a rotating groove is formed in the side wall of the material box; a second belt is arranged in the rotating groove; the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the second belt; the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with a rotating rod through a second belt; the surface of the rotating rod is fixedly connected with a cam; a pushing plate is hinged to the bottom surface of the material box at the position of the cam, and the pushing plate is contacted with the side surface of the cam;
