A brewing floating locking device, characterized by: the device comprises a left side mounting assembly, a right side mounting assembly, a pressing piece and a brewing piece; the left side installation component and the right side installation component are vertically and parallelly fixed on two opposite sides of the brewing piece, the pressing piece is arranged above the brewing piece at intervals in parallel, and two ends of the pressing piece are respectively rotatably connected with the left side installation component and the right side installation component; the brewing piece comprises a brewing head, a floating piece and an inner bracket;
the inner bracket comprises a tray and middle connectors arranged on the left side and the right side of the tray, and the middle connectors on the left side and the right side are fixedly connected with a left mounting assembly and a right mounting assembly respectively; an upper accommodating groove and a lower accommodating groove are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the middle connecting head, a guide pillar extending out of the upper surface of the upper accommodating groove is arranged in the upper accommodating groove, an upper spring is sleeved at the upper end of the guide pillar, and the upper spring is fixedly connected with the floating piece; a fixed rod is fixedly connected in the lower accommodating groove, a lower spring is sleeved at the lower end of the fixed rod, and the lower end of the lower spring is fixedly connected with the brewing head; the tray is provided with container accommodating holes penetrating through the upper side and the lower side of the tray;

the floating piece comprises a shell, a floating bracket, a brewing water outlet piece, a brewing connector and a quick-release connector; the lower surface of the shell is recessed upwards to form an upper accommodating cavity, the floating support correspondingly stretches into the upper accommodating cavity and is fixedly connected with the shell, and the circumferential inner wall at the lower end of the upper accommodating cavity is in fit contact with the circumferential outer wall of the floating support; the lower surface of the floating support is recessed upwards to form a lower accommodating cavity, an upper communication hole communicated with the upper accommodating cavity is formed in the shell, and a lower communication hole communicated with the lower accommodating cavity is formed in the position, corresponding to the upper communication hole, of the floating support; the brewing connector is arranged on the upper surface of the shell, the upper end of the brewing water outlet piece is connected with one end of the brewing connector, the lower end of the brewing water outlet piece passes through the upper communication hole and the lower communication hole to extend into the lower accommodating cavity, and the quick-release connector is connected with the other end of the brewing connector;
