The elastic non-woven fabric 20 is in an I-shaped structure when being unfolded, and is provided with transverse ends connected to the front piece 11 and the back piece 12 and longitudinal ends connected with the two transverse ends, and the longitudinal ends are folded by the elastic non-woven fabric 20 to form a double-layer or three-layer elastic structure; the absorber 100 is fixedly arranged at the longitudinal end; the liquid-permeable surface layer 200 is attached to the upper surface of the absorbent body 100 and connects the two lateral ends. Structurally, the lower edges of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 are free end structures, so that a fixed structure does not exist between the position and the absorber 100, the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 are in a skirt-like state after being jointed, the constraint of the traditional trousers-type structure (such as pull-up trousers) on the legs of a user is avoided, and the comfort is good; in contrast, in order to improve the bearing of the absorber 100, the absorber is kept three-dimensional and has good structural stability, so that a layer of elastic non-woven fabric 20 is designed on the structure connecting the front piece 11 and the rear piece 12, and a double-layer or three-layer elastic structure is designed for the bearing lower gear position of the absorber 100, so that the lower gear position has larger elasticity compared with the front waist and the rear waist, and the aim of improving the structural stability is achieved.
Structurally, the area of the lateral ends attached to the back panel 12 is larger than the area of the lateral ends on the front panel 11. The design is to conform to the ergonomic design, and the stress of the front waist and the rear hip is different, so the elasticity and the connecting structure of the absorbent article are correspondingly changed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a method for preparing a skirt-type absorbent article includes preparing an outer clothing layer, preparing an absorber 100, preparing a liquid permeable surface layer 200, compounding the outer clothing layer with the absorber 100 and the liquid permeable surface layer, and then slitting and forming to obtain a single absorbent article, wherein the preparing of the outer clothing layer includes the following steps:
a. taking a hydrophilic non-woven fabric 10, and cutting the hydrophilic non-woven fabric along the middle part of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric in the width direction to form a front piece 11 and a rear piece 12 which are continuously conveyed respectively; wherein, after cutting, accessible direction makes front bezel 11 and back plate 12 both form the separation of certain distance along cutting the position on the equipment to satisfy the actual size demand of product, be convenient for follow-up folding, and also guaranteed the integrality of cutting, avoid appearing the adhesion, influence the shaping product appearance.
It should be noted that the middle position is not limited to the center line, but may be two sides of the center line, which may be changed according to the product form, for example, the back panel 12 may be correspondingly increased in area to meet the actual use requirement of the molded product, and is shown by the center line for convenience of illustration;
b. the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 which is continuously conveyed is taken, symmetrical and continuous cutting is carried out on two sides of the transverse width of the elastic nonwoven fabric, two cuts 21 are formed by single cutting, a part between the two cuts 21 in the length direction is defined as a folding section 22, and the folding section 22 is folded and fixed upwards. The position of the folded-over section 22 is here the down position of the absorbent article after shaping.
Specifically, the step b is processed by a forming device 30, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the forming device 30 includes a frame, an unreeling mechanism 31 for unreeling the elastic nonwoven fabric 20, a cutter roller assembly 32 for forming the incision 21, a turnover assembly 33 for turning up or down the material, and a plurality of guide rollers for guiding the material are sequentially disposed on the frame, the turnover assembly 33 includes an adsorption groove 331 and a turnover plate 332, an adsorption area 331a of the adsorption groove 331 is located at a width position of the incision 21 on two sides of the material so that a portion (turnover section 22) between the incisions 21 is separated and turned up, and the turnover plate 332 is disposed on two sides of the material. As shown in fig. 5 (3 circled positions in the drawing indicate the folded state of the position), the whole turnover plate 332 has a spiral structure, and a horizontal input port 332a, a spiral guiding section 332b and an inclined pressing section 332c are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the material; as shown in fig. 5, the horizontal input port 332a of the turnover plate 332 is located at the outer side of the turned material, and the spiral guide section 332b forms a horizontal-gradually inclined-standing-inward bending-up to horizontal stage and is connected to the inclined pressing section 332c, and the inclined pressing section 332c is connected to the spiral guide section 332b and extends backward along the direction of the pipeline for a certain distance to press the turned material for a certain distance to avoid the reversion thereof.
Structurally, a glue applicator 34 for applying glue to the material is also provided between the folding assembly 33 and the cutter roller assembly 32. In order to ensure the stability of the upturning, a glue applying mechanism 34 is added, and a certain degree of glue is sprayed on the upper surface of the elastic non-woven fabric 20, so that the structure after the upturning is stable. The glue applicator 34 is well known to those skilled in the art and is not described in detail herein, either by spiral glue application or glue spraying, preferably at the location of the fold-over section 22, to secure the fold-over portion while avoiding contamination of the fold-over plate 332.
The form of turning up the part between the two slits 21 in the length direction is exemplified, but not limited to the form of turning up, and the form of turning down can be formed by changing the suction direction of the suction groove 331 on the turning-over assembly 33 and the position of the turning-over plate 332, which will not be described herein again.
c. Compounding a continuous water-repellent layer 40 on the lower end of the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 in the step b; specifically, in the step c, the width of the water-repellent layer 40 is not smaller than the width between the incisions 21 on both sides in the width direction of the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 in the step b (i.e., the distance between the folded sections 22 on both sides), and the water-repellent layer 40 is formed by compounding a water-repellent film and at least two layers of nonwoven fabrics. Structurally, the water-repellent layer 40 needs to cover the width of the absorbent body 100 to avoid liquid seepage of the absorbent body 100, and cannot be too wide to affect wearing comfort; the water-repellent layer 40 needs to be impermeable to liquid, and in order to improve the hand, nonwoven fabrics are added to ensure physical properties such as softness of the water-repellent layer 40.
d. And c, cutting the product obtained in the step c into single products, and carrying out equidistant continuous compounding on each product in the width direction of the product obtained in the step a and the front and back sheets 11 and 12 after the product is turned to obtain a continuous garment layer.
Wherein, the formed coat layer is still on the assembly line, and then the absorber 100 and the liquid permeable surface layer 200 are sequentially arranged at corresponding positions and then are compounded; folding the product after compounding, and then carrying out equidistant jointing to form a skirt-shaped structure with distinct front and back sheets 11 and 12, and cutting to obtain a single skirt-shaped absorbent article; it should be noted that the absorber 100 may be an off-line molded finished absorber 100 structure, or may be an on-line molded product.
According to the technical scheme, aiming at the characteristics of the skirt-type structural absorbent article, different outer clothing layer structures are designed, namely, the elastic non-woven fabric 20 is added as a supporting structure, the water repellent layer 40 is arranged at the bottom of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 to meet the liquid impermeability, meanwhile, the upper end carries the absorber 100, the front piece 11 and the rear piece 12 are connected, the bearing performance is good, and large deformation cannot be formed after the absorber 100 absorbs liquid.
The large-area elastic nonwoven 20 covers the front waist, the lower back and the rear waist portion, has strong wrapping property, is more fit to the human body after being worn, and ensures the fixing effect when being worn while the lower ends of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 are free from the human body.
The two sides of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 are provided with the incisions 21 and the parts are turned over, and the turning over position is the lower gear position of the absorbent article, so that a two-layer or three-layer elastic supporting structure after the folding can be formed, the area with concentrated weight of the absorber 100 is subjected to reinforced bearing, the wearing three-dimensional performance is strong, and the lifting effect is also strong after the absorber 100 absorbs liquid; meanwhile, the structure of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 is combined with the large-area joint of the front piece 11 and the rear piece 12 to form different elastic sections of the front waist, the rear waist and the lower gear, the lower gear area forms larger supporting force when the absorber 100 absorbs liquid and falls down, the large-area joint structure of the front waist and the rear waist part can not lead the product to form larger deformation, good appearance can be kept after absorbing liquid, the three-dimensional stability is strong, and then the liquid leakage phenomenon caused by deformation is avoided.
The lower-grade area abandons the input of the rubber band, not only saves the use of the rubber band in production, but also correspondingly simplifies production equipment and process, has good practicability, and on the appearance of the product, the lower-grade area is smooth, and no crease caused by the rubber band is formed, so that the appearance is good.
Specifically, in the step b, the two incisions 21 are folded and fixed in the length direction and then overlapped with each other; at this time, the elastic nonwoven 20 of the lower-end region has a three-layer structure; if necessary, the length of the slit 21 may be shortened so that the folded portions at the two ends are not overlapped, and the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 in the lower gear region has a two-layer structure; the choice of the two is based on factors such as the size of the product, the absorbency and expansion of the absorbent body 100, and the positioning of the product, and is not limited in this regard.

Furthermore, the two notches 21 may be designed into asymmetric straight lines or arc structures (the areas of the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 are different after being folded) according to the different sizes of the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12, so that the bearing capacity of the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 can be correspondingly changed, and the design may be designed according to the different longitudinal positions of the absorber 100, so that the bearing capacity of the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 is uniformly dispersed on the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 according to the different sizes of the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12.
In view of the product, when the elasticity at the waist needs to be increased, a heavy step may be added between the step a and the step b, as shown in fig. 6, which is a1: applying elastic rubber band 50 on the opposite side of the slitting position of the front and rear sheets 11, 12 and folding the applying area downward or upward and inward, wherein the distance between the applying area and the end parts of the two ends is 20-50 mm; the specific setting of the distance is not performed here, and different specific dimensions may be selected according to different product dimensions, so that the distance can be satisfied within the range.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that when the present technical solution is applied to a diaper or a pull-up diaper product, the necessary components such as the anti-leakage barrier 201 are correspondingly added on the liquid-permeable surface layer 200, which will not be described herein.
In this embodiment, the compounding in steps c and d is performed by using a hot melt adhesive or ultrasonic compounding. The device can be improved or adjusted according to the existing equipment, and can meet the production requirement.
In the present embodiment, in the step a, the slit lines of the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 are wavy lines, and the skirt type skirt is formed as a wavy line structure, but the product shape may be a straight line or a broken line, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
