Description

Stereo slotted sanitary towel and its making method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of absorbent sanitary products, in particular to a three-dimensional slotted sanitary towel and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
With the economic development and the improvement of the living standard of people, the demands of consumers on sanitary products are higher and higher no matter sanitary napkins or paper diapers are used, the sanitary napkins used in different scenes are subdivided, and the consumers seek products which are high in absorption speed, dry and comfortable, have no residue on the surface of menstrual blood and are breathable. The absorption property is undoubtedly the most important property of the sanitary towel, if the menstrual blood can not be absorbed in time, the sanitary towel is easy to cause back leakage or side leakage, and even can stain clothes or bed sheets to cause embarrassment.
The reasons for the leakage are as follows: firstly, front leakage, no retaining wall at the front part of the sanitary towel and insufficient absorption in the middle part; secondly, the side leakage is caused, the side part is not provided with a retaining wall, the middle part is not fully absorbed, and the liquid is not conducted to the front end and the rear end in time; thirdly, the liquid leaks backwards, a retaining wall is lacked at the back part, and the liquid is not fully absorbed in the middle, or the retaining wall is not arranged at the groin, so that the liquid is not fully absorbed at the groin.
For the reasons of the leakage, the existing solutions in the market at present are as follows: (1) an absorption structure is added in the middle of the sanitary towel, and the front end and the rear end are dredged simultaneously; (2) increase the absorption and retaining wall of the femoral sulcus; (3) a retaining wall is arranged on the side part; (4) retaining walls are arranged at the front part, the side part and the rear part. According to the scheme, the retaining wall is added, when the retaining wall is used, the function of the retaining wall is weakened due to physical pressure, and when tidal surge attacks, the side leakage or back leakage is easily caused due to large menstrual blood volume, so that the retaining wall can be completely failed. From the perspective of the speed of absorption body liquid, the rapid absorption of menstrual blood is influenced, the absorption of menstrual blood is too slow, the menstrual blood is not easy to infiltrate downwards, and the probability of increasing leakage of menstrual blood is increased; thereby affecting the use of the absorbent hygiene article. It is necessary to solve these problems.

The vertex of the lower arc line group is 2-5 cm away from the vertex of the upper arc line group, the tail end of the branch of the lower arc line group is 1-2 cm away from the central axis of the die wheel, and the included angle between the connecting line of the vertex of the lower arc line group and the tail end of the branch of the lower arc line group and the central axis of the die wheel is 20-30 degrees.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the invention combines the stereo slot and the penetration hole to arrange different absorption functional areas along the transverse direction and the vertical direction of the towel body, and the invention can realize 360-dimensional leakage prevention, thereby ensuring that the menstrual blood is absorbed quickly, scattered and locked. Transverse absorption: the middle of the towel body is quickly infiltrated into the diversion hole and instantly absorbed; the front and back drainage grooves are matched with the diamond-shaped surface embossing, and liquid which is not completely absorbed is shunted to other positions of the towel body, so that the towel can resist the invasion of tidal surge for many times and is durable in leakage prevention. Longitudinal absorption: instant surface layer absorption, diversion diffusion and water locking layer absorption, and omnibearing instant water locking.
Secondly, the preparation method has simple production process and low cost, and is convenient for large-scale production and popularization; the prepared three-dimensional slotted sanitary towel can introduce a large amount of body fluid, can be quickly absorbed, can effectively prevent reverse osmosis, is convenient to quickly absorb through the arranged open pores, the grooves and the annular concave channels, and improves the use comfort. In the prior art, the die wheel is concave in structure, and the absorption core body is convex after being formed. Different from the prior art, the die wheel is arranged to be of the convex structure, so that the designed groove structure can be formed after the core body is formed.
