The invention solves the problem of how to conveniently install the support column and improves the assembly efficiency of the whole machine.

In one aspect, the invention provides a shell supporting column, which is used for being installed between a chassis and a top cover plate, wherein an assembly hole is formed in the chassis, the shell supporting column comprises a column body, a connecting hole is formed in the bottom of the column body, a first buckle and a second buckle are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the column body, the first buckle and the second buckle are respectively used for being clamped on adjacent side edges of the chassis so as to align the connecting hole with the assembly hole, a connecting piece is assembled in the connecting hole, and the connecting piece is used for being assembled in the assembly hole and detachably connected with the chassis.
According to the shell supporting column, the first buckle and the second buckle are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the column body and are respectively used for being clamped on the adjacent side edges of the chassis, so that pre-fixing is realized between the column body and the chassis, and therefore the connecting holes at the bottom of the column body are aligned with the assembling holes on the chassis, and connecting pieces can be conveniently installed. Compared with the prior art, the shell support column provided by the invention can realize pre-fixing, is convenient to install the connecting piece, realizes quick installation of the shell support column, and improves the assembly efficiency of the whole machine.
In an alternative embodiment, the column body comprises a support main board, a first side board and a second side board, the first side board and the second side board are respectively arranged on two sides of the support main board, the first side board and the support main board are arranged in a bending manner, the second side board and the support main board are arranged in a bending manner, the first buckle is arranged at the bottom of the first side board, and the second buckle is arranged at the bottom of the second side board.
According to the shell supporting column, the bending structure is arranged, so that the first side plate is clamped at one side edge of the chassis through the first buckle, and the second side plate is clamped at the adjacent side edge of the chassis through the second buckle, and therefore mutual support can be achieved, and the pre-fixing effect is guaranteed.
In an alternative embodiment, the first buckle comprises a clamping tongue, wherein the clamping tongue is arranged on the inner side of the first side plate and is bent towards the inner side of the first side plate, and the clamping tongue is used for clamping the side edge of the chassis between the clamping tongue and the inner side surface of the first side plate.
According to the shell supporting column, the clamping tongue is arranged and bent inwards, so that the side edge of the chassis is clamped between the clamping tongue and the first side plate, the clamping effect between the chassis and the first side plate is ensured, and the assembly is convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, the latch includes a connection portion and a clamping portion, the connection portion is connected with the inner side of the first side board and extends inward, and the clamping portion is connected with the connection portion and extends obliquely downward, so that the clamping portion and the connection portion are bent.
In an alternative embodiment, the connection is provided with first stiffening ribs.
According to the shell support column provided by the invention, the first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the connecting part, so that the connection strength of the clamping tongue is enhanced, and the risk of fracture during clamping is avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, a die-cut hole is formed in the bottom of the first side plate, the die-cut hole corresponds to the clamping tongue, and the clamping tongue is connected with the upper side edge of the die-cut hole.
According to the shell support column provided by the invention, the punching holes are formed, the clamping tongues are formed by using the punching process, the process is simple, the formed clamping tongues are integrally connected with the upper side edges of the punching holes, the structural strength is high, and the integral structural strength of the clamping tongues is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, the second buckle includes a clamping piece, the clamping piece is arranged on the inner side of the second side plate and extends towards the inner side of the second side plate, and the clamping piece is used for clamping the side edge of the chassis between the clamping piece and the inner side surface of the second side plate.
According to the shell supporting column, the clamping piece is arranged, and the side edge of the chassis is clamped between the clamping piece and the second side edge plate, so that the clamping effect between the chassis and the second side edge plate is ensured, and the assembly is convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, the clamping piece is arranged at one side edge of the second side plate far away from the supporting main plate, and a clamping gap for loading the side edge of the chassis is formed between the lower part of the clamping piece and the edge of the second side plate.
In an alternative embodiment, the clamping piece is provided with second reinforcing ribs.
According to the shell supporting column provided by the invention, the second reinforcing ribs are arranged on the clamping piece, so that the structural strength of the clamping piece is improved.

Detailed Description
As disclosed in the background, prior art support columns are typically mounted and secured using screws, and in particular, screws are typically passed sequentially through the bottom and bottom tray of the support column to secure the support column and bottom tray together. However, in actual assembly, the support column and the chassis are firstly required to be aligned, so that screw holes of the support column and the chassis are aligned, and screws are conveniently installed. The support column is held by hands or other clamping pieces to ensure the stability and reliability of the support column, and then screws are driven in. Due to the installation error, the alignment between the screw holes is often deviated, so that the screw cannot smoothly pass through the corresponding screw hole when being driven in, difficulty is brought to screw installation, the connection difficulty of the support column is high, and the assembly efficiency of the whole machine is reduced.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a novel housing support column 100, which can be pre-fixed by clamping, and can be conveniently installed with screws, so that the above-mentioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, and the following detailed description of the specific embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a housing support column 100, which is configured to be installed between a chassis and a top cover, and the present embodiment can implement pre-fixing of the housing support column 100, and facilitate loading of a connecting member 131, implement rapid installation of the housing support column 100, and improve assembly efficiency of a complete machine.
The casing support column 100 provided in this embodiment is suitable for an air conditioner outdoor unit, and is used for installing between chassis and top cover plate, and is provided with the pilot hole on the chassis, and this casing support column 100 includes cylinder 110, and connecting hole 130 has been seted up to the bottom of cylinder 110, and the bottom both sides of cylinder 110 still are provided with first buckle 150 and second buckle 170 respectively, and first buckle 150 and second buckle 170 are used for holding respectively on the adjacent side of chassis to make connecting hole 130 and pilot hole align, be equipped with connecting piece 131 in the connecting hole 130, connecting piece 131 is used for assembling in the pilot hole and can dismantle with the chassis and be connected.
In this embodiment, the casing support column 100 is a component of an air-conditioning casing, where the air-conditioning casing is a casing of an air-conditioning outdoor unit, and the air-conditioning casing includes the casing support column 100, a coaming, a chassis and a top cover plate, where the casing support column 100 is installed between the chassis and the top cover plate and is located on the left rear sides of the chassis and the top cover plate, the coaming is enclosed on the edges of the chassis and the top cover plate, and the specific structure of the air-conditioning casing can refer to the existing air-conditioning outdoor unit. Specifically, the chassis is rectangular and has a left side and a rear side, the left side and the rear side are adjacent, the housing support column 100 is disposed at an intersection of the left side and the rear side, wherein the first buckle 150 is clamped on the left side, and the second buckle 170 is clamped on the rear side, so that the pre-fixing between the housing support column 100 and the chassis is realized through the first buckle 150 and the second buckle 170.
The shell supporting column 100 provided in this embodiment, through setting up first buckle 150 and second buckle 170 in the bottom both sides of cylinder 110, first buckle 150 and second buckle 170 are used for holding respectively on the adjacent side of chassis for realize pre-fixing between cylinder 110 and the chassis, thereby make the connecting hole 130 in cylinder 110 bottom align with the mounting hole on the chassis, conveniently load into connecting piece 131.
In this embodiment, the column 110 includes a support main board 111, a first side board 113 and a second side board 115, where the first side board 113 and the second side board 115 are disposed on two sides of the support main board 111 respectively, and a bending set is formed between the first side board 113 and the support main board 111, and a bending set is formed between the second side board 115 and the support main board 111, and a first buckle 150 is disposed at the bottom of the first side board 113, and a second buckle 170 is disposed at the bottom of the second side board 115. Specifically, the first side plate 113 is adapted to the left side of the chassis, and the second side plate 115 is adapted to the rear side of the chassis. Simultaneously through setting up the structure of bending for first side board 113 is held at the left side edge of chassis through first buckle 150 card, and second side board 115 is held at the rear side edge of chassis through second buckle 170 card, thereby can realize supporting each other, guarantees the pre-fixing effect.
The description of the orientation, i.e., left side, rear side, etc., herein refers to the orientation after the normal installation is completed, and does not serve as a limitation.
It should be further noted that, in this embodiment, the support main board 111, the first side board 113 and the second side board 115 are integrally formed, and the three form a C-shaped structure, so that the housing support column 100 is conveniently mounted at the left rear top corner of the chassis, and by adopting the C-shaped structure, the overall structural strength of the housing support column 100 is also improved, and the support effect is ensured. In this embodiment, the supporting main board 111 also plays a role in chamfering the first side board 113 and the second side board 115, so that the edge corner is larger, and the supporting main board is convenient to assemble and is also matched with the chamfering structure at the top corner of the chassis. In other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the width of the support main 111 may be reduced until the support main 111 is removed, so that the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 115 directly form a bent structure, which is suitable for an air conditioner housing with a distinct edge angle.
In this embodiment, the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 115 are provided with the connecting hole 130, the left side and the rear side of the chassis are correspondingly provided with the assembling holes, and the pre-fixing of the shell supporting column is achieved through the clamping action of the first buckle 150 and the second buckle 170, so that the connecting hole 130 corresponds to the assembling holes, and the assembling of the connecting piece 131 is facilitated. The connecting piece 131 is a connecting screw, the assembly hole is a screw hole, and the connecting screw passes through the connecting hole 130 and then is assembled in the screw hole, so that the fixing between the shell support column 100 and the chassis is realized.
In this embodiment, the connection holes 130 are formed at the bottoms of the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 115, the top portions of the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 115 are further provided with through holes for connection with a top cover plate, screw holes are correspondingly formed in the top cover plate, screws are also used for fixing between the first side plate 113 and the top cover plate and between the second side plate 115 and the top cover plate, and the connection structure of the top cover plate can refer to the existing support column mounting structure.
In this embodiment, the casing support column 100 is further provided with a notch-shaped reinforcing rib 118, and specifically, the notch-shaped reinforcing rib 118 extends from the support main board 111 to the first side board 113 and the second side board 115, so as to strengthen the structures of the first side board 113, the second side board 115 and the support main board 111. At the same time, the notch-shaped stiffener 118 also improves the buckling resistance of the housing support column 100 in multiple directions up, down, left, and right.
In this embodiment, the first side plate 113 and/or the second side plate 115 are further provided with a plurality of hanging holes 119 through which hanging ropes pass, so as to facilitate hanging. Preferably, a plurality of hanging holes 119 are provided on the first side plate 113 at intervals in the vertical direction (refer to fig. 1), and each hanging hole 119 is in a kidney-shaped so as to pass through the hanging rope and make the hanging rope stress uniform. Of course, the lifting hole 119 may be formed in the second side plate 115 or may be formed in both the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 115.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the first buckle 150 includes a latch 151, and the latch 151 is disposed at an inner side of the first side plate 113 and bent toward the inner side of the first side plate 113 for clamping a side edge of the chassis between the latch 151 and an inner side surface of the first side plate 113. Specifically, by arranging the clamping tongue 151, and bending the clamping tongue 151 inwards, the side edge of the chassis is clamped between the clamping tongue 151 and the first side plate 113, so that the clamping effect between the chassis and the first side plate 113 is ensured, and the assembly is convenient.
The inner side in the present embodiment refers to the side near the center of the air conditioner case after the installation is completed, and the outer side in the present embodiment refers to the side near the external space after the installation is completed.
In this embodiment, the left side of the chassis is provided with a slot, and the latch 151 is assembled in the slot, so that the first side plate 113 and the chassis are fixed. Specifically, the clamping tongue 151 is clamped into the clamping groove, and the first side plate 113 is limited in the left-right direction and the front-back direction, so that the fixing effect between the first side plate 113 and the chassis is better.
The clamping tongue 151 comprises a connecting portion 153 and a clamping portion 155, the connecting portion 153 is connected with the inner side of the first side plate 113 and extends inwards, and the clamping portion 155 is connected with the connecting portion 153 and extends obliquely downwards so that the clamping portion 155 and the connecting portion 153 are bent. Specifically, the connection portion 153 and the holding portion 155 are integrally formed, and the connection portion 153 abuts against the clamping groove of the chassis, and the holding portion 155 extends downward and abuts against the inner side surface of the left side edge of the chassis.
In the present embodiment, the connection portion 153 is provided with the first reinforcing rib 157. Specifically, by providing the first reinforcing rib 157 on the connecting portion 153, the connection strength of the clamping tongue 151 is enhanced, and the risk of fracture during clamping is avoided.
In the present embodiment, a punching hole 117 is formed at the bottom of the first side plate 113, the punching hole 117 corresponds to the tongue 151, and the tongue 151 is connected to the upper side of the punching hole 117. Specifically, the clamping tongue 151 is formed through a punching process, the punching hole 117 is formed, the clamping tongue 151 is formed through the punching process, the process is simple, the formed clamping tongue 151 is integrally connected with the upper side edge of the punching hole 117, the structural strength is high, and the overall structural strength of the clamping tongue 151 is ensured.
In other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the first side plate 113 may not be provided with the punching hole 117, and the latch 151 may be additionally disposed on the inner surface of the first side plate 113 by welding, and the forming manner of the latch 151 is not specifically limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the second buckle 170 includes a clamping piece 171, and the clamping piece 171 is disposed at the inner side of the second side plate 115 and extends toward the inner side of the second side plate 115, for clamping the side edge of the chassis between the clamping piece 171 and the inner side surface of the second side plate 115. Specifically, by providing the holding piece 171, the side edge of the chassis is held between the holding piece 171 and the second side plate 115, thereby ensuring the holding effect between the chassis and the second side plate 115, and being convenient to assemble.
In the present embodiment, the holding piece 171 is disposed at an edge of the second side plate 115 away from the supporting main plate 111, and an engagement gap 173 for mounting the side edge of the chassis is formed between the lower portion of the holding piece 171 and the edge of the second side plate 115. Specifically, the upper portion of the clamping piece 171 is integrally disposed with the edge of the second side plate 115, the lower portion of the clamping piece 171 is disposed at a distance from the edge of the second side plate 115, and a clamping gap 173 is formed, and the width of the lower portion of the clamping gap 173 is larger than the width of the upper portion, so that the clamping and limiting effect between the clamping piece 171 and the rear side of the chassis is better along with the insertion of the rear side of the chassis during clamping.
In this embodiment, the bottom end of the holding piece 171 is arc-shaped, so that rapid insertion is facilitated during installation.
In this embodiment, the holding piece 171 is provided with second reinforcing ribs 175. Specifically, the second reinforcing ribs 175 are provided in the vertical direction, and by providing the second reinforcing ribs 175 on the catching piece 171, the structural strength of the catching piece 171 is improved.
In summary, this embodiment provides a housing supporting column 100, through setting up first buckle 150 in the bottom of first side board 113, set up second buckle 170 in the bottom of second side board 115, first buckle 150 has adopted the form of block 151 to realize the fixed and spacing of block 151 through the draw-in groove on the chassis, second buckle 170 has adopted the form of block piece 171, and realized the block of the rear side of chassis through block clearance 173 and keep spacing, first buckle 150 and second buckle 170 are used for the block respectively to keep on the adjacent side of chassis, make between cylinder 110 and the chassis realize the prefixed, thereby make the connecting hole 130 in cylinder 110 bottom align with the pilot hole on the chassis, conveniently load into connecting piece 131. The shell support column 100 provided in this embodiment can realize pre-fixing, facilitate loading the connecting piece 131, and realize rapid installation of the shell support column 100, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the whole machine.
Second embodiment
The present embodiment provides an air conditioner housing suitable for an air conditioner external unit, the air conditioner housing includes a chassis, a top cover plate and a housing support column 100, the housing support column 100 is installed between the chassis and the top cover plate, wherein the basic structure and principle of the housing support column 100 and the technical effects generated are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for brevity, the details of the description of the embodiment are not mentioned in the section of the present embodiment, and reference may be made to the corresponding matters in the first embodiment.
The air conditioner casing provided in this embodiment includes a chassis, a top cover plate and a casing support column 100, wherein the chassis is provided with an assembly hole, the casing support column 100 includes a column 110, a connection hole 130 is provided at the bottom of the column 110, a first buckle 150 and a second buckle 170 are further provided at two sides of the bottom of the column 110, the first buckle 150 and the second buckle 170 are respectively used for being clamped on adjacent sides of the chassis, so that the connection hole 130 is aligned with the assembly hole, a connection piece 131 is assembled in the connection hole 130, and the connection piece 131 is used for penetrating through the assembly hole and being detachably connected with the chassis.
In this embodiment, the first buckle 150 and the second buckle 170 are respectively clamped on adjacent sides of the chassis. And a clamping groove is formed in the side edge of the chassis, and the first buckle 150 is matched with the clamping groove. Specifically, the chassis has adjacent left side and rear side, has offered the draw-in groove on the left side, and first buckle 150 and draw-in groove looks adaptation on the left side, and the air conditioner casing that the invention provided through set up the draw-in groove on the side of chassis for spacing direction between first buckle 150 and the draw-in groove is more, and fixed effect is better.
In this embodiment, the air-conditioning case further includes a shroud (not shown), which includes a side plate and a panel, and the basic structure of which can be referred to an existing air-conditioning outdoor unit.
Third embodiment
The present embodiment provides an air conditioner, including an air conditioner housing and air conditioner components disposed inside the air conditioner housing, wherein the air conditioner housing includes a chassis, a top cover plate and a housing supporting column 100, wherein the basic structure and principle of the housing supporting column 100 and the technical effects produced are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for brevity, the details of the first embodiment are not mentioned in the section of this embodiment, and reference is made to the corresponding matters in the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is an air conditioner external unit, a containing cavity is formed inside the air conditioner casing, the air conditioner components include a compressor, a fan, an electric control box and other conventional external unit components, all of which are arranged in the containing cavity, and specific structures and internal layout can refer to the existing air conditioner external unit.
In this embodiment, the chassis is provided with an assembly hole, the housing support column 100 includes a column 110, the bottom of the column 110 is provided with a connection hole 130, two sides of the bottom of the column 110 are respectively provided with a first buckle 150 and a second buckle 170, the first buckle 150 and the second buckle 170 are respectively used for being clamped on adjacent sides of the chassis, so that the connection hole 130 is aligned with the assembly hole, a connection piece 131 is assembled in the connection hole 130, and the connection piece 131 is used for penetrating through the assembly hole and being detachably connected with the chassis.
The air conditioner provided in this embodiment achieves the pre-fixing of the shell support column 100 through the positioning fastening action of the first fastening buckle 150 and the second fastening buckle 170 during assembly, and the connecting piece 131 is conveniently installed, so that the quick installation of the shell support column 100 is achieved, and the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
