The toy modules of examples 1 to 5 were observed for wrinkles in the matrix coated with the waterproof layer, and the toy modules were recorded as unsatisfactory in wrinkle resistance when there were significant wrinkles, and as satisfactory in wrinkle resistance when there were no significant wrinkles.
Claims (3)
1. The jigsaw puzzle component is characterized by comprising a matrix made of non-magnetic materials and a magnetic piece inlaid on the matrix and made of magnetic materials, wherein the matrix is made of wood board or paperboard, and a waterproof layer, a pattern layer, an applique layer and a paint layer are arranged on the matrix; the waterproof layer is prepared from the raw materials of 60-80 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, 30-50 parts by weight of methyl hydroxyl silicone oil, 5-15 parts by weight of penetrating agent, 3-10 parts by weight of reinforcing filler, 0.5-2 parts by weight of coupling agent and 2-6 parts by weight of catalyst; the penetrating agent is a nonionic surfactant; the nonionic surfactant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether comprises fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether A and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether B, and the weight ratio of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether A to the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether B is (1-3): 1, the hydroxyl value of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether A is 130-140mgKOH/g, the HLB value is 10-11, the hydroxyl value of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether B is 170-180mgKOH/g, the particle size of the reinforcing filler is 1800-2100 meshes, the reinforcing filler is a mixture of oxide filler and mineral filler, and the mass ratio of the oxide filler to the mineral filler is (3-5): 1, a step of; the oxide filler is silicon dioxide, and the mineral filler is mica powder.
2. The puzzle assembly of claim 1 wherein the cardboard is selected from at least one of a group consisting of board, corrugated board, gray cardboard, white board, and white board.
3. The puzzle assembly of claim 1 wherein the magnetic pieces of magnetic material are attached to the base of non-magnetic material by at least one of bonding, clamping or stamping.
