门窗按其所处的位置不同分为围护构件或分隔构件,是建筑物围护结构系统中重要的组成部分,平开门窗是门窗的一种,平开门窗是指以两个以上的平行或垂直的点为轴心固定在洞、口侧面、可以手动、电动、链动、绞动、转动、磁动开启的,具有一定通风、采光性能和锁闭功能门窗,分为内开、外开、自由、上悬、下悬、中悬、中转、折叠、提升等。
中国专利公开号为CN209040711U,授权公告日为2019年06月28日,一种隔离式节能隔热铝合金平开门窗,包括窗体外框,所述窗体外框内部对称设有两扇窗体内框,每扇所述窗体内框的内侧面均固接有把手,每扇所述窗体内框上均固定安装有中空玻璃,所述窗体内框的外侧面边沿均粘接有一圈发泡塑料圈,所述窗体外框的内边沿对应粘接有一圈配合发泡塑料圈使用的密封圈,位于两扇所述窗体内框中间的窗体外框内部开设有安装腔体,所述安装腔体内部对称水平滑动连接有两个矩形卡块。开关窗体操作省力便捷,能够避免窗体关闭时窗体内框与窗体外框间缝隙过大,且窗体隔离外部声音的效果更好,气密性更好,能减少窗外与室内空气的热交换,隔热效果更好,从而降低能耗。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗及其工作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的平开门窗采用膨胀螺栓直接将其安装到墙体上,并在平开门窗与墙体之间的间隙中打入密封胶,密封胶在使用过程中会发生脱胶,降低平开门窗安装密封性,且使用该安装方式不便于将平开门窗拆解,平开门窗的密封性不佳会加大热量流失,隔热保温性能不佳,不能满足使用需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,包括外框体和墙体;
安装孔,其设置在所述墙体上;
中隔板,其设置在所述外框体的内部,且中隔板与外框体固定连接,所述中隔板的两侧均设置有门窗框体,所述门窗框体与外框体之间设置有铰接件,且门窗框体与外框体转动连接,所述门窗框体上设置有中空玻璃,且中空玻璃与门窗框体连接为一体结构;
空腔体,其设置在所述外框体上,空腔体设置有两个,且两个空腔体设置在外框体的两侧,两个所述空腔体的内部均设置有转动座,且转动座与外框体转动连接,所述转动座的一端贯穿并延伸至外框体的内侧,两个所述空腔体的内部均设置有安装销,且安装销与外框体滑动连接,所述安装销与安装孔对应设置,所述转动座的两端均设置有第一凹槽,所述转动座与安装销之间设置有联动杆,且联动杆的两端分别与安装销和转动座转动连接。

步骤4:打开门窗时,逆时针转动旋转把手并推动门窗框体转动,将门窗框体打开;
步骤5:关闭门窗时,拉动门窗框体转动与中隔板贴合,在顺时针转动旋转把手与中隔板连接;
步骤6:门窗框体转动时空心管与伸缩杆发生相应伸缩滑动,调节长度,空心管和伸缩杆分别与滑块和门窗框体转动,同时滑块在T型滑轨上滑动,对转动的门窗框体起到导向限位的作用。

2.该发明装置通过中空玻璃、气囊体、换气嘴和橡胶胶条的设置,门窗玻璃采用中空玻璃,利用中空玻璃的特性起到隔音、隔热的功能,橡胶胶条确保了门窗框体与外框体连接密封性,借助换气嘴可将空气充入气囊体中膨胀,气囊体与墙体充分接触,将平开门窗与墙体之间的间隙填充,确保了平开门窗与墙体安装密封性,减少热量流失,降低能耗;

空腔体11,其设置在外框体1上,空腔体11设置有两个,且两个空腔体11设置在外框体1的两侧,两个空腔体11的内部均设置有转动座12,且转动座12与外框体1转动连接,转动座12的一端贯穿并延伸至外框体1的内侧,两个空腔体11的内部均设置有安装销6,且安装销6与外框体1滑动连接,安装销6与安装孔15对应设置,转动座12的两端均设置有第一凹槽17,转动座12与安装销6之间设置有联动杆13,且联动杆13的两端分别与安装销6和转动座12转动连接,转动转动座12带动联动杆13转动,随着联动杆13的转动带动安装销6升降,将安装销6插入安装孔15中,借助安装销6可快速实现平开门窗的安装,将安装销6从安装孔15中取出可将平开门窗拆下,平开门窗拆装便捷。
请参阅图1和图3,外框体1的外部设置有气囊体7,气囊体7设置有两个,且气囊体7与外框体1连接为一体结构,外框体1上设置有换气嘴8,且换气嘴8与外框体1固定连接,换气嘴8与气囊体7连通设置,空腔体11的两端均设置有密封圈16,且密封圈16与外框体1设置为一体结构,密封圈16设置在安装销6的外部,且密封圈16与安装销6相贴合,通过换气嘴8将空气注入到气囊体7中,膨胀的气囊体7充分与墙体14接触,借助膨胀的气囊体7将平开门窗与墙体14之间的间隙填充,确保了平开门窗与墙体14安装密封效果。
请参阅图4,门窗框体3的外部设置有橡胶胶条18,且橡胶胶条18与门窗框体3连接为一体结构,橡胶胶条18与外框体1和中隔板2相贴合,通过橡胶胶条18使得关上的门窗框体3保证密封效果。
请参阅图2,门窗框体3背部的下端设置有导流槽10,导流槽10设置有至少两个,且导流槽10在门窗框体3背部的下端等距设置,导流槽10的底部与中空玻璃4设置在同一水平面上,通过导流槽10可对雨雪天拍打到门窗外部的雨水起到导流的作用,快速将门窗框体3上的雨水引走,避免门窗框体3上雨水堆积,提高了门窗框体3的防水性能。
请参阅图5和图6,外框体1的底部设置有开口槽19,开口槽19的内部设置有T型滑轨20,且T型滑轨20与外框体1固定连接,T型滑轨20的一侧设置有滑块21,滑块21上设置有T型滑槽28,且T型滑轨20的一端延伸至T型滑槽28的内部,T型滑轨20与滑块21滑动连接,门窗框体3的底部设置有第二凹槽24,滑块21的一侧设置有空心管22,且空心管22与滑块21转动连接,空心管22的一侧设置有伸缩杆23,且伸缩杆23的一端延伸至空心管22的内部,伸缩杆23与空心管22滑动连接,伸缩杆23的另一端延伸至第二凹槽24的内部,且伸缩杆23与门窗框体3转动连接,通过空心管22和伸缩杆23构成可伸缩的导向杆结构,借助导向杆结构对转动的门窗框体3起到导向限位的作用,确保了门窗框体3转动平稳性,滑块21在T型滑轨20上滑动,关上门窗框体3上带动导向杆结构转动调节,使得滑块21沿着T型滑轨20滑动,可将导向杆结构收纳。
请参阅图6,空心管22的一端设置有弹性套25,且弹性套25与空心管22连接为一体结构,弹性套25设置在伸缩杆23的外部,且弹性套25与伸缩杆23相贴合,伸缩杆23的上下端均设置有滚槽27,弹性套25的一侧设置有滚珠26,滚珠26设置有两个,且滚珠26与空心管22滚动连接,滚珠26的一端延伸至滚槽27的内部,且滚珠26与伸缩杆23滑动连接,通过滚珠26和滚槽27使得导向杆结构伸缩更加平滑,弹性套25对伸缩杆23施加挤压力,借助挤压力可对伸缩杆23起到限位的作用,对打开的门窗框体3起到支撑的作用,避免门窗框体3在风吹作用下快速转动闭合,对门窗框体3起到一定的防护作用。
请参阅图1,门窗框体3的内侧设置有旋转把手5,且旋转把手5与门窗框体3转动连接,旋转把手5设置在中隔板2的一侧,且旋转把手5与中隔板2活动连接,通过旋转把手5便于对门窗框体3进行操控,将旋转把手5与中隔板2连接可将门窗框体3锁紧。
一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗的工作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:在墙体14上开出门窗洞并打出安装孔15,将平开门窗放入门窗洞中;
步骤2:使用电钻带动转动座12顺时针转动,随着转动座12的转动将安装销6插入到安装孔15中,将平开门窗与墙体14安装固定;
步骤3:将充气泵与换气嘴8连接,将空气充入气囊体7臌胀,气囊体7与墙体14充分接触,将平开门窗与墙体14之间的间隙填充;
步骤4:打开门窗时,逆时针转动旋转把手5并推动门窗框体3转动,将门窗框体3打开;
步骤5:关闭门窗时,拉动门窗框体3转动与中隔板2贴合,在顺时针转动旋转把手5与中隔板2连接;
步骤6:门窗框体3转动时空心管22与伸缩杆23发生相应伸缩滑动,调节长度,空心管22和伸缩杆23分别与滑块21和门窗框体3转动,同时滑块21在T型滑轨20上滑动,对转动的门窗框体3起到导向限位的作用。

Claims (8)
1.一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,包括外框体(1)和墙体(14),其特征在于:
安装孔(15),其设置在所述墙体(14)上;
中隔板(2),其设置在所述外框体(1)的内部,且中隔板(2)与外框体(1)固定连接,所述中隔板(2)的两侧均设置有门窗框体(3),所述门窗框体(3)与外框体(1)之间设置有铰接件(9),且门窗框体(3)与外框体(1)转动连接,所述门窗框体(3)上设置有中空玻璃(4),且中空玻璃(4)与门窗框体(3)连接为一体结构;
空腔体(11),其设置在所述外框体(1)上,空腔体(11)设置有两个,且两个空腔体(11)设置在外框体(1)的两侧,两个所述空腔体(11)的内部均设置有转动座(12),且转动座(12)与外框体(1)转动连接,所述转动座(12)的一端贯穿并延伸至外框体(1)的内侧,两个所述空腔体(11)的内部均设置有安装销(6),且安装销(6)与外框体(1)滑动连接,所述安装销(6)与安装孔(15)对应设置,所述转动座(12)的两端均设置有第一凹槽(17),所述转动座(12)与安装销(6)之间设置有联动杆(13),且联动杆(13)的两端分别与安装销(6)和转动座(12)转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,其特征在于:所述外框体(1)的外部设置有气囊体(7),气囊体(7)设置有两个,且气囊体(7)与外框体(1)连接为一体结构,所述外框体(1)上设置有换气嘴(8),且换气嘴(8)与外框体(1)固定连接,所述换气嘴(8)与气囊体(7)连通设置,所述空腔体(11)的两端均设置有密封圈(16),且密封圈(16)与外框体(1)设置为一体结构,所述密封圈(16)设置在安装销(6)的外部,且密封圈(16)与安装销(6)相贴合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,其特征在于:所述门窗框体(3)的外部设置有橡胶胶条(18),且橡胶胶条(18)与门窗框体(3)连接为一体结构,所述橡胶胶条(18)与外框体(1)和中隔板(2)相贴合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,其特征在于:所述门窗框体(3)背部的下端设置有导流槽(10),导流槽(10)设置有至少两个,且导流槽(10)在门窗框体(3)背部的下端等距设置,所述导流槽(10)的底部与中空玻璃(4)设置在同一水平面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,其特征在于:所述外框体(1)的底部设置有开口槽(19),所述开口槽(19)的内部设置有T型滑轨(20),且T型滑轨(20)与外框体(1)固定连接,所述T型滑轨(20)的一侧设置有滑块(21),所述滑块(21)上设置有T型滑槽(28),且T型滑轨(20)的一端延伸至T型滑槽(28)的内部,所述T型滑轨(20)与滑块(21)滑动连接,所述门窗框体(3)的底部设置有第二凹槽(24),所述滑块(21)的一侧设置有空心管(22),且空心管(22)与滑块(21)转动连接,所述空心管(22)的一侧设置有伸缩杆(23),且伸缩杆(23)的一端延伸至空心管(22)的内部,所述伸缩杆(23)与空心管(22)滑动连接,所述伸缩杆(23)的另一端延伸至第二凹槽(24)的内部,且伸缩杆(23)与门窗框体(3)转动连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,其特征在于:所述空心管(22)的一端设置有弹性套(25),且弹性套(25)与空心管(22)连接为一体结构,所述弹性套(25)设置在伸缩杆(23)的外部,且弹性套(25)与伸缩杆(23)相贴合,所述伸缩杆(23)的上下端均设置有滚槽(27),所述弹性套(25)的一侧设置有滚珠(26),滚珠(26)设置有两个,且滚珠(26)与空心管(22)滚动连接,所述滚珠(26)的一端延伸至滚槽(27)的内部,且滚珠(26)与伸缩杆(23)滑动连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗,其特征在于:所述门窗框体(3)的内侧设置有旋转把手(5),且旋转把手(5)与门窗框体(3)转动连接,所述旋转把手(5)设置在中隔板(2)的一侧,且旋转把手(5)与中隔板(2)活动连接。
8.基于权利要求7所述的一种节能保温型隔热平开门窗的工作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:在墙体(14)上开出门窗洞并打出安装孔(15),将平开门窗放入门窗洞中;
步骤2:使用电钻带动转动座(12)顺时针转动,随着转动座(12)的转动将安装销(6)插入到安装孔(15)中,将平开门窗与墙体(14)安装固定;
步骤3:将充气泵与换气嘴(8)连接,将空气充入气囊体(7)臌胀,气囊体(7)与墙体(14)充分接触,将平开门窗与墙体(14)之间的间隙填充;
步骤4:打开门窗时,逆时针转动旋转把手(5)并推动门窗框体(3)转动,将门窗框体(3)打开;
步骤5:关闭门窗时,拉动门窗框体(3)转动与中隔板(2)贴合,在顺时针转动旋转把手(5)与中隔板(2)连接;
步骤6:门窗框体(3)转动时空心管(22)与伸缩杆(23)发生相应伸缩滑动,调节长度,空心管(22)和伸缩杆(23)分别与滑块(21)和门窗框体(3)转动,同时滑块(21)在T型滑轨(20)上滑动,对转动的门窗框体(3)起到导向限位的作用。
