The invention also provides a welding method, which adopts the lamp strip welding device 10 in each embodiment. The welding method comprises the following steps:

step s130, welding a welding head by light-emitting welding;
and step s140, after welding is completed, taking out the lamp strip.

step s111, pushing the cutting assembly 200 to a working position, and pushing the cutting assembly 200 to the working position from the waiting position along the first guide rail 250 through a third air cylinder;
step s112, the lamp strip is placed into the cutting component 200 to be fixed, and the lamp strip is fixed in the cutting component 200 through a positioning component 240 arranged on the cutting component 200;
step s113, the lamp strip is cut by the cutting knife, and when the pushing plate 210 moves downwards and abuts against the lamp strip, the cutting knife 211 can cut the lamp strip fixed in the cutting component 200.
Further, in the present embodiment, step s120 includes:
step s121, placing the cut lamp strip into the welding jig 300, lifting the movable clamping plate 312 by a worker, and placing the cut lamp strip on the operating table 310 along a gentle slope;
step s122, positioning the lamp strip, aligning a through hole of the lamp strip with the positioning hole 313 by a worker, starting the fifth cylinder to drive the second ejector pin 330 to upwards penetrate through the positioning hole to be connected with the through hole of the lamp strip, and limiting the position of the lamp strip to a fixed position on the operating platform 310;
step s123, the pressing block 320 presses down the fixed lamp strip, the fourth cylinder drives the pressing block 320 to press down, the pressing block 320 drives the pressing sheet to press down through the connecting piece, and the pressing sheet is matched with the movable clamping plate 312 and the alignment baffle 311 to fix the lamp strip on the operating table 310.
Further, in the present embodiment, step s130 includes:
step s131, adjusting the positions of the bracket 410 and the soldering head 400, and according to the size of the light strip, adjusting the specific position of the soldering head 400 connected with the bracket 410 by a worker through the second guide rail 411 and the third guide rail 412.

By combining all the embodiments, the cutting assembly 200 is arranged on the workbench 100, and the cutting assembly 200 is provided with the lamp strip pressing plate 220 and the positioning assembly 240, so that the lamp strip can be fixed, the lamp strip is prevented from being fixed by using an adhesive before cutting, the problem of residual glue stain on the lamp strip due to the use of the adhesive is solved, and the waste of lamp strip materials caused by secondary cutting of the lamp strip is avoided. The lamp strip end to be welded is cut through the pushing plate 210 and the cutting knife 211 arranged on the pushing plate 210, so that the lamp strip end is parallel and level, and subsequent lamp strip welding is facilitated. The lamp strip on the operating platform 310 is compressed by the compressing block 320 arranged on the welding jig 300, the lamp strip on the operating platform 310 is limited by the aligning baffle 311 and the movable clamping plate 312, the second ejector pin 330 penetrates through the positioning hole 313 to be connected with the lamp strip, the lamp strip can be fixed on the operating platform 310, and finally light is output for welding by the welding head 400, so that the technical scheme of welding the lamp strip is achieved, manual operation is reduced, and working efficiency is improved. The technical scheme of the invention solves the problems of lamp belt material waste and low production efficiency in the lamp belt welding process.

1. A light strip welding device (10), comprising:
a table (100);
the cutting assembly (200), the cutting assembly (200) is arranged on the workbench (100), and the cutting assembly (200) is used for cutting off the lamp strip;
the welding jig (300) is arranged on the workbench (100) corresponding to the cutting assembly (200), and the welding jig (300) is used for fixing a lamp strip;
the welding head (400) is arranged above the welding jig (300) corresponding to the welding jig (300), and the welding head (400) is used for welding the lamp strip.
2. A lamp strip welding device (10) according to claim 1, wherein the cutting component (200) comprises a push plate (210) and a lamp strip pressing plate (220) connected with the push plate (210), the push plate (210) can drive the lamp strip pressing plate (220) to reciprocate along with the push plate (210), and the lamp strip can be fixed in the cutting component (200); still be provided with on pushing plate (210) and cut out sword (211), cut out sword (211) set up in pushing plate (210) is gone up and is close to one side of workstation (100), it is used for cutting out and is fixed in to cut out sword (211) the lamp area in cutting assembly (200).

A lamp strip welding device (10) according to claim 2, wherein a relief hole is provided on the lamp strip pressing plate (220) corresponding to the position of the cutting knife (211), and when the cutting knife (211) cuts the lamp strip, the pushing plate (210) keeps moving downwards, so that the cutting knife (211) penetrates through the relief hole to cut the lamp strip.

A light strip welding device (10) as claimed in claim 2, wherein said cutting assembly (200) further comprises a cutting table (230) and a positioning assembly (240), said push plate (210) and said light strip pressing plate (220) are connected with said workbench (100) through said cutting table (230), said cutting table (230) is connected with said push plate (210) and said light strip pressing plate (220) through connectors, said cutting table (230) is used for placing a light strip; the positioning assembly (240) is connected with the cutting table (230), the positioning assembly (240) further comprises a sliding block (241) and a first thimble (242), the cutting table (230) is provided with a groove, and the sliding block (241) is connected with the cutting table (230) through the groove in a sliding manner; the cutting table (230) is provided with a through hole, the first ejector pin (242) is arranged on one side, close to the lamp strip pressing plate (220), of the sliding block (241) in a corresponding mode, the sliding block (241) can drive the first ejector pin (242) to reciprocate, so that the first ejector pin (242) can penetrate through the through hole to be connected with a lamp strip and used for limiting the lamp strip placed on the cutting table (230), and the lamp strip pressing plate can fix the limited lamp strip on the cutting table (230).
5. A light strip welding device (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said light strip welding device (10) further comprises a first rail (250), said first rail (250) being arranged on said work table (100) corresponding to the position of said cutting assembly (200), said cutting assembly (200) being slidably connected to said first rail (250) so that said cutting assembly (200) can slide along said first rail (250).

A light strip welding device (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that said welding jig (300) comprises a console (310), said console (310) being connected to said work bench (100); the welding jig (300) further comprises a pressing block (320), the pressing block (320) is arranged on the workbench (100) through the operating table (310), the pressing block (320) can move in a reciprocating mode corresponding to the operating table (310), and the pressing block (320) can fix the lamp strip on the operating table (310).

A lamp strip welding device (10) according to claim 6, wherein said console (310) further comprises an alignment baffle (311) and a movable clamping plate (312), said alignment baffle (311) is disposed on a side of said console (310) close to said welding head (400), said movable clamping plate (312) is disposed on a side of said console (310) away from said welding head (400), said movable clamping plate (312) is movably connected to said console (310), said movable clamping plate (312) is capable of moving for placing a lamp strip on said console (310), said alignment baffle (311) is used for defining a lamp strip position, said clamping block (320) is provided with an avoiding groove corresponding to said alignment baffle (311) and said movable clamping plate (312), when said lamp strip (320) abuts against said console (310) through said lamp strip, said alignment baffle (311) and said movable clamping plate (312) abut against said clamping block (320) through said avoiding groove for defining a lamp strip on said console (310).

A lamp strip welding device (10) according to claim 7, wherein said welding fixture (300) further comprises a second thimble (330), a first accommodating cavity is formed between said console (310) and said worktable (100), said second thimble (330) is movably disposed in said first accommodating cavity, said second thimble (330) is used for fixing the lamp strip on said console (310); the movable clamping plate (312) and/or the alignment baffle (311) are provided with a positioning hole (313) corresponding to the second thimble (330), and the second thimble (330) can pass through the positioning hole (313) to reciprocate.

A light strip welding device (10) as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said light strip welding device (10) further comprises a support (410), said support (410) being arranged on said work table (100), said welding head (400) being connected to said work table (100) through said support (410); the support (410) further comprises a second guide rail (411) and a third guide rail (412), the second guide rail (411) and the third guide rail (412) are connected with the support (410), and the second guide rail (411) is connected with the third guide rail (412) in an included angle mode, so that the welding head (400) can move along a first direction and/or a second direction through the second guide rail (411) and/or the third guide rail (412), the welding head (400) is a laser welding head, and the welding head (400) can move out of light welding through the second guide rail (411) and the third guide rail (412).
10. A welding method applied to a light strip welding device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the method comprises:
cutting the lamp strip;
fixing the cut lamp strip on a welding jig (300);
the welding head (400) performs light-emitting welding;
and (5) after welding is finished, taking out the lamp strip.
