10. The use method of the melon seed screening device provided with the shrivelled shell removing component for the multi-flavor sunflower seeds is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: starting a driving motor, an air suction device (20), a driver (5) and a blower (8), rotating a primary screen drum (4), enabling the interior of a dust removal box (19) to form negative pressure by the air suction device (20), enabling a secondary screen (6) to do reciprocating motion along a limiting rod (12) by the driver (5), and enabling external air to be flushed into a rejection cover (7) by the blower (8);
s2: melon seeds are poured into the primary screen cylinder (4), impurities can be filtered by the rotary primary screen cylinder (4) and enter the filter bag (21), and dust can be synchronously removed under the action of the air suction device (20);
s3: melon seeds after primary screening pass through a secondary screen (6), the small particles fall onto a sliding material shell (14), the melon seeds with different sizes on the secondary screen (6) and the sliding material shell (14) respectively enter different discharging channels in a removing cover (7), a blower (8) can blow away the shrunken shell, the melon seeds are discharged through two symmetrically arranged removing ports (10), and qualified melon seeds enter the collecting box (13);
s4: and (3) turning off the driving motor, the air suction device (20), the driver (5) and the blower (8), pulling out the closing plate (16), unloading, dismantling the dust removal box (19) and cleaning the inner filter bag (21).
