the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring pulse quantity signals or switching value signals triggered by a plurality of alarm probes and judging whether the corresponding alarm probes fail according to the pulse quantity signals and the switching value signals; setting 16 paths of switching value signal inputs in total, and requiring 16 paths of switching value input channels, wherein each channel consists of two parts of sampling and self-checking, and the sampling part adjusts the input signal level to be within an A/D conversion input range by utilizing a resistor voltage division principle; the self-checking part is used for timely controlling the analog switch to switch the 12V voltage into the sampling circuit by the CPU;
the A/D conversion module is used for converting the acquired pulse quantity signal or switching value signal from an analog signal to a digital signal;
the communication module adopts a CAN controller which is arranged in a CPU and is used for transmitting the converted pulse quantity signal or switching value signal to the comprehensive acquisition host;
the power supply module is used for supplying power to the acquisition device;
the comprehensive acquisition host is used for receiving pulse quantity signals, switching value signals and detection results of corresponding alarm probes transmitted by the acquisition device, establishing an alarm probe failure table at the same time, and recording detection results of all alarm probes into the alarm probe failure table; the probe failure table records the number, the specific position, the historical detection data and the failure data of the alarm probe;
the management platform center is used for receiving the alarm probe failure table transmitted by the comprehensive acquisition host, extracting all alarm probe numbers with failure data as failures, dividing an alarm area according to specific positions corresponding to all the failed alarm probe numbers, and sending repair information to management personnel corresponding to the alarm area according to the alarm area; the repair information comprises serial numbers of all failed alarm probes of the corresponding area, historical detection data, failure data and a simulation position model diagram obtained according to specific positions; the management platform center extracts all failed alarm probe numbers according to the alarm probe failure table to form a current failure table, and obtains the positions of all failed alarm probes according to the numbers of the alarm probes, so that an alarm area can be divided according to the positions, namely the distance between the alarm probes of one alarm area is within a set range, or the alarm area is determined according to administrative division, so that repair information can be conveniently sent to management personnel corresponding to the alarm area;
the positioning device is used for receiving the detection result of the alarm probe transmitted by the acquisition device, starting the positioning device to position the failed alarm probe to determine the specific position of the failed alarm probe when the detection result is failure, and transmitting the specific position to the comprehensive acquisition host; the positioning device comprises a detection module, a microcontroller, an analysis module and a network module, wherein the microcontroller is respectively connected with the detection module, the analysis module and the network module, the network module is respectively connected with the acquisition device and the comprehensive acquisition host, the detection module is used for performing near-field scanning on the alarm probe, the analysis module is used for injecting signals into the alarm probe and analyzing signals generated by scanning of the detection module, the microcontroller is used for determining electromagnetic field information of the alarm probe according to scanning data acquired by the detection module, obtaining distribution conditions of the alarm probe according to the electromagnetic field information, and further determining specific positions of the alarm probe according to the distribution conditions.

The automatic alarm probe failure detection system according to claim 1, further comprising an isolation module, wherein the main control module is connected with the a/D conversion module through the isolation module, the isolation module is used for electrically isolating the a/D conversion module from the main control module, and the digital isolation chip ADUM4401 is used for realizing isolation communication.

The automatic alarm probe failure detection system according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of indicator lamps, wherein the indicator lamps are connected with the main control module, the indicator lamps respectively correspond to a plurality of alarm areas, wherein one indicator lamp corresponds to only one alarm area, and when the alarm probe failure number of the corresponding alarm area exceeds a set value, each indicator lamp lights a red lamp to prompt a manager corresponding to the alarm area; and when the failure number of the alarm probes of the corresponding alarm areas of each indicator lamp does not exceed the set value, the green light is turned on to indicate that the corresponding alarm areas work normally.
