Disclosure of Invention
The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly preparing a foam matrix main body, vacuumizing the foam matrix main body, using the foam matrix main body as a carrier to adsorb fuming substances and flavoring substances, and then coating tobacco substances on the surface of the foam matrix main body adsorbed with the fuming substances and the flavoring substances.
The first aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a tobacco aroma aerosol-generating substrate rod, wherein the porosity of the aerosol-generating substrate rod is more than 70%, the aerosol-generating substrate rod comprises a foam substrate body with a pore structure, wherein a fumigant, a flavoring substance and a first tobacco substance are arranged in the pore structure;
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing a foam-like matrix body having a porosity of greater than 70%;
(2) Vacuumizing the foam-shaped matrix main body, and pumping out air in the pore structure of the foam-shaped matrix main body;
(3) Preparing a first mixed solution containing a fuming substance, a flavoring substance and a first tobacco substance, and a second mixed solution containing the fuming substance, a binder and the flavoring substance, soaking the vacuumized foam-like matrix main body in the first mixed solution, and soaking the second tobacco substance in the second mixed solution;
(4) And taking out the foam-like matrix body immersed with the first mixed solution and the second tobacco material adsorbed with the second mixed solution, standing, coating the second tobacco material adsorbed with the second mixed solution on the surface of the foam-like matrix body immersed with the first mixed solution, and drying to obtain the aerosol-generating matrix rod.
Preferably, the foam-like matrix body has a barrier layer on the outside.
Preferably, the impermeable layer is an impermeable/heat-conducting layer with impermeable or heat-conducting function, and the impermeable/heat-conducting layer comprises a waterproof layer and/or an oil-proof layer and/or a heat-conducting layer;
The waterproof layer is made of alkyl ketene dimer AKD, cationic rosin size or iron-free aluminum sulfate, and paraffin, and the oil-proof layer is made of fluorocarbon organic matter, modified starch, mixture of AKD and paraffin, and mixture of AKD and modified starch. The heat conducting layer is selected from but not limited to an aluminum foil layer, which is added to the outer side of the foam matrix main body in a sticking mode, and can play a role in preventing water and/or oil, and meanwhile, the aluminum foil layer also has the effects of heat conduction and heat preservation so as to uniformly heat the fuming material on the inner wall of the cigarette.
Preferably, the waterproof and/or oil-repellent layer is applied to the outside of the foam-like matrix body by spraying.
Moisture in the smoke materials in the cigarette storage process permeates to the outer side of the cigarette paper tube to generate yellow spots. The waterproof layer adopts alkyl ketene dimer AKD, cation rosin size or iron-free aluminum sulfate to mix and use, and paraffin material can prevent the moisture in the smoking material from oozing to the cigarette paper tube outside.
Similarly, a smoke agent, essence and spice and the like can be added into the smoke material, and the smoke agent in the smoke material can carry the essence and spice to permeate to the outer side of the paper tube in the long-time placement process, so that yellow spots are generated, the appearance of the paper tube is affected, and the smoke agent is oily. The oil-proof layer is made of fluorocarbon organic matters, modified starch, AKD and paraffin mixture, and the AKD and modified starch mixture can prevent smoke agent in the smoke material from carrying essence and perfume to permeate to the outer wall of the paper tube, and can prevent macula lutea.
Preferably, the pore structure is a plurality.
Preferably, the flavoring substances comprise essence and flavor such as menthol, ionone, ethyl maltol, vanillin or rose oil, the smoking substances comprise glycerin or propylene glycol smoking agent, the first tobacco substance comprises tobacco water extract, and the second tobacco substance comprises tobacco powder.
The tobacco powder can be called as tobacco dry material, and is prepared by crushing tobacco stem, tobacco stalk, tobacco powder and other industrial waste materials into 8-50 mesh tobacco powder.
Preferably, in the step (1), the preparation method of the foam-like matrix body comprises the following steps:
11 Uniformly mixing glycan substance powder, a foaming agent, a dispersing agent and a coagulating agent, and then dissolving the mixture into an alcohol solution with the volume concentration of 0-15% v/v to prepare foaming solution;
12 Uniformly dispersing the foaming slurry obtained in the previous step, filling the mixture into a die, and placing the die under high temperature conditions for foaming for 10-30 minutes to obtain a foamed composition;
13 Placing the foamed composition obtained in the previous step into a freezer at about-20 ℃ to freeze for 12-48 hours, taking out, dehydrating, and naturally drying or oven-drying to obtain the foam matrix main body;
Preferably, in the step (11), the polysaccharide substance powder is selected from one or more of konjak, starch, modified starch cellulose and glucomannan, the foaming agent is selected from one or more of foaming agent AC, foaming agent H, foaming agent OBSH and foaming agent TSH, the dispersing agent is selected from one or more of OP-10, span80 and sucrose ester, and the coagulating agent is selected from sodium carbonate.
Preferably, in step (12), the foaming conditions are foaming in an oven, a drying room or an oil bath at a temperature of 160-240 ℃.
Preferably, in the step (2), the condition of vacuum pumping is that the foam-like matrix body is directly placed in a vacuum bag to be vacuumized, and then the mixed solution is injected into the vacuum bag filled with the foam-like matrix body through a pressure relief port.
Preferably, in the step (3), the flavoring substances comprise menthol, ionone, ethyl maltol, vanillin, rose oil and other essence flavors, the smoking substances comprise glycerin or propylene glycol smoking agent, the first tobacco substance comprises tobacco water extract, and the second tobacco substance comprises tobacco powder;
the mass ratio of the substances in the first mixed solution is that the content of essence and spice is 10-25%, the content of fuming agent is 10-25%, and the content of tobacco water extract is 50-80%;
The mass ratio of each substance in the second mixed solution is 1-10% of adhesive, 20-40% of essence and spice and 50-80% of fuming agent, and the mass ratio of the second mixed solution to the second tobacco substance is 1:1-3:1;
the soaking time is 10-20 minutes.
Specifically, for volatile essence and spice such as menthol, blueberry essence, orange essence and the like, active carbon can be used for adsorbing the volatile essence and spice, then tobacco powder and active carbon powder adsorbed with the essence and spice are soaked in a mixed solution of a binder and a fuming agent, after soaking and swelling, the tobacco powder and the active carbon powder are coated on a foam matrix main body, and the adding mass ratio of the active carbon powder is 0-20% based on the total mass of the tobacco powder and the active carbon powder.
Preferably, in the step (4), standing is carried out for 10 minutes, the thickness of the second tobacco material layer is 0.1-2.0mm, the size of the tobacco powder is 8-50 meshes, and the tobacco powder can be called as tobacco dry material, which is prepared by crushing tobacco industrial waste materials such as tobacco stems, tobacco dust and the like into 8-50 meshes of tobacco powder. The binder is selected from chitosan, hydroxyethyl composite modified ethyl cellulose, guar gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, starches, modified starches, plant celluloses, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose.
The drying mode is low-temperature drying or microwave drying, the low-temperature drying condition is that the drying temperature is 60-70 ℃, the drying time is 0.5-1 hour, the microwave drying condition is that the microwave power is 100-120W, the microwave time is 10-30min, and the moisture content of the aerosol generating substrate rod is 10% -20%.
The present invention preferably prepares the foam-like matrix body as described above, although other methods of preparing foam-like matrix bodies having a porosity of greater than 70% are possible in the prior art and may be used in the present invention.
According to a second aspect of the present invention there is provided an aerosol-generating substrate rod prepared by the method of preparation according to the first aspect of the present invention.
A third aspect of the present invention provides an aerosol-generating article comprising an aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 according to the second aspect of the present invention, a gas-permeable hollow tube 2 and a filter rod 3, the gas-permeable hollow tube 2 having a vent 21 extending radially through the wall of the gas-permeable hollow tube 2, the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, gas-permeable hollow tube 2 and filter rod 3 being wrapped with a forming paper and then wrapped with tipping paper to give the aerosol-generating article.
In the actual preparation process, only one aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, the ventilation hollow tube 2 and the filter rod 3 can be wrapped by forming paper, or a plurality of aerosol-generating products with wrapping paper can be obtained by sequentially wrapping a plurality of aerosol-generating substrate rods 1, ventilation hollow tubes 2 and filter rods 3, then cutting and then wrapping the wrapping paper. The aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, the air-permeable hollow tube 2, the filter rod 3, the air-permeable hollow tube 2 and the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 can be sequentially wrapped by forming paper, then the filter rod 3 is cut into two sections, and the wrapping paper is removed, besides, the cutting can be performed at the connected aerosol-generating substrate rod 1.
Since the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 of the present invention is integral, it can be combined with the air-permeable hollow tube 2, the filter rod 3, etc., and the efficiency of filling each unit individually by the filling process is greatly improved compared with the prior art in the case of further improving the suction quality.
Preferably, a fluted corrugated element 4 is also provided between the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 and the gas-permeable hollow tube 2. The construction of the fluted corrugated member 4 may be referred to in the present application 2022-03-15 by the present inventors under the application number 2022102553475, entitled patent application for a particulate aerosol-generating article having fluted corrugated members, the description of which is incorporated herein.
The air-permeable hollow tube 2 in the present invention may be a paper tube or a acetate hollow tube, and preferably the vent hole 21 is axially adjacent to the filter rod 3 and has an axial distance from the upstream end of the filter rod 3 of 1/2 to 1/3 of the axial length of the filter rod 3. The upstream and downstream in the present invention are dependent on the flow direction of the aerosol.
The filter rod 3 of the present invention may be any type of filter element known in the art, such as conventional acetate filter cotton.
The aerosol-generating article of the application may also comprise other structures, provided that it comprises an aerosol-generating substrate rod according to the first aspect of the application.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. The invention uses the porous foam material made of the polysaccharide substance powder as the main body of the aerosol generating substrate rod for the first time. Foaming mainly comprises 3 processes of gelation, heating foaming and freeze molding. The porous gel is frozen, water in the gel forms ice crystals to be separated out, the concentration of solids is correspondingly increased, plant molecules are more tightly combined by extrusion of the ice crystals, thus the foam-like matrix main body with the pore structure is fixedly formed, a large number of pore structures ensure that aerosol generating matrix rods can absorb and bear more fuming substances and aroma-enhancing substances, the pore structure of the foam-like matrix main body is further beneficial to release of smoke, and the problem that the smoke generated at the upstream of the aerosol generating matrix rods is intercepted by the downstream is avoided, so that the smoke quantity and the smoke aroma quality are improved from two aspects.
2. The foaming matrix main body is prepared firstly, then the foaming matrix main body is used as a carrier to adsorb the fuming substances and the flavoring substances, and the fuming substances, the flavoring substances, the polysaccharide substance powder, the foaming agent and the like are not directly foamed together, so that firstly, the addition of the fuming substances and the flavoring substances in the foaming process greatly influences the foaming effect, and the foaming matrix main body with higher porosity is difficult to obtain. Secondly, because the temperature in the foaming process is higher and is usually between 160 and 240 ℃, most fuming substances and flavoring substances volatilize in the foaming process, and the fuming substances and the flavoring substances in the really prepared foam matrix are few, so that the problems of small smoke amount and poor aroma sensory evaluation of the aerosol generating matrix rod in the sucking process are caused.
3. The foam-like matrix main body is prepared by soaking and adsorbing a mixed solution containing a fuming substance, a flavoring substance and a tobacco water extract, soaking tobacco powder in the mixed solution containing the fuming substance, a binder and the flavoring substance for swelling, and then coating the binder on the surface of the foam-like matrix main body adsorbed with the fuming substance and the flavoring substance and then coating the swelled tobacco powder. The tobacco powder is beneficial to providing aerosol which is more similar to the herb fragrance of the tobacco relative to the tobacco extract or the tobacco extract, but the physical property of the tobacco powder leads the tobacco powder not to be added into the foam-like matrix main body through a soaking adsorption mode, and in addition, if the tobacco powder is directly added in the preparation process of the foam-like matrix main body, the foaming process is influenced, so that the porosity of the foam-like matrix main body is greatly reduced. Therefore, the invention firstly prepares the foam-like matrix main body, then soaks and adsorbs the mixed solution containing the smoke substance, the flavoring substance and the tobacco water extract, and finally coats the swelled tobacco powder on the surface of the foam-like matrix main body adsorbed with the smoke substance, the flavoring substance and the tobacco water extract, thereby better providing the tobacco fragrance on the basis of ensuring the porosity. If the surface of the foam matrix body is directly coated with the dry tobacco powder, the tobacco powder can absorb the mixed solution of the foam matrix body, so that the tobacco powder is absorbed and swelled, and the problems of falling off and poor appearance of the tobacco powder can occur.
4. The invention encounters a new problem in the process of soaking and adsorbing a mixed solution containing a fuming substance and a flavoring substance. The invention notes that in the foaming process, bubbles in the foam matrix body are combined in the release process, so that pores extending along the radial direction of the aerosol generating matrix rod and close to the central shaft are smaller, and pores close to the central shaft are larger, if the obtained porous foam matrix body is directly soaked in mixed liquor containing fuming substances and flavoring substances by using a soaking method, or the mixed liquor is directly coated on the outer surface of the foam matrix body by using a spraying method, because the pores of the periphery are larger, the adsorption capacity is stronger, the pores of the inner layer are smaller, the adsorption capacity is weak, and in such a way that the supplement is applied from the periphery to the inner layer, the diffusion resistance is larger, a large amount of the supplement is adsorbed by the pore structure of the periphery, is difficult to be diffused to the inner layer, even the central shaft is not contacted with the mixed liquor at all, and in order to avoid the problem, the dosage of the mixed liquor can only be further increased, or the soaking time is prolonged until the pore structure of the inner layer can adsorb the supplement, but the dosage of the mixed liquor is too large, the mixed liquor is excessive, the outer layer is easy to burn, and the smoke temperature can ooze. Therefore, the method of applying the mixed liquid from the periphery has a problem that the mixed liquid amount is large or the mixed liquid is unevenly distributed. In order to further solve the problem, the invention firstly vacuumizes the foam-shaped matrix main body, pumps out air in the pore structure of the foam-shaped matrix main body, and then soaks the vacuumized foam-shaped matrix main body into the mixed liquid, so that the mixed liquid can quickly enter the pore structure and smoothly enter the pore structure of the inner layer under a certain external pressure. The aerosol generating substrate rod obtained by the preparation method has high porosity, fuming substances and flavoring substances are uniformly distributed in a pore structure, and the aerosol generating substrate rod has the advantages of large smoke quantity, high smoke comfort and proper smoke temperature when being used in aerosol generating products.
5. The aerosol-generating substrate rod of the present invention comprises both tobacco water extract and tobacco powder, and if only tobacco powder is used to provide the tobacco herb scent, the tobacco powder coated with the outer layer will reduce the overall smoke generation when the tobacco powder is coated too thickly. When the tobacco powder coating is too thin, the tobacco flavor and strength are obviously insufficient. The aerosol generating substrate rod disclosed by the invention contains both the tobacco water extract and the tobacco powder, and better provides the tobacco fragrance on the premise of ensuring the smoke quantity.
6. The production process of the aerosol generating substrate rod is simple, the production efficiency of the aerosol generating product is high, and the cost is controllable.
7. The aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 of the present invention is integral, so that it can be combined with the air-permeable hollow tube 2, the filter rod 3, etc., and the efficiency of filling each unit individually by a filling process is greatly improved compared with the prior art in the case of further improving the suction quality.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the aerosol-generating product is in a ternary structure and comprises an aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, a ventilation hollow tube 2 and a filter rod 3, wherein the ventilation hollow tube 2 is provided with a ventilation hole 21 penetrating through the wall of the ventilation hollow tube 2 in the radial direction, the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, the ventilation hollow tube 2 and the filter rod 3 are wrapped by forming paper, and then the tipping paper is wrapped to obtain the aerosol-generating product. The vent 21 is axially adjacent the filter rod 3 and has an axial distance to the upstream end of the filter rod 3 of 1/2 of the axial length of the filter rod 3.
The aerosol-generating substrate rod has a porosity of 80%, and comprises a foam-like substrate body having a pore structure with a smoke substance, a flavoring substance and a first tobacco substance therein, and a surface of the foam-like substrate body having a smoke substance, a flavoring substance and a second tobacco substance. The foam-like matrix body the outer side is provided with an impermeable layer. The flavoring material comprises menthol, the smoking material comprises propylene glycol, the first tobacco material comprises tobacco water extract, and the second tobacco material comprises tobacco powder.
A method of preparing an aerosol-generating substrate rod comprising the steps of:
(1) Preparing a foam-like matrix body having a porosity of 80%;
(2) Vacuumizing the foam-shaped matrix main body, and pumping out air in the pore structure of the foam-shaped matrix main body;
(3) Preparing a first mixed solution containing a fuming substance, a flavoring substance and a first tobacco substance, and a second mixed solution containing the fuming substance, a binder and the flavoring substance, soaking the vacuumized foam-like matrix main body in the first mixed solution, and soaking the second tobacco substance in the second mixed solution;
(4) And taking out the foam-like matrix body immersed with the first mixed solution and the second tobacco material adsorbed with the second mixed solution, standing, coating the second tobacco material adsorbed with the second mixed solution on the surface of the foam-like matrix body immersed with the first mixed solution, and drying to obtain the aerosol-generating matrix rod.
In the step (1), the preparation method of the foam-like matrix main body comprises the following steps:
11 Uniformly mixing glycan substance powder, a foaming agent, a dispersing agent and a coagulating agent, and then dissolving the mixture into an alcohol solution with the volume concentration of 10% v/v to prepare foaming solution;
12 Uniformly dispersing the foaming slurry obtained in the previous step, filling the mixture into a die, and foaming the mixture at a high temperature for 20 minutes to obtain a foamed composition;
13 Placing the foamed composition obtained in the previous step into a freezer at about-20 ℃ to be frozen for 36 hours, taking out, dehydrating, and naturally drying or oven-drying to obtain the foam matrix main body;
In the step (11), the polysaccharide powder is selected from konjak powder, the foaming agent is selected from foaming agent AC, the dispersing agent is selected from Span80, and the coagulating agent is selected from sodium carbonate. In step (12), the foaming conditions are foaming in an oven at a temperature of 200 ℃.
In the step (2), the vacuumizing condition is that the foam-shaped matrix main body is directly placed into a vacuum bag for vacuumizing, and then the mixed solution is injected into the vacuum bag filled with the foam-shaped matrix main body through a pressure relief opening. In step (3), the flavoring material comprises menthol, the smoking material comprises propylene glycol, the first tobacco material comprises a tobacco water extract, and the second tobacco material comprises tobacco powder. The mass ratio of the substances in the first mixed solution is 25% of essence and spice, 20% of fuming agent and 55% of tobacco water extract, the mass ratio of the substances in the second mixed solution is 5% of adhesive, 25% of essence and spice and 70% of fuming agent, and the mass ratio of the second mixed solution to the second tobacco substance is 2:1. The soaking time was 15 minutes. In the step (4), standing is carried out for 10 minutes, the size of the tobacco powder is 8-50 meshes, and the thickness of the second tobacco material layer is 1.0mm. The binder is selected from carboxymethyl cellulose. The drying mode is low-temperature drying, the low-temperature drying condition is that the drying temperature is 65 ℃, the drying time is 0.5 hour, and the moisture content of the aerosol generating substrate rod is 12%.
The aerosol-generating article produced was designated sample 1.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is that the foaming of the smoke substance together with the flavouring substance and the polysaccharide substance powder, the foaming agent etc. is carried out directly as follows:
11 Uniformly mixing glycan substance powder, foaming agent, dispersing agent, coagulant, flavoring substance menthol, fuming substance propylene glycol and tobacco powder, and then dissolving into an alcohol solution with the volume concentration of 10% v/v to prepare foaming solution;
12 Uniformly dispersing the foaming slurry obtained in the previous step, filling the mixture into a die, and foaming the mixture at a high temperature for 20 minutes to obtain a foamed composition;
13 Placing the foamed composition obtained in the previous step into a freezer at about-20 ℃ to be frozen for 36 hours, taking out, dehydrating, and naturally drying or oven-drying to obtain the foam matrix main body;
the tobacco powder can be called as tobacco dry material, and is prepared by crushing tobacco stem, tobacco stalk, tobacco powder and other industrial waste materials into 8-50 mesh tobacco powder.
Other steps were consistent with example 1.
The aerosol-generating article produced was designated sample 2, which had an aerosol-generating substrate rod porosity of only 35%.
Example 3
The difference from example 1 is that the vacuum process of step (2) was omitted and the prepared foam-like substrate body was directly immersed in a mixed solution containing a smoking material, a flavoring material and a tobacco material, which was the same as in example 1. The aerosol-generating article produced was designated sample 3.
Example 4
The difference from example 1 is that the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 and the air-permeable hollow tube 2 are also provided with fluted corrugated members 4 therebetween, and the aerosol-generating article produced is referred to as sample 4.
Example 5
The difference from example 1 is that in the aerosol-generating substrate rod preparation process, in step (3), a mixed solution containing a fuming substance, a flavoring substance and a tobacco water extract is directly prepared, then the vacuumed foam-like substrate body is soaked in the mixed solution, and in step (4), the tobacco substance does not need to be coated on the surface of the foam-like substrate body.
Example 6
And respectively sucking the aerosol-generating product samples 1-5 and the matched heating non-burning cigarette smoking set under the same condition, wherein the temperature of the aerosol-generating product aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 is about 200 ℃ in the sucking process.
