the roll bonding structure is further ensured to be suitable for wet indoor buildings, meanwhile, the width of the lap joint is 4 cm-5 cm, and materials are saved while the waterproof effect of the roll bonding structure is ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following advantages:
in the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is connected with the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100, the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 is arranged on one side of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 away from the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, namely, the two sides of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 are respectively coated with the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer and the modified butyl rubber have good waterproof effects, namely, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 jointly form a waterproof structure with good waterproof effect, so that the waterproof effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is ensured, the first anti-sticking layer 310 is used for protecting the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 before tearing, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 is used for keeping the surface smoothness of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, and similarly, the second anti-sticking layer 320 is used for protecting the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 before tearing, so that the waterproof effect of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is better than that the waterproof roll 10 is used in a waterproof building room. In the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 are respectively coated on two sides of the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100, and the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 has a certain structural strength, so that the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 provides a certain structural strength for the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, thereby ensuring the structural strength of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, and simultaneously facilitating the fixed molding of the first modified butyl rubber layer 210 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220, and the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer 100 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 have longer service lives, thereby ensuring the service life of the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, so that the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 has a certain structural strength and a longer service life at the same time, and the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10 is thinner and is easy to mold. According to the modified butyl rubber waterproof roll 10, the modified butyl rubber has certain following performance on the surface of an object adhered to the modified butyl rubber, namely the modified butyl rubber has good self-healing sealing performance, and the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 has high flexibility, so that a waterproof structure formed by the first modified butyl rubber layer 210, the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer 100 and the second modified butyl rubber layer 220 has good self-healing sealing performance, and the problem of the tile hollowing phenomenon caused by the expansion with heat and the contraction with cold of the cement mortar layer 400 is not easy to occur.

glue and soak the non-woven fabrics layer;
the modified butyl rubber layer comprises a first modified butyl rubber layer and a second modified butyl rubber layer, the first modified butyl rubber layer is connected with the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, and the second modified butyl rubber layer is arranged on one side, far away from the first modified butyl rubber layer, of the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer;
the anti-sticking layer comprises a first anti-sticking layer and a second anti-sticking layer, the first anti-sticking layer is arranged on one side, away from the glue-soaked non-woven fabric layer, of the first modified butyl rubber layer, and the first anti-sticking layer is used for tearing away from the first modified butyl rubber layer before bonding; the second anti-sticking layer is arranged on one side, far away from the glue-impregnated non-woven fabric layer, of the second modified butyl rubber layer and is used for tearing away from the second modified butyl rubber layer before bonding.

providing the modified butyl rubber waterproof coiled material of any one of claims 1 to 5;
tearing the first anti-sticking layer away from the first modified butyl rubber layer;
bonding one surface of the first modified butyl rubber layer, which is far away from the glue-dipped non-woven fabric layer, to the cement mortar layer;
tearing the second anti-sticking layer away from the second modified butyl rubber layer;
the tile adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the tile assembly in a brushing mode;
and adhering one surface of the ceramic tile assembly, which is provided with the ceramic tile adhesive layer, to one surface of the second modified butyl rubber layer, which is deviated from the glue dipping non-woven fabric layer.
