Description

一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生巾领域，更具体地说，涉及一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种女性经期使用的卫生用品，其主要由棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸等材料构成，其具有吸收经血的作用，可以在一定程度上避免经血附着在衣裤上，有效的保障了女性经期时的卫生健康。
现有技术中的卫生巾，其通常由内部填充的吸收芯对经血进行吸收保留操作，经血被吸收至吸收芯内保留起来，该方式虽然可以有效的对经血进行收集存储，但是其无法加快经血的凝固效率，使得经血的凝固主要是随着时间增长而自然凝固的，这就导致经血流出的很长一段时间内，其在卫生巾内部是处于液体粘稠状态，在该段时间内，若卫生巾受到过量的挤压，或者穿戴位置偏斜错位，很容易导致吸收的经血向外溢出，并且仅借助吸收芯对经血进行吸收保留，使得卫生巾对经血的可吸收总量较低，不利于卫生巾的便捷使用。
为此，我们提出一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾来解决上述现有技术中存在的一些问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，可以实现对吸收经血的快速固化，降低经血外溢的风险，且可以有效的提升卫生巾对经血的吸收总量，通过将填充有血液凝固剂的固化球镶嵌在主吸收芯内部，使得主吸收芯在吸收保固使用者月经期间流出的经血时，可以有效加快经血在主吸收芯内部凝固的效率，避免经血以液体粘稠状态长时间存储在主吸收芯内部，在一定程度上降低主吸收芯内部吸收经血后外溢的概率，有利于保障该产品使用过程中的稳定性。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，包括亲肤层，亲肤层的底部固定贴合有主吸收芯，且主吸收芯的底部设置有透气外包层，透气外包层的边缘部位包裹在主吸收芯的外侧，并与亲肤层的底部边缘位置固定连接，主吸收芯的内部均匀平铺镶嵌有多个固化球，且固化球的内部填充有血液凝固剂。
进一步的，亲肤层的表面由冰丝材料编织而成，亲肤层与连接层的边缘位置处环绕缝合有封边线。
进一步的，透气外包层的底部固定覆盖有连接层，亲肤层的左右两侧中间位置处固定连接有两个对称设置的折耳，连接层和两个折耳的底部均匀附着有黏胶，且黏胶的表面覆盖有油纸。
进一步的，每个折耳的宽度均与亲肤层中间位置的宽度相适配，黏胶呈点状均匀分布在连接层和折耳的底部。
进一步的，连接层的外形设置为波浪型结构，连接层波浪型结构的波峰位置处均与透气外包层的底部固定连接，连接层波浪型结构的波谷位置处均与透气外包层的底部分离。
进一步的，固化球包括为圆环型结构的支撑环，且支撑环的内部固定连接有网层a以及设置在其上下两侧的网层b，网层b设置为圆弧型结构，网层b由弹性材料编织而成，血液凝固剂均匀附着在网层a和网层b的外表面上。
进一步的，亲肤层的顶部中间位置处固定镶嵌有辅助吸收芯，且辅助吸收芯的中间位置处水平开设有置空层，置空层的上下内端壁之间固定连接有多个均匀分布的薄膜带。
进一步的，置空层的内部边缘位置处环绕设置有支撑在其上下内端壁之间的气囊a。
进一步的，亲肤层的顶部边缘位置处环绕固定有气囊b，且气囊b的顶部凸出于亲肤层顶部上方。
进一步的，气囊b的顶部环绕覆盖有监测带，且监测带的内部填充有氧化钙粉末，监测带的顶部由纸质材料构成，监测带的内部均匀固定有多个隔离条，监测带的内部通过隔离条分隔成多个独立空间。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术，本发明的优点在于：
(1)本方案通过将填充有血液凝固剂的固化球镶嵌在主吸收芯内部，使得主吸收芯在吸收保固使用者月经期间流出的经血时，可以有效加快经血在主吸收芯内部凝固的效率，避免经血以液体粘稠状态长时间存储在主吸收芯内部，在一定程度上降低主吸收芯内部吸收经血后外溢的概率，有利于保障该产品使用过程中的稳定性，同时，通过将多个固化球均匀平铺在主吸收芯的内部，使得多个固化球呈现均匀分散状态，使得该产品对吸收经血的固化操作分散进行，避免大量经血凝固在同一位置导致该产品内部全面固化，有利于避免经血固化对该产品的使用舒适性造成影响。
(2)通过采用冰丝材料编织构成亲肤层的表面，使得该产品与使用者臀部肌肤接触时更加舒适，避免炎热环境中使用该产品导致的臀部捂闷，在一定程度上提升了该产品使用过程中的舒适性，同时，通过将封边线缝合在亲肤层与连接层的边缘位置处，使得亲肤层与连接层之间的连接加固，有效的避免该产品使用过程中边缘位置开裂，进一步提升了该产品的品质。
(3)通过将两个折耳设置在亲肤层的左右两侧边缘位置处，可以通过弯折将两个折耳翻折在使用者内裤下方，配合连接层底部以及折耳底部黏胶的粘黏，保障了该产品穿戴固定的便捷性。
(4)通过将折耳的宽度设置与亲肤层的中间位置宽度相适配，使得左右两侧折耳在翻折粘贴在内裤底部时，可以同步进行两个折耳之间的相互粘连，有利于进一步加强该产品与内裤之间的粘连稳定性，降低该产品使用过程中错位偏斜的概率，进而有利于降低经血泄漏的概率，同时，通过将黏胶呈点状均匀分布在连接层以及折耳的底部，在保障该产品与内裤之间连接稳定性的同时，可以最大化缩减黏胶的使用量，有利于降低成本，且有利于避免由于黏胶使用过多而造成该产品后期替换时撕扯不便，有效的保障了该产品使用时的便捷性。
(5)通过将连接层的外形设置为波浪型结构，使得其在与透气外包层底部连接时，可以在连接层与透气外包层之间构件多个与外界贯通的气流通道，有利于避免该产品底部与内裤粘连过于紧密而导致无法正常透气，在一定程度上保障了该产品使用过程中的透气舒适性。
(6)通过将血液凝固剂均匀附着在上中下三层设置的网层a和两个网层b上，可以保障血液凝固剂与经血接触的充分性，有利于提升经血被固化的及时性，同时，采用弹性材料编织构成网层b，使得网层b具有一定的弹性，既可以避免其与网层a接触，又可以在该产品使用过程中受到挤压时发生弹性形变，有利于使得固化的经血粉碎，进一步降低了由于经血固化而导致的该产品硬度增加，保障了该产品使用稳定性。
(7)通过将薄膜带均匀分布在辅助吸收芯内部开设的置空层中，可以在该产品受到挤压时，对置空层内部上下方向上的流动进行阻隔，避免置空层以下吸收的经血在该产品受到挤压后重新上涌至亲肤层表面，可以对经血的上涌进行阻隔，有效的保障了该产品使用过程中的稳定性。
(8)通过将气囊a安装在置空层的内部边缘位置处，借助气囊a对置空层内部空间的弹性支撑，使得该产品受到的挤压力消失后，气囊a弹性复位可以同步将置空层的内部空间撑起，使得薄膜带与置空层的上下内端壁分离，保障了该产品辅助吸收芯处对经血向下引流的稳定性。
(9)通过将向上凸出的气囊b环绕安装在亲肤层的顶部边缘位置处，配合气囊b自身的弹性形变，可以有效的保障该产品顶部边缘位置与使用者臀部接触紧密性，在一定程度上抑制了经血外溢的概率。
(10)通过将氧化钙粉末填充在气囊b顶部覆盖的监测带内部，并将监测带的顶部设置由纸质材料构成，使得外溢的经血浸泡监测带后，经血内部的水分可以与监测带内部的氧化钙粉末发生反应放热，有利于对使用者进行及时提醒，同时，通过多个隔离条将监测带的内部分隔成多个独立空间，有利于避免外溢的经血沿着监测带内部流动与过多的氧化钙粉末反应，在一定程度上保障了该产品的使用安全性。

实施例1：
请参阅图1-图10，一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，包括亲肤层1，亲肤层1的底部固定贴合有主吸收芯101，且主吸收芯101的底部设置有透气外包层102，透气外包层102的边缘部位包裹在主吸收芯101的外侧，并与亲肤层1的底部边缘位置固定连接，主吸收芯101的内部均匀平铺镶嵌有多个固化球2，且固化球2的内部填充有血液凝固剂。
该产品使用时，在月经期间经血向外流出的过程中，经血渗透亲肤层1进入主吸收芯101内部，被主吸收芯101吸收保固，此时均匀分布在亲肤层1内部的多个固化球2中的血液凝固剂可以加快经血凝固的时间，避免经血长时间以液体粘稠状态存储在主吸收芯101内部，其中固化球2内部填充的血液凝固剂可以是包含有Ca2+离子的试剂，通过将填充有血液凝固剂的固化球2镶嵌在主吸收芯101内部，使得主吸收芯101在吸收保固使用者月经期间流出的经血时，可以有效加快经血在主吸收芯101内部凝固的效率，避免经血以液体粘稠状态长时间存储在主吸收芯101内部，在一定程度上降低主吸收芯101内部吸收经血后外溢的概率，有利于保障该产品使用过程中的稳定性，同时，通过将多个固化球2均匀平铺在主吸收芯101的内部，使得多个固化球2呈现均匀分散状态，使得该产品对吸收经血的固化操作分散进行，避免大量经血凝固在同一位置导致该产品内部全面固化，有利于避免经血固化对该产品的使用舒适性造成影响。
请参阅图2，亲肤层1的表面由冰丝材料编织而成，亲肤层1与连接层103的边缘位置处环绕缝合有封边线105，该产品使用时，通过采用冰丝材料编织构成亲肤层1的表面，使得该产品与使用者臀部肌肤接触时更加舒适，避免炎热环境中使用该产品导致的臀部捂闷，在一定程度上提升了该产品使用过程中的舒适性，同时，通过将封边线105缝合在亲肤层1与连接层103的边缘位置处，使得亲肤层1与连接层103之间的连接加固，有效的避免该产品使用过程中边缘位置开裂，进一步提升了该产品的品质。
请参阅图1和图3，透气外包层102的底部固定覆盖有连接层103，亲肤层1的左右两侧中间位置处固定连接有两个对称设置的折耳104，连接层103和两个折耳104的底部均匀附着有黏胶，且黏胶的表面覆盖有油纸，该产品使用时，通过撕扯将黏胶表面的油纸撕下，可以通过黏胶将该产品与使用者内裤粘连，通过将两个折耳104设置在亲肤层1的左右两侧边缘位置处，可以通过弯折将两个折耳104翻折在使用者内裤下方，配合连接层103底部以及折耳104底部黏胶的粘黏，保障了该产品穿戴固定的便捷性。
请参阅图1和图6，每个折耳104的宽度均与亲肤层1中间位置的宽度相适配，黏胶呈点状均匀分布在连接层103和折耳104的底部，该产品使用时，通过将折耳104的宽度设置与亲肤层1的中间位置宽度相适配，使得左右两侧折耳104在翻折粘贴在内裤底部时，可以同步进行两个折耳104之间的相互粘连，有利于进一步加强该产品与内裤之间的粘连稳定性，降低该产品使用过程中错位偏斜的概率，进而有利于降低经血泄漏的概率，同时，通过将黏胶呈点状均匀分布在连接层103以及折耳104的底部，在保障该产品与内裤之间连接稳定性的同时，可以最大化缩减黏胶的使用量，有利于降低成本，且有利于避免由于黏胶使用过多而造成该产品后期替换时撕扯不便，有效的保障了该产品使用时的便捷性。
请参阅图1和图6，连接层103的外形设置为波浪型结构，连接层103波浪型结构的波峰位置处均与透气外包层102的底部固定连接，连接层103波浪型结构的波谷位置处均与透气外包层102的底部分离，该产品使用时，通过将连接层103的外形设置为波浪型结构，使得其在与透气外包层102底部连接时，可以在连接层103与透气外包层102之间构件多个与外界贯通的气流通道，有利于避免该产品底部与内裤粘连过于紧密而导致无法正常透气，在一定程度上保障了该产品使用过程中的透气舒适性。

请参阅图5-图7，亲肤层1的顶部中间位置处固定镶嵌有辅助吸收芯3，且辅助吸收芯3的中间位置处水平开设有置空层301，置空层301的上下内端壁之间固定连接有多个均匀分布的薄膜带302，该产品使用时，流出的经血优先被辅助吸收芯3进行吸引，经血自辅助吸收芯3内部置空层301以上吸入至置空层301以下，当使用者坐下或其他动作而导致该产品受到挤压时，置空层301内部的上下空间被压缩，使得置空层301内部均匀分布的薄膜带302受挤压后紧密平铺在置空层301的内部空间中，将置空层301内部上下方向上的流动进行阻隔，避免置空层301以下吸收的经血在该产品受到挤压后重新上涌至亲肤层1表面，可以对经血的上涌进行阻隔，有效的保障了该产品使用过程中的稳定性。
请参阅图1和图5-图7，置空层301的内部边缘位置处环绕设置有支撑在其上下内端壁之间的气囊a303，该产品使用时，通过将气囊a303安装在置空层301的内部边缘位置处，借助气囊a303对置空层301内部空间的弹性支撑，使得该产品受到的挤压力消失后，气囊a303弹性复位可以同步将置空层301的内部空间撑起，使得薄膜带302与置空层301的上下内端壁分离，保障了该产品辅助吸收芯3处对经血向下引流的稳定性。
请参阅图1和图6，亲肤层1的顶部边缘位置处环绕固定有气囊b4，且气囊b4的顶部凸出于亲肤层1顶部上方，该产品使用时，通过将向上凸出的气囊b4环绕安装在亲肤层1的顶部边缘位置处，配合气囊b4自身的弹性形变，可以有效的保障该产品顶部边缘位置与使用者臀部接触紧密性，在一定程度上抑制了经血外溢的概率。
请参阅图10，气囊b4的顶部环绕覆盖有监测带401，且监测带401的内部填充有氧化钙粉末402，监测带401的顶部由纸质材料构成，监测带401的内部均匀固定有多个隔离条403，监测带401的内部通过隔离条403分隔成多个独立空间，该产品使用时，若经血流动至亲肤层1的顶部边缘位置处，其会受到气囊b4的阻挡，若经血数量过大而导致无法被该产品吸收，则在经血的浸泡下，监测带401顶部的纸质材料表面会破裂，经血中的水分进入监测带401内部，与氧化钙粉末402发生反应后发出适当的热量，对使用者进行提醒，以保障使用者可以及时进行更换，此处的氧化钙粉末402并不过于局限，与经血内其他物质反应，进而对使用者进行提醒的物质，均可替换此处的氧化钙粉末402。
通过将氧化钙粉末402填充在气囊b4顶部覆盖的监测带401内部，并将监测带401的顶部设置由纸质材料构成，使得外溢的经血浸泡监测带401后，经血内部的水分可以与监测带401内部的氧化钙粉末402发生反应放热，有利于对使用者进行及时提醒，同时，通过多个隔离条403将监测带401的内部分隔成多个独立空间，有利于避免外溢的经血沿着监测带401内部流动与过多的氧化钙粉末402反应，在一定程度上保障了该产品的使用安全性。

1.一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，包括亲肤层(1)，其特征在于：所述亲肤层(1)的底部固定贴合有主吸收芯(101)，且主吸收芯(101)的底部设置有透气外包层(102)，所述透气外包层(102)的边缘部位包裹在主吸收芯(101)的外侧，并与亲肤层(1)的底部边缘位置固定连接，所述主吸收芯(101)的内部均匀平铺镶嵌有多个固化球(2)，且固化球(2)的内部填充有血液凝固剂；
所述亲肤层(1)的顶部中间位置处固定镶嵌有辅助吸收芯(3)，且辅助吸收芯(3)的中间位置处水平开设有置空层(301)，所述置空层(301)的上下内端壁之间固定连接有多个均匀分布的薄膜带(302)，所述置空层(301)的内部边缘位置处环绕设置有支撑在其上下内端壁之间的气囊a(303)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，其特征在于：所述亲肤层(1)的表面由冰丝材料编织而成，所述透气外包层(102)的底部固定覆盖有连接层(103)，所述亲肤层(1)与连接层(103)的边缘位置处环绕缝合有封边线(105)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，其特征在于：所述亲肤层(1)的左右两侧中间位置处固定连接有两个对称设置的折耳(104)，所述连接层(103)和两个折耳(104)的底部均匀附着有黏胶，且黏胶的表面覆盖有油纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，其特征在于：每个所述折耳(104)的宽度均与亲肤层(1)中间位置的宽度相适配，所述黏胶呈点状均匀分布在连接层(103)和折耳(104)的底部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，其特征在于：所述连接层(103)的外形设置为波浪型结构，所述连接层(103)波浪型结构的波峰位置处均与透气外包层(102)的底部固定连接，所述连接层(103)波浪型结构的波谷位置处均与透气外包层(102)的底部分离。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有经血固化结构的卫生巾，其特征在于：所述固化球(2)包括为圆环型结构的支撑环(201)，且支撑环(201)的内部固定连接有网层a(202)以及设置在其上下两侧的网层b(203)，所述网层b(203)设置为圆弧型结构，所述网层b(203)由弹性材料编织而成，所述血液凝固剂均匀附着在网层a(202)和网层b(203)的外表面上。
