Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of engine lubricating oil detection, and particularly relates to online chip monitor verification equipment for lubricating oil.
Background
The aircraft engine lubricating oil system is used for providing lubricating and cooling lubricating oil for an aircraft engine main shaft bearing, a contact type sealing device, a central transmission gear, an accessory transmission casing gear, a fulcrum bearing and the like. In addition, the lubricating system can also provide lubricating oil for a fuel booster pump and a motor in the fuel system.
As an important working system of an aircraft engine, a lubricating oil system has an important influence on the safety and reliability of the engine. By monitoring and trend analyzing the lubricating oil system, the internal fault of the engine can be found in advance, and a powerful basis is provided for predicting the service life and the reliability of engine components.
The trend analysis of a traditional lubricating oil system is mainly realized through a lubricating oil metal chip annunciator and lubricating oil spectral analysis, when an engine works, parts which move relatively in the engine can generate a large amount of metal chips, and the metal chips and the lubricating oil are mixed together to participate in the circulation of the lubricating oil. Wherein bigger particles can be intercepted by the metal chip annunciator, but a small part of fine particles are only intercepted by the metal chip annunciator, most of the fine particles still exist in the lubricating oil, and bigger errors often exist when the metal chip annunciator is adopted to judge the wear speed of the engine and carry out trend analysis of the lubricating oil.
With the advance of technology, the oil on-line chip monitor is produced. The lubricating oil on-line chip monitor is mainly manufactured on the basis of an electromagnetic induction principle, and the lubricating oil on-line chip monitor is installed in a pipeline of an aircraft engine lubricating oil system, so that the information such as the particle size, the size distribution, the quality and the like of metal chips in a lubricating oil pipeline can be detected in real time on line. When the engine is in an abnormal wear stage, the concentration value of the wear metal is increased sharply, the size distribution of the metal wear particles in the lubricating oil is changed along with the increase of the wear degree, and the severity of the wear can be judged according to the size distribution rule of the wear particles, the concentration of the particles and the change trend of the concentration of the particles. The device can be used for early detecting, early warning and alarming the major wear fault of the engine in real time through the online chip end monitor of the lubricating oil, is beneficial to taking active maintenance measures and has important significance for reducing fault loss and accident rate.
However, the maturity of the application technology of the oil on-line chip monitor is low, and how to measure the monitoring accuracy and precision of the oil on-line chip monitor is a more prominent problem at present.
In the prior art, the on-line chip monitor for the lubricating oil is tested and verified mainly by adopting two modes:
1) One is to construct a lubricating oil system test bed, and a standard lubricating oil on-line chip sensor and a measured lubricating oil on-line chip monitor are respectively installed on a pipeline of the lubricating oil test bed and verified in a comparison mode; although the lubricating oil system test bed can simulate the working environment of lubricating oil, the on-line chip monitor test verification research of the lubricating oil is carried out by controlling the flow and pressure of the lubricating oil, the defects are that the construction cost is high, the lubricating oil needs to be regularly replaced and the cleaning oil filter needs to be frequently detached, the maintenance difficulty is high, the oil filter needs to be detached to check the flowing condition of metal particles in a pipeline after the test is completed for one time, the efficiency is lower, and in addition, the installation of two sensors with different structural types on the lubricating oil pipeline needs to be tested and modified, so the operation is inconvenient;
2) The other type is a fixed drawing method, namely, particles with a certain size are fixed on specific plastic equipment, and the method is used for inspection in a drawing mode, and the method is simple in equipment, low in cost and high in efficiency, but cannot detect metal particles with various sizes simultaneously, and meanwhile, the drawing speed is difficult to guarantee, and the detection error is large.
Therefore, there is a need for a verification apparatus to verify the accuracy and precision of oil monitoring on-line chip monitors.
