Abstract
一种呼吸监测装置及方法,包括:获取在通气过程中患者的压力(200),该压力反映通气过程中作用于患者呼吸系统不同位点的压力;获取患者在通气过程中的气体流速(100);根据获取的压力和气体流速计算机械通气过程中作用于患者呼吸系统的能量(300)。通过呼吸监测装置可在通气过程中监测患者的压力和气体流速,根据患者的压力和气体流速可得到机械通气作用于患者呼吸系统的能量,从而较准确、真实和实时地评价肺损伤,进一步地,可对该能量的数值等信息进行分析,进行报警和病情判断等后续工作。
