The present embodiment adopts two kinds of first magnet 1 and second magnet 2 with sector cross sections, and the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2 are strip-shaped structures, and the following permanent magnet emitting unit is designed according to the actual size of the required equipment in actual operation, and the parameters of the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2 include the sector radian ω of the cross section of the permanent magnet combination block, the sector height h, the combination block length L and the sector number k of each magnetic pole combination. The material is neodymium iron boron metal material prepared by a sintering process or a plurality of magnetic powder and plastic hybrid materials prepared by a bonding forming process; the section sector radian omega and the sector height h of the permanent magnet combination block, the length L of the combination block and the sector number k of each magnetic pole combination can be set according to actual requirements, and the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2 are alternately arranged, wherein the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 adopts a cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer with the length L, the outer diameter R and the thickness d, and the length L, the outer diameter R and the thickness d of the cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer can be set according to the actual requirements; the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 is coated with cylindrical permanent magnetic components which are alternately arranged by a first magnet 1 and a second magnet 2; the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 may be a pure soft magnetic metal workpiece, or may be a plastic molding part formed by mixing soft magnetic fine powder with a polymer resin, in this embodiment, the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 is a pure iron metal workpiece, and is configured to uniformly conduct a magnetic field at lower ends of the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2, which are attached to the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer, so as to enhance strength of magnetic lines of force of the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2 which are radially outwardly divergent. As shown in fig. 2, the orientation direction of the permanent magnet combination block formed by combining the first magnetic body 1 and the second magnetic body 2 and the arrangement manner of the first magnetic body 1 and the second magnetic body 2 on the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 are shown by arrows.
In order to further optimize the scheme, the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 is connected with the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2 more stably and tightly, and the magnetic flux of the permanent magnetic emission unit formed by combining the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer and the second magnet is further ensured; the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 is provided with a clamping groove 4, the first magnets 1 and the second magnets 2 are inserted into the clamping groove 4, the fastening piece is an outer hoop 5, and the outer hoop 5 is fixedly connected outside the first magnets 1 and the second magnets 2.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of clamping grooves 4 are processed on the periphery of the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3, clamping blocks corresponding to the first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2 are inserted into the clamping grooves 4, and in order to further ensure the stability of the combined first magnet 1 and the second magnet 2, an outer hoop 5 is fixedly mounted outside the combined first magnet 1 and the combined second magnet 2, and the outer hoop 5 can be directly mounted in an interference fit manner; thereby completing the permanent magnet reflection unit of the first embodiment. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the number k of the sectors of each magnetic pole combination is 4, the first cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 3 is assembled with a non-magnetic and light second inner core 16 through the clamping groove 4 (not shown), wherein the second inner core 16 is made of materials such as high polymers, wood, low-specific heavy metals or alloys, and the second inner core 16 is used for connecting a rotating shaft of the mechanical driving device.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, the difference from the first embodiment is that the present invention provides another permanent magnetic transmitting unit, which is manufactured by the method of generating dynamic biological effect magnetic field in claim 1; the middle mounting part is a second inner core 16, the soft magnetic transition structure is a second cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 15, the second cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 15 is fixedly connected outside the second inner core 16, a permanent magnetic component is fixedly connected outside the second cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 15, the permanent magnetic component is a third magnet 14, the third magnet 14 is a cylindrical magnet, and the magnetic force orientation directions and the magnetic pole numbers of the third magnet 14 are different.
The permanent magnet assembly of this embodiment is a complete cylindrical magnet, the cross section of which is shown in fig. 4, the magnetic force orientation direction of the cylindrical permanent magnet ring is four-pole distribution radially outward, the number of poles of the cylindrical permanent magnet ring can be from N-S two poles to hundreds of poles by magnetizing or assembling magnetic poles, the cylindrical magnet material in this embodiment is prepared by injection molding process of multiple magnetic powder and plastic hybrid magnetic materials prepared by bonding molding process, and a cylindrical magnet ring with multi-pole orientation can also be prepared by sintering process. Similarly, the second cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 15 is a cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer with a length of L, an outer diameter of R and a thickness of d, and the length of L, the outer diameter of R and the thickness of d can be set according to actual requirements; wrapping the second cylindrical soft magnetic transition layer 15 with a cylindrical magnet; wherein the second inner core 16 is a non-magnetic inner core and is also used for connecting with a rotating shaft of a mechanical driving device.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 5-10, the present invention provides a dynamic biological effect magnetic field device, which is assembled by using the permanent magnetic emission units of claim 3 or 5, and includes a support (not labeled in the figures), wherein two first installation seats 8 are arranged on the support, at least one permanent magnetic emission unit is rotatably connected to the two first installation seats 8 through a first rotating shaft 7, a plurality of permanent magnetic emission units are fixedly connected to each other, a mechanical driving device is rotatably connected to the first rotating shaft 7, a first housing 13 is covered on the support, and the mechanical driving device and the permanent magnetic emission unit are located in the first housing 13.
The scheme is further optimized, and in order to better enable the dynamic biological effect magnetic field device in the scheme to work, the treatment on the patient is further completed; the mechanical driving device is a motor 12, wherein the motor 12 can be fixed on the inner wall of the first housing 13 by using a mounting frame (not shown in the figure), a second driving wheel 10 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor 12, a first driving wheel 9 is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 7, and a first belt 11 is sleeved on the first driving wheel 9 and the second driving wheel 10. Wherein the first transmission wheel 9 and the second transmission wheel 10 are belt pulleys.
In order to make the whole device can normally use, the motor 12 is connected with an electric cabinet (not shown in the figure) through an electric wire, the electric cabinet is connected with a power line and is connected with normal current, when the electric cabinet normally supplies power, the motor 12 starts to rotate, the second driving wheel 10 fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor 12 starts to rotate, the first belt 11 is driven once, the first driving wheel 9 rotates and further drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, a plurality of permanent magnet reflection units arranged in the first mounting seat 8 can rotate along with the first rotating shaft, and then a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet transmission units is used for treating a human body. When the permanent magnetic emission units are used singly, a magnetic stimulation scheme with high flux and high magnetic flux change rate can be realized only by driving the first inner core 6 of one permanent magnetic emission unit to rotate by the motor 12, and the permanent magnetic emission unit is suitable for applying accurate dynamic magnetic fields with high intensity and high magnetic flux change rate to local parts (about 3-5 square centimeter areas) of biological tissues. Wherein the motor 12 speed can be set within the range of 0.1-100 revolutions per second, preferably at a rate of 2-10 revolutions per second, and most preferably at a rate of 3-5 revolutions per second. When a plurality of permanent magnetism transmitting units are integrated for use, the permanent magnetism transmitting units can be coaxially connected along the axial direction and are connected end to end from two groups to infinite numbers, and the permanent magnetism transmitting units are automatically butted by means of magnetic force polarity. As shown in the figure, in the embodiment, the coaxial magnetic field therapeutic apparatus is composed of 5 permanent magnetic transmitting units 5, the first inner cores 6 of the front and rear permanent magnetic transmitting units are connected in series through the clamping groove 4 (not shown in the figure), so as to realize synchronous rotation. With motor 12 and permanent magnetism emission unit and other structures all with first shell 13 parcel, avoid in the medical process, rotate the piece direct contact human body, the material of first shell 13 is not hard plastic or wooden material of magnetic conduction. The plurality of permanent magnet emitting units axially connected form a rod-shaped whole, when the motor 12 rotates, the surface of the rod-shaped whole has the maximum magnetic flux change rate, and the rod-shaped whole is used as a treatment area 24 of equipment and is suitable for treatment application modes of acting on longer trunks and limbs of a human body.

As shown in fig. 11-12, the difference from the third embodiment is that the present invention further provides another dynamic bioeffective magnetic field device assembled by using the permanent magnetic emission unit of claim 3 or 5, which comprises a fixed sleeve 19, a revolving sleeve 28 fixed on the fixed sleeve 19, wherein the revolving sleeve 28 is mounted on the fixed sleeve 19 through a bearing; two second installation seats 27 are fixedly connected between the revolution sleeves 28, wherein the second installation seats 27 are of an annular structure, the second installation seats 27 are respectively located at the top and the bottom of the revolution sleeve 28, a plurality of permanent magnet emission units are circumferentially installed in the two second installation seats 27, the two second installation seats 27 are fixedly connected with soft magnetic isolation frames 25, the soft magnetic isolation frames 25 and the permanent magnet emission units are alternately arranged, one sides of the soft magnetic isolation frames 25 and the permanent magnet emission units, which are far away from the fixed sleeve 19, are fixedly connected with second shells 26, the center of each second shell 26 is a treatment area 24, the revolution sleeve 28 is in transmission connection with a mechanical driving device, the permanent magnet emission units are fixedly connected with gears 22, at least one permanent magnet emission unit is fixedly connected with rotation sleeves 29, the rotation sleeves 29 are provided with a plurality of rotation sleeves 29, the rotation sleeves 29 are vertically arranged along the center line of the treatment area 24, each rotation sleeve 29 is fixedly connected with different permanent magnet emission units, as shown in fig. 11, the permanent magnet emission units adopt 6, the gears 22 on two of the two permanent magnet emission units are engaged with a gear ring 23, the remaining rotation shafts are fixedly connected with another permanent magnet emission units, and only two permanent magnet emission units are located on the same horizontal line, namely, and only one permanent magnet emission unit 22 is located on the same horizontal line; the rotation sleeve 29 is fixedly connected with a gear ring 23, the gear 22 is meshed with the gear ring 23, and the rotation sleeve 29 is in transmission connection with a mechanical driving device; in order to improve the stability of the whole device, a bracket 18 is fixed outside the fixing sleeve 19, and the main motor 20 and the body of the rotation motor 21 are fixed on the bracket 18 through a mounting plate (not shown).
The scheme is further optimized, and in order to better enable the dynamic biological effect magnetic field device in the scheme to work, the treatment of the patient is further completed; the mechanical driving device matched with the revolution sleeve 28 is a main motor 20, the main motor 20 is in transmission connection with the revolution sleeve 28 through a second belt 31, a third transmission wheel 32 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the main motor 20, and the second belt 31 is respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the third transmission wheel 32 and the revolution sleeve 28; the mechanical driving device matched with the rotation sleeve 29 is a rotation motor 21, the rotation motor 21 is in transmission connection with the rotation sleeve 29 through a third belt 30, a fourth transmission wheel 33 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the rotation motor 21, the third belt 30 is respectively sleeved on the fourth transmission wheel 33 and the outer side of the rotation sleeve 29, and the third transmission wheel 32 and the fourth transmission wheel 33 are belt pulleys.
Similarly, in order to enable the whole device to be normally used, the main motor 20 and the rotation motor 21 are connected with an electric cabinet (not shown in the figure) through electric wires, a power cord is introduced into the electric cabinet, when the electric cabinet is normally powered, the dynamic biological effect magnetic field device firstly performs revolution, namely, the main motor 20 is started, the main motor 20 sequentially drives the third driving wheel 32, the second belt 31 and the revolution sleeve 28 to rotate, the rotation motor 21 can also be started during revolution, the rotation motor 21 sequentially drives the fourth driving wheel 33, the third belt 30 and the rotation sleeve 29 to rotate, and meanwhile, the rotation motor 21 can be used for performing local treatment after the rotation adjustment of the main motor 20; thus, the maximum surface of the magnetic flux of the combined magnetic field forms periodic motion by using revolution or rotation and revolution and rotation modes, and the permanent magnetic energy emission units simultaneously realize paired combined motion through the path matching of the rotation gear 22 and the gear ring 23 and form deep penetration on the human body part receiving magnetic stimulation.
When a plurality of permanent magnet transmitting units are integrated for use, a multi-axis combined dynamic magnetic field therapeutic instrument can be formed for transcranial magnetic stimulation. As shown in fig. 6, the bracket 18 is connected to a fixed sleeve 19, six of the above-mentioned permanent magnet emitting units are mounted on the inner wall of the fixed sleeve 19, and these cylindrical permanent magnet emitting units can revolve or rotate on the inner wall of the fixed sleeve 19. The revolution sleeve 28 is driven by the main motor 20 to rotate during revolution, so that the relative motion of the rotating shaft between the inner wall of the fixed sleeve 19 and each permanent magnet emitting unit is generated. The permanent magnet transmitting unit does not need to rotate at high speed and is only used for adjusting the positioning change of the permanent magnet transmitting unit on a great circle. After the adjustment is in place, the permanent magnet emitting unit is driven by the rotation motor 21 to rotate, and magnetic stimulation is applied to the specific position of the head in the treatment area 24. In order to reduce the number of the rotation motors 21, every two permanent magnet emission units are used as a group, and one rotation motor 21 drives one gear ring 23, so that the two permanent magnet emission units can be driven in pairs to rotate. The rotation motor 21 drives the gear ring 23 to rotate through the second belt 31, so that the rotation speed of the permanent magnet emitting unit is within the range of 0.1-100 revolutions per second, preferably 2-10 revolutions per second, and most preferably 3-5 revolutions per second. The transcranial magnetic stimulation instrument using the permanent magnet emission units is characterized in that the permanent magnet emission units are combined through positions and are separately arranged, a treatment area 24 is formed in the middle area, the permanent magnet emission units designed according to the scheme are high in external magnetism, so that mutual magnetic field interference between the permanent magnet emission units in two paired rotation processes is avoided, soft magnetic isolation frames 25 are simultaneously arranged in the revolution sleeve 28 and are respectively placed between every two permanent magnet emission units, the soft magnetic isolation frames 25 and the permanent magnet emission units rotate together in the revolution process, and after positioning is completed, when a certain group of permanent magnet emission units rotate independently pairwise, the magnetic field influence of the surrounding permanent magnet emission units is avoided. The entire revolution sleeve 28 and the permanent magnet emitting unit are wrapped by the second housing 26, so as to prevent the rotating member from directly contacting the human body in the medical treatment process, and the housing is made of non-magnetic hard plastic or wood material. The hollow inner diameter of the shell is slightly larger than the size from the forehead to the hindbrain of the head of an adult, and the inner wall can be lined with skin-friendly materials such as cotton or silica gel, so that the comfort level of the head contacting the inner wall is increased.
Based on the above scheme, the present invention further provides an application of the dynamic bioeffective magnetic field apparatus, which is assembled by the method of generating dynamic bioeffective magnetic field according to claim 1, and is applied to different areas of human body, including but not limited to limbs, trunk, head and waist, according to the ergonomic position.
EXAMPLE five
The application of the dynamic biological effect magnetic field device in the third embodiment is different in that the scheme of the coaxial combination mode for human body magnetic field stimulation treatment can be suitable for different body areas, wherein the human body areas can be soles and backs. The combined rod-shaped whole body of the permanent magnet emitting units in the first embodiment and the second embodiment is placed at the position of the Yongquan acupoint at the bottom of the feet of a human body, so that the feet of a person step on the combined rod-shaped cross beam, and the magnetic field effect stimulation can be carried out on the Yongquan acupoint and the related plantar acupoint; when the rod-shaped whole body combined by the permanent magnet emitting units in the first embodiment and the second embodiment is placed on the back of a human body and is parallel to the spine, the whole governor vessel and meridians of the human body can be stimulated by the magnetic field effect. The scheme of using the coaxial combination mode to carry out the human body magnetic field stimulation treatment can be suitable for different body areas, the rod-shaped overall combined magnetic field is properly placed according to a proper ergonomic position and can be realized by rotating under the driving of the motor 12, and the modes are all included in the invention and are not limited to the two application modes.

The difference from the fourth embodiment is that the scheme of using the separately combined dynamic biological effect magnetic field device to perform the magnetic field stimulation treatment on the human body can be suitable for different body areas, wherein the human body areas include but are not limited to two ribs, waist, arms and the like of the human body; two permanent magnet emitting units are respectively placed under two ribs of a human body or at the left and right positions of the neck of the human body, the axis direction of the permanent magnet emitting units is vertical to the human body, and the permanent magnet emitting units are driven by a motor 12 to rotate, so that the effects of stimulating the liver and the spleen of the human body or dredging the qi and the blood of the thyroid of the human body can be realized; the plurality of permanent magnet emitting units of the first embodiment and the second embodiment are placed around the waist of the human body by the similar method of the fourth embodiment, the axis direction of the permanent magnet emitting units is parallel to the human body, and the permanent magnet emitting units are driven by the main motor 20 and the rotating motor 21 to rotate, so that the effects of enhancing the qi and blood of the human body with pulses and reducing the waist fat by using the stimulation of the magnetic field can be realized; the permanent magnet emitting units of the first or second embodiment are directly placed in pairs on the inner and outer Guan acupoints of the arms of the human body, and the dynamic magnetic field generated by the motor 12 can effectively promote the qi and blood circulation of the human body. Similarly, several discrete permanent magnetic transmitting units can be respectively placed on different acupuncture points of a human body or related non-fixed acupuncture points of the body according to the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point matching theory, so that a group of discrete combined magnetic field stimulation schemes can be formed, and the discrete permanent magnetic transmitting units are suitable for being specially used for carrying out related positions of acupuncture point stimulation, and the discrete permanent magnetic transmitting units also comprise but are not limited to: along the governor vessel and conception vessel of head, along the stomach meridian, along the gallbladder meridian of forehead and face, along the biliary tract of head side, in the region near the arterial vein of neck, in the region near the thyroid gland, in the shoulder-well point, in the middle fu point and the whole antethorax, in the shoulder-back gaohuang point and the region near the shoulder-back gaohuang point, in the back small intestine meridian and the region near the bladder meridian, in the body's median line, along the Tanzhong point and the Qi-Hai point, and in the region near the back small intestine meridian. And also includes the main relevant positions or acupuncture points of the two arms and feet, such as the elbow fossa area, the Quchi acupuncture point, the three-lining of the hand, the periphery of the wrist joint, the periphery of the metacarpophalangeal joint, the three-yin and three-yang meridians of the foot, the inguinal position, the knee joint, the vicinity of the ankle joint and the like. The scheme of using the above discrete combination mode to perform the human body magnetic field stimulation therapy can be suitable for different body regions, and the discrete combination permanent magnet emitting unit can be properly placed according to a proper ergonomic position and can be rotated under the driving of the motor 12, and these modes are included in the present invention and are not limited to the above application modes.

1. A method for generating a dynamic biological effect magnetic field in a modular mode is characterized by comprising the following steps: processing an intermediate installation part, installing a soft magnetic transition structure outside the processed intermediate installation part, and installing a permanent magnet assembly outside the soft magnetic transition structure to form a permanent magnet reflection unit; the permanent magnet assemblies are arranged according to the orientation direction of each group of magnets to form a complete cylindrical structure which is formed by assembling and arranged in a periodic sequence mode or a cylindrical structure which is formed according to different magnetic orientation directions and different magnetic pole numbers;
and at least one permanent magnetic emission unit or a plurality of permanent magnetic emission units are combined and then matched with a mechanical driving device to form a dynamic biological effect magnetic field device, and the dynamic biological effect magnetic field generated by the dynamic biological effect magnetic field device has higher static magnetic field flux under unit sectional area, thereby realizing high magnetic flux change rate.
2. The method for generating a dynamic bioeffective magnetic field according to claim 1, wherein: the dynamic bioeffective magnetic field device includes, but is not limited to, a coaxial combination type and a discrete combination type.

A permanent magnet firing unit, characterized by: the magnetic field is processed by the method for generating the dynamic biological effect magnetic field in the claim 1; middle installed part is first inner core (6), soft-magnetic transition structure is first soft-magnetic transition layer of section of thick bamboo form (3), first soft-magnetic transition layer of section of thick bamboo form (3) rigid coupling is in outside first inner core (6), the outer rigid coupling of first soft-magnetic transition layer of section of thick bamboo form (3) has permanent magnetic component, permanent magnetic component includes first magnet (1) of a plurality of groups and second magnet (2), just first magnet (1) and second magnet (2) set up in turn, every group first magnet (1) and second magnet (2) form the tubular structure according to orientation direction periodic arrangement, the outer rigid coupling of first magnet (1) and second magnet (2) has a plurality of fasteners.

A dynamic bioeffective magnetic field apparatus, comprising: the permanent magnet emitting unit assembly device comprises a support, wherein two first installation seats (8) are arranged on the support, at least one permanent magnet emitting unit is rotatably connected onto the two first installation seats (8) through a first rotating shaft (7), the permanent magnet emitting units are fixedly connected with one another, a mechanical driving device is rotatably connected onto the first rotating shaft (7), a first shell (13) is arranged on the upper cover of the support, and the mechanical driving device and the permanent magnet emitting units are located in the first shell (13).

The dynamic bioeffective magnetic field device of claim 6, wherein: the mechanical driving device is a motor (12), a second driving wheel (10) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor (12), a first driving wheel (9) is fixedly connected to a first rotating shaft (7), and a first belt (11) is sleeved on the first driving wheel (9) and the second driving wheel (10).
