The memory 9140 can also include a data store 9143, the data store 9143 for storing data, such as contacts, digital data, pictures, sounds, and/or any other data used by the electronic device. The audio processor 9130 may include any suitable buffers, decoders, amplifiers and so forth. In addition, the audio processor 9130 is also coupled to the central processor 9100, thereby enabling recording locally through the microphone 9132 and enabling locally stored sounds to be played through the speaker 9131.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium capable of implementing all steps in the method for processing an account opening service based on a virtual technology, where an execution subject of the method is a server or a client in the foregoing embodiment, where the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements all steps of the method for processing an account opening service based on a virtual technology, where an execution subject of the method is a server or a client, for example, when the processor executes the computer program, the processor implements the following steps:
step S101: receiving an account opening service transaction request sent by a client node in a block chain network, and acquiring client identity information uploaded by the client node.
Step S102: and acquiring historical account opening service transaction information and current service transaction states of all teller nodes in the block chain network, and determining the teller nodes matched with the client identity information.
Step S103: and constructing a virtual model of a bank outlet, synchronizing the virtual model to the client node and the teller node, and establishing a virtual scene connection between the client node and the teller node so as to enable the client node and the teller node to perform account opening business handling through virtual reality equipment and the virtual model of the bank outlet.
As can be seen from the above description, in the computer-readable storage medium provided in this embodiment of the present application, a virtual bank node in a block chain network is used to construct a bank outlet virtual model and synchronize the bank outlet virtual model to a client node and a teller node, and a virtual scene connection between the client node and the teller node is established, so that the client node and the teller node perform account opening service handling through a virtual reality device and the bank outlet virtual model, thereby effectively improving the account opening service handling efficiency.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product capable of implementing all steps in the account opening service processing method based on the virtual technology, where an execution subject in the foregoing embodiment is a server or a client, and when executed by a processor, the computer program/instruction implements the steps of the account opening service processing method based on the virtual technology, for example, the computer program/instruction implements the following steps:
step S101: receiving an account opening service transaction request sent by a client node in a block chain network, and acquiring client identity information uploaded by the client node.
Step S102: and obtaining historical account opening service transaction information and current service transaction states of all teller nodes in the block chain network, and determining the teller nodes matched with the client identity information.
Step S103: and constructing a virtual model of a bank outlet, synchronizing the virtual model to the client node and the teller node, and establishing a virtual scene connection between the client node and the teller node so as to enable the client node and the teller node to perform account opening business handling through virtual reality equipment and the virtual model of the bank outlet.
As can be seen from the above description, in the computer program product provided in this embodiment of the present application, a virtual bank node in a block chain network is used to construct a bank branch virtual model and synchronize the bank branch virtual model to a client node and a teller node, and a virtual scene connection between the client node and the teller node is established, so that the client node and the teller node perform account opening service handling through a virtual reality device and the bank branch virtual model, thereby effectively improving the account opening service handling efficiency.

Claims (11)

1. An account opening service processing method based on a virtual technology is applied to a virtual bank node in a block chain network, and the virtual bank node is connected with a client node and a teller node in the block chain network, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an account opening service handling request sent by a client node in a block chain network, and acquiring client identity information uploaded by the client node;
acquiring historical account opening service transaction information and current service transaction states of all teller nodes in a block chain network, and determining teller nodes matched with the client identity information;
and constructing a virtual model of a bank outlet, synchronizing the virtual model to the client node and the teller node, and establishing a virtual scene connection between the client node and the teller node so as to enable the client node and the teller node to perform account opening business handling through virtual reality equipment and the virtual model of the bank outlet.
2. The account opening service processing method based on the virtual technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining historical account opening service transaction information and current service transaction status of each teller node in the block chain network and determining the teller node corresponding to the customer identity information comprises:
acquiring historical client evaluation scores and current business handling states of teller nodes in a block chain network;
and matching the teller nodes with the historical customer evaluation scores larger than a threshold value and the current business transaction state being an idle state according to the customer grades corresponding to the customer identity information.
3. The account opening service processing method based on the virtual technology as claimed in claim 1, before receiving an account opening service transaction request sent by a client node in a blockchain network and acquiring client identity information uploaded by the client node, comprising:
the client node uploads client identity information to the blockchain network and synchronizes to other nodes in the blockchain network.
4. The account opening service processing method based on the virtual technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the establishing of the virtual scene connection between the customer node and the teller node comprises:
building a virtual scene according to the virtual model of the bank outlets;
and loading a default customer model and a default teller model into the virtual scene, and establishing a virtual scene connection between the customer node and the teller node.
5. An account opening service processing device based on virtual technology, comprising:
the system comprises an account opening request receiving module, an account opening request processing module and an account opening request processing module, wherein the account opening request receiving module is used for receiving an account opening service handling request sent by a client node in a block chain network and acquiring client identity information uploaded by the client node;
the information matching module is used for acquiring historical account opening service transaction information and current service transaction states of all teller nodes in the block chain network and determining the teller nodes matched with the client identity information;
and the virtual service handling module is used for constructing a bank outlet virtual model, synchronizing the bank outlet virtual model to the client node and the teller node, and establishing a virtual scene connection between the client node and the teller node so as to enable the client node and the teller node to carry out account opening service handling through virtual reality equipment and the bank outlet virtual model.
6. The account opening service processing device based on the virtual technology as claimed in claim 5, wherein the information matching module comprises:
the teller information acquisition unit is used for acquiring historical client evaluation scores and current business handling states of teller nodes in the block chain network;
and the teller matching unit is used for matching the teller nodes with the historical customer evaluation scores larger than a threshold value and the current business handling state being an idle state according to the customer grades corresponding to the customer identity information.
7. The account opening service processing device based on the virtual technology as claimed in claim 5, wherein the account opening request receiving module includes:
and the client information uploading unit is used for uploading the client identity information to the block chain network by the client node and synchronizing the client identity information to other nodes in the block chain network.
8. The account opening service processing device based on the virtualization technology as claimed in claim 5, wherein the virtualization service handling module comprises:
the scene building unit is used for building a virtual scene according to the virtual model of the bank outlets;
and the virtual connection unit is used for loading a default customer model and a default teller model into the virtual scene and establishing the virtual scene connection between the customer node and the teller node.

An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for processing account opening service based on virtualization technology of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for processing account opening services based on virtual technology of any one of claims 1 to 4.
11. A computer program product comprising computer programs/instructions, characterized in that the computer programs/instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method for processing account opening services based on virtual technology of any of claims 1 to 4.
