Background
Refrigerated transport is an important component of logistics transport, which ensures that goods requiring refrigeration and freshness preservation do not deteriorate during transport. The refrigerator car is a closed van-type transport vehicle for transporting frozen or fresh-keeping goods, and is a special transport vehicle for refrigeration, which is provided with a refrigerating device of a refrigerating unit and a polyurethane heat insulation compartment. When the goods to be transported are stored in the refrigerator car, ice blocks are not usually placed, so that the goods are required to rapidly enter the refrigerator for storage after leaving the refrigerator car. Detailed Description
The following detailed description will further illustrate the present application in conjunction with the above-described figures.
So that the manner in which the above recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings. In addition, the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, and the described embodiments are merely a subset of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than a complete embodiment. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for monitoring a cold chain transportation temperature, including the following steps:
and step S11, acquiring the temperature of the ice bag, the temperature of the storage box and the ambient temperature of the carriage.
It is understood that the temperature of the ice pack refers to the temperature of the ice pack for placing the articles to be transported (e.g., fruits), the temperature of the storage box refers to the temperature of the interior of the box (or a certain space inside the box) directly for placing the articles to be transported, and the ambient temperature of the compartment refers to the temperature of the interior of the compartment in which the box for storing the articles to be transported is placed.
In one possible implementation, the temperature of the ice pack, the temperature of the storage box and the ambient temperature of the compartment are all obtained by placing temperature sensors at corresponding positions. For example, a sensor for acquiring the temperature of the ice bag is arranged beside the ice bag (arranged close to the ice bag). For another example, a temperature sensor that obtains the temperature of the storage tank is placed in the storage tank. For example, a temperature sensor for acquiring the ambient temperature of the vehicle compartment is provided in the vehicle compartment at a position outside the storage box.
And S12, obtaining a temperature difference value according to the temperature of the ice bag and the ambient temperature of the carriage.
It can be understood that the smaller the temperature difference (i.e., the temperature difference) between the temperature of the ice bag and the ambient temperature of the vehicle compartment, the longer the ice cubes in the ice bag can be maintained, and thus the proper ambient temperature can be provided for the articles to be transported in the storage box for a long time. Ice cubes can also continue to provide a suitable ambient temperature for the items to be transported for a period of time, particularly when the storage compartment is out of the environment in the passenger compartment.
And S13, adjusting the set temperature of the refrigerator according to the temperature difference and a preset threshold value.
Please refer to fig. 2, which shows a sub-flowchart of step S13.
Step S131, determining whether the temperature difference reaches a preset threshold, if the temperature difference reaches the preset threshold, executing step S132, and if the temperature difference does not reach the preset threshold, executing step S133.
It will be appreciated that the preset threshold may be obtained from practical tests, for example, and that the ice pack can be maintained for a longer period of time when the temperature difference remains below the preset threshold.
In a possible implementation, the preset threshold is also related to the total number of ice packs (for example the grammage). Different numbers of ice bags are provided for different sizes of storage boxes. That is, the preset threshold may be manually set for different sizes of bins. It will be appreciated that the same size bin is typically used for the same batch of shipping.
And step S132, adjusting the setting temperature of the refrigerator to enable the ambient temperature of the compartment to reach the preset temperature of the ice bag.
It can be understood that after the temperature of the refrigerator is adjusted in the step, the ambient temperature of the carriage can be reduced to reach the preset temperature of the ice bag.
It will be appreciated that the preset temperature of the ice pack will vary from one item to another. The ice bag with different phase changes can be set according to the temperature required to be stored for the articles to be transported, and the preset temperature of the ice bag is the phase change of (the medium in) the ice bag. Such as 0 deg.C phase transition, -6 deg.C phase transition, -12 deg.C phase transition, and-18 deg.C phase transition.
In one possible implementation, the preset temperature of the ice bag is 0 ℃, and normal water is used in the ice bag at the moment. In another possible embodiment, the preset temperature of the ice pack is-6 ℃, and the ice pack in this case may be a dry ice type ice pack, for example.
It can be understood that since the ice bag is set according to the temperature requirement of the transported goods, it has a specific phase change, so that it can always provide a proper temperature to the transported goods before it is completely melted. The temperature in the storage box is thus always in accordance with the temperature requirements of the goods to be transported. And during the ice bag maintaining period, the temperature in the storage box can be always maintained in a constant temperature interval, and the articles to be transported can be well stored in the temperature interval.
It can be understood that the cold machine is set with temperature regulation and is reduced to the ice bag and predetermine the temperature to reduce carriage ambient temperature, and then can be very big reduce the temperature difference between carriage environment and the ice bag, effectively prolong the hold time of ice bag, make the ice bag can last for a long time provide suitable temperature for waiting to transport article.
And step S133, judging whether the compartment ambient temperature is lower than the storage box temperature, and if the compartment ambient temperature is lower than the storage box temperature, adjusting the setting temperature of the refrigerator to enable the compartment ambient temperature to reach the storage box temperature.
It can be understood that the temperatures of the carriage, the storage box and the ice bags are all inconsistent, the temperature of the storage box is lower than the temperature of the ice bags, and the temperature of the ice bags is generally lower than the ambient temperature of the carriage.
It is understood that if the temperature difference between the ambient temperature of the ice pack and the ambient temperature of the vehicle compartment is not large, for example, lower than a preset threshold, it indicates that the ice pack can still be maintained for a long time without intervening on the temperature difference between the ambient temperature of the vehicle compartment and the temperature of the ice pack. The environment where the objects to be transported are located can be ensured by adjusting the temperature of the refrigerator to enable the temperature of the compartment to reach the temperature of the storage box, namely, the temperature of the storage box and the temperature of the compartment can meet the temperature requirement of the objects to be transported. The ambient temperature of the carriage is maintained to be close to the temperature of the storage box instead of being always set to be close to the preset temperature of the ice bag, so that the power consumption of the refrigerator can be reduced.
It will be appreciated that if the ambient temperature of the compartment is maintained below the preset temperature of the ice packs at all times, this may result in the temperature in the storage compartment being below the temperature storage zone suitable for the goods to be transported. For litchi, the proper temperature storage interval is 2-5 ℃, and if the preset temperature of the ice bag is 0 ℃, the litchi is stored in an environment below 0 ℃ for a long time, the litchi can be browned.
