In the invention, the bottom cover 2100, the cylinder 2200, the axle center cover 2300 and the fixing plug 2400 are detachably connected, so that the demoulding and the cleaning are convenient.
In operation, the inner tube 1100 of the hard plastic of the bottom cover 2100 is inserted into the bottom cover 2100, the cylinder 2200, the axial cover 2300 and the fixing plug 2400 are connected together as shown in fig. 2, a polyethylene liquid is then added into the cylinder 2200 from the third axial cavity 2420, and finally the fixing plug 2400 is fixed to a certain device. Excess polyethylene liquid can spill over the first cut edges 2312a and 2312 b. After molding, the bottom cover 2100, the cylinder 2200, the shaft cover 2300 and the fixing plug 2400 are respectively disassembled. The die provided by the invention is simple in structure and easy to disassemble and wash.
Fig. 7 illustrates a method for manufacturing a drum according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following steps:
s701: preparing a hard plastic inner tube.
The hard plastic inner tube can be made by a user or purchased, and can be selected according to the needs.
S702: and molding a polyethylene sponge layer on the surface of the hard plastic inner pipe.
Preferably, the polyethylene sponge layer is molded on the surface of the hard plastic inner pipe by using the grinding tool. The specific process is not described in detail.
S702: and polishing the polyethylene sponge layer.
After the product is demoulded, a film with the thickness of 0.2-0.5 mm is formed on the surface of the product, the contact area of the film with the ground is increased, and then under the equal unit pressure, the friction force is increased and exceeds the friction force required by normal floor mopping cleaning, and the burden of a user and the machine in the cleaning process is increased. Furthermore, the membrane has strong tension and thickness, so that the internal sponge layer can be extruded in a closed space, and the elasticity of a part of bound material can reduce the cleaning effect.
After the polyethylene sponge layer is demoulded, the polyethylene sponge layer is polished. After polishing, the epidermis is partially worn out to expose the inner layer, and finally convex particles are distributed on the outer surface of the polyethylene sponge layer (as shown in figure 8). Preferably, the entire outer surface is covered with the convex particles. At this time, the contact area is reduced, the friction coefficient is reduced, and the internal elasticity is released. Preferably, the height of the convex particles is 0.2 to 0.5mm, and the gap between the convex particles is 0.2 to 1.0mm.
The preparation method of the invention directly forms the polyethylene sponge layer on the outer surface of the hard plastic inner pipe, thereby avoiding the bonding process in the prior art, not only avoiding the situation that the bonding part is hard, but also avoiding the situation that the sponge layer and the internal hard plastic inner pipe are eccentric. Further, after demolding, only partial finishing (at most, only cutting the formed part of the gap between the first straight line segment 2121, the second straight line segment 2311a and the cylinder 2200) needs to be performed on the polyethylene sponge layer, and excessive cutting does not need to be performed.
The polyethylene sponge layer prepared by the invention is a porous sponge layer (as shown in figure 9), and the porosity of the polyethylene sponge layer can reach 75-95%. Preferably, the polyethylene sponge layer has a pore size of 0.1 to 0.7mm. The polyethylene sponge layer prepared by the invention has very good water absorption and water locking effects. And because the existence of the interior chamfer at the both ends on polyethylene sponge layer, can be with the inside water route dynamic seal in polyethylene sponge layer, the sewage in the better parcel sponge layer can not take place the condition of infiltration. Preferably, the polyethylene sponge layer has a thickness of 7 to 30mm and a length of 180 to 300mm.
Further, the present invention provides a cleaning tool comprising the aforementioned drum.
Fig. 10 shows a cleaning tool including the aforementioned drum according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a drum 1000, a housing 3000, a trash can 4000, a clean water tank (not shown), and a dirty water tank 5000.
The shell 3000 is provided with a shovel strip 3100 and a water sealing member 3200, wherein the shovel strip 3100 is provided with an arc-shaped working surface, one end of the shovel strip is in contact with the ground during working, and the other end of the shovel strip is connected with the dustbin 4000. A garbage passage is formed between the arc-shaped working surface and the outer circumferential surface of the drum 1000, and garbage swept by the drum 1000 enters the garbage can 4000 through the garbage passage.
In addition, a first water pressing plate 3300 and a second water pressing plate 3400 are further provided on the housing 3000. The water sealing member 3200, the first water pressing plate 3300, and the second water pressing plate 3400 respectively interfere with (i.e., press) the drum 1000. The water sealing member 3200, the first water pressing plate 3300, and the drum 1000 together form a first water tank a, and the first water pressing plate 3300, the second water pressing plate 3400, and the drum 1000 together form a second water tank B.
Above the sink, the housing 3000 is provided with a sink upper cover 3500, which is conveniently used for cleaning the sink. The upper cover 3500 of the water tank is further provided with a clear water inlet 3510, and the clear water inlet 3510 is connected with a clear water tank (not shown in the figure). In this embodiment, the fresh water inlet 3510 is located above the second tub B, and fresh water enters the second tub B from the fresh water inlet 3510, thereby washing the drum 1000. In other embodiments of the present invention, the fresh water inlet 3510 may be disposed above the first water tank a, and may be disposed above the first water tank a and the second water tank B.
The housing 3000 further includes a first water outlet (not shown) and a second water outlet (not shown) corresponding to the first water tank a and the second water tank B. The first and second water tank outlets are connected to the sewage tank 5000. Alternatively, the side wall of the housing 3000 is provided with an inclined sewage passage (not shown in the drawings), and the sewage in the first and second sinks flows from the sewage passage into the sewage tank 5000 by its own weight. The sewage channel can be provided with a sewage channel upper cover, so that a user can clean the sewage channel conveniently.
The drum 1000 is subjected to a relatively large interference at the first water pressurizing plate 3300, and the contaminated water in the drum 1000 is squeezed out. The roller 1000 rotates continuously, clear water is sprayed out from the clear water inlet 3510 to clean the roller 1000, the roller 1000 rotates to the position of the second water pressing plate 3400 and is interfered again greatly to clean the roller 1000 for the second time, and sewage in the first water tank A and the second water tank B flows into the sewage tank 5000. Through the arrangement of two stages of water tanks and two times of extrusion, the roller can be cleaned very cleanly in the process of supporting and sweeping, and the roller does not need to be cleaned frequently by adopting a special cleaning program.
It should be noted that the cleaning tool provided by the present invention is not limited to the structure of the above embodiment, as long as the cleaning tool includes the roller provided by the present invention and can perform cleaning.
Because the polyethylene sponge layer both ends of cylinder have interior chamfer, can be with the inside water route dynamic seal in polyethylene sponge layer, the sewage in the better parcel sponge layer can not take place the condition of infiltration. Moreover, the convex particles on the surface of the cleaning agent reduce the friction force between the polyethylene sponge layer and the ground, and improve the cleaning capability. The polyethylene sponge layer has the advantages of high porosity, small pore size and very strong water absorption capacity. Therefore, the cleaning tool provided by the invention can clean various forms of garbage, and particularly has a very good cleaning effect on viscous garbage.
