Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a hotel ordering method, when detecting that a user changes from a sleep state to a waking state, an intelligent mattress in a hotel can display an ordering interface and output ordering prompt information; generating a target order according to a target dish input by a user; and sending the target order to a background server of the hotel. In this scheme, intelligence mattress can real-time supervision user's sleep state, after the user is clear-headed, shows the interface of ordering immediately to guide the user to order, do not need the user to go to order like this, not only can improve user's efficiency of ordering, and communicate through intelligent mattress and hotel backstage and interact, can improve the intelligent degree of hotel and intelligent mattress.

In the embodiment of the invention, if a hotel finds that the expected dishes ordered by a user are not available when preparing meals according to a pre-order, the shortage information can be sent to the intelligent mattress through the background server and can be used for indicating that the expected dishes belong to a shortage state, and then the shortage information can be output after the intelligent mattress receives the shortage information so as to inform the user of the shortage condition of the expected dishes.

In the embodiment of the invention, if the expected dishes belong to the out-of-stock state, the user needs to order the dishes again, and at the moment, the intelligent mattress can output dish recommendation information to the user according to the expected dishes ordered by the user before.
It should be noted that, since the user orders the desired dish before, the intelligent mattress can determine the taste, the preference and the like of the user according to the desired dish, so that the intelligent mattress can continuously recommend dishes similar to the taste of the desired dish to the user for the user to use.
For example, assuming that the expected dish ordered by the user before is "maxue", the intelligent mattress may determine that the user prefers to eat spicy dishes with heavy taste, and the intelligent mattress may continuously recommend some spicy dishes to the user, such as "poached sliced meat", "spicy chicken", and the like.
Optionally, when the background server sends the out-of-stock information to the intelligent mattress, the menu can be synchronously updated, only dishes which are not out-of-stock are reserved, and thus when the intelligent mattress outputs the dish recommendation information, the updated menu is displayed, and the dishes selected by the user subsequently can be ensured to be out-of-stock.
207. And generating a target order according to the target dishes input by the user according to the dish recommendation information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can continuously select the target dishes to be eaten according to the dish recommendation information, and then the intelligent mattress generates the target order according to the target dishes selected by the user.

The embodiment of the invention provides a hotel ordering method, wherein an intelligent mattress can monitor the sleep state of a user in real time, an ordering interface is displayed immediately after the user is awake, and the user is guided to order, so that the user is not required to actively order, the ordering efficiency of the user can be improved, and if dishes ordered by the user are in a shortage state at present, a hotel background can communicate with the intelligent mattress in time, the intelligent mattress can order the dishes and can guide the user to order other dishes in time, and the intelligent degree of the hotel and the intelligent mattress can be improved.

As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent mattress, which is located in a hotel, and includes:
the output module 301 is configured to display a food ordering interface and output food ordering prompt information when it is detected that the user changes from the sleep state to the awake state;
a processing module 302, configured to generate a target order according to a target dish input by a user;
and the transceiver module 303 is configured to send the target order to a background server of the hotel.
Optionally, the output module 301 is specifically configured to display a food ordering interface and output food ordering prompt information when it is detected that the user changes from the sleep state to the awake state and the current time is within a preset food ordering time interval.
Optionally, the output module 301 is specifically configured to display a meal ordering interface and output meal ordering prompt information when it is detected that the user changes from the sleep state to the awake state and leaves the intelligent mattress.
Optionally, the processing module 302 is specifically configured to generate a target order according to a target dish selected by a user on a food ordering interface;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the processing module 302 is specifically configured to receive a voice instruction input by a user, and generate a target order according to a target dish included in the voice instruction.

In the embodiment of the present invention, each module may implement the hotel ordering method provided in the above method embodiment, and may achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated here.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent mattress, where the intelligent mattress is located in a hotel, and the intelligent mattress may include:
a memory 401 storing executable program code;
a processor 402 coupled with the memory 401;
the processor 402 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 401 to execute the hotel ordering method executed by the intelligent mattress in the above embodiments of the methods.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute some or all of the steps of the method as in the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer program product, wherein the computer program product, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform some or all of the steps of the method as in the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide an application publishing platform, where the application publishing platform is configured to publish a computer program product, where the computer program product, when running on a computer, causes the computer to perform some or all of the steps of the method in the above method embodiments.
It should be appreciated that reference throughout this specification to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one embodiment of the present invention. Thus, the appearances of the phrases "in one embodiment" or "in an embodiment" in various places throughout this specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Claims (12)
1. A hotel meal ordering method is characterized by being applied to an intelligent mattress located in a hotel, and comprises the following steps:
when the user is detected to be changed from the sleep state to the waking state, displaying a food ordering interface and outputting food ordering prompt information;
generating a target order according to the target dishes input by the user;
and sending the target order to a background server of the hotel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying an ordering interface and outputting ordering prompt information when the user is detected to change from the sleep state to the awake state comprises:
and when the user is detected to be changed from the sleep state to the waking state and the current time is within a preset ordering time period, displaying the ordering interface and outputting ordering prompt information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying an ordering interface and outputting ordering prompt information when the user is detected to change from the sleep state to the awake state comprises:
and when the user is detected to change from the sleep state to the waking state and leaves the intelligent mattress, displaying the ordering interface and outputting ordering prompt information.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein generating a target order based on the target dish input by the user comprises:
generating the target order according to the target dishes selected by the user on the ordering interface;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and receiving a voice instruction input by the user, and generating the target order according to the target dishes included in the voice instruction.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein generating a target order based on the target dish input by the user comprises:
generating a reservation order according to the expected dishes input by the user, and sending the reservation order to the background server;
if receiving the out-of-stock information sent by the background server, outputting the out-of-stock information, and outputting dish recommendation information according to the expected dishes;
and generating the target order according to the target dish input by the user according to the dish recommendation information.
6. An intelligent mattress, characterized in that, intelligent mattress is located the hotel, intelligent mattress includes:
the output module is used for displaying a food ordering interface and outputting food ordering prompt information when the user is detected to change from the sleep state to the waking state;
the processing module is used for generating a target order according to the target dishes input by the user;
and the receiving and sending module is used for sending the target order to a background server of the hotel.
7. The smart mattress of claim 6,
the output module is specifically configured to display the ordering interface and output the ordering prompt information when it is detected that the user changes from the sleep state to the awake state and the current time is within a preset ordering time period.
8. The smart mattress of claim 6,
the output module is specifically configured to display the ordering interface and output the ordering prompt message when it is detected that the user changes from the sleep state to the waking state and leaves the smart mattress.
9. Intelligent mattress according to one of the claims 6 to 8,
the processing module is specifically configured to generate the target order according to the target dish selected by the user on the ordering interface;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the processing module is specifically configured to receive a voice instruction input by the user, and generate the target order according to the target dish included in the voice instruction.
10. Intelligent mattress according to one of the claims 6 to 8,
the processing module is specifically used for generating a reservation order according to the expected dishes input by the user and sending the reservation order to the background server;
the output module is specifically used for outputting the out-of-stock information if the out-of-stock information sent by the background server is received, and outputting dish recommendation information according to the expected dishes;
the processing module is specifically configured to generate the target order according to the target dish input by the user according to the dish recommendation information.
11. An intelligent mattress, characterized in that, intelligent mattress is located the hotel, intelligent mattress includes:
a memory storing executable program code;
and a processor coupled to the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory for performing the hotel ordering method of any of claims 1 to 5.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising: the computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the hotel ordering method as recited in any one of claims 1 to 5.
