FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of some embodiments of a child safety seat intelligent detection control system according to the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a child safety seat intelligent detection control system includes: child safety seat 10 and intelligent terminal 20. The child safety seat 10 may be installed in a vehicle to provide reliable safety protection for child occupants.
In some embodiments, the vehicle is an automobile, but may be another vehicle such as a train, a ship, an airplane, or the like. The intelligent terminal 20 can be a smart phone of a caretaker or other passengers of the vehicle, and can also be a tablet computer, a vehicle recorder or a vehicle networking center system. An Application (APP) may be installed on the smart terminal 20 as needed.
The child safety seat 10 includes: seat body 11, safety belt assembly 12 and intelligent detection module 13. The seat body 11 may provide a seating space for a child, and in some embodiments, the seat body 11 may include a seat pan, a backrest, and a headrest. A seat belt assembly 12 is provided on the seat body 11 for restraining a child within the seat body 11 during vehicle operation so as to prevent injury from the child being removed from the seat body 11.
The intelligent detection module 13 has a first wireless connection device 130 and is disposed on the seat belt assembly 12. The intelligent detection module 13 is configured to send out an effective restraint signal through the first wireless connection device 130 when detecting that the seat belt assembly is effective to restrain a child occupant seated in the seat body 11, and to send out a restraint failure signal through the first wireless connection device 130 when detecting that the seat belt assembly 12 is released.
The smart terminal 20 includes: a second wireless connection means 21 and a play manager 22. The second wireless connection means 21 is capable of data transmission with said first wireless connection means 130 via a wireless communication protocol instruction set. In some embodiments, the wireless communication protocol instruction set is a custom wireless communication protocol instruction set, and is deployed in the intelligent detection module 13 and the intelligent terminal 20, respectively. The intelligent terminal 20 can acquire the effective constraint signal, the constraint failure signal and other signals sent by the intelligent detection module 13 based on the wireless communication protocol instruction set.
In some embodiments, the second wireless connection device 21 and the first wireless connection device 130 are both bluetooth devices, and wirelessly communicate using a bluetooth protocol. Accordingly, the first wireless communication connection device 21 may include a bluetooth signal transmitting end, and the second wireless communication connection device 22 may include a bluetooth signal receiving end. In other embodiments, the second wireless connection device 21 and the first wireless connection device 130 may use a Radio Frequency (RFID) chip, or use other wireless transmission protocols for wireless communication, such as WiFi, infrared, zigBee, and so on.
The play manager 22 is configured to play the multimedia data of the smart terminal 20 when receiving a valid constraint signal in the state that the second wireless connection device 21 maintains the wireless connection with the first wireless connection device 130 in the first mode. The play manager 22 is capable of suspending playing of multimedia data and/or playing of alarm information also when the second wireless connection means 21 is disconnected from the first wireless connection means 130 in the first mode. Alternatively, the play manager 22 can pause the play of the multimedia data and/or play of the alarm information in the first mode according to the constraint failure signal received by the second wireless connection device 21.
When the play of the multimedia data and/or the play of the alert information is suspended, the play manager 22 resumes the play of the multimedia data if the wireless connection of the second wireless connection device 21 with the first wireless connection device 130 is resumed and the second wireless connection device 21 receives a valid constraint signal.
The multimedia data played by the play manager 22 may be multimedia data such as audio and video locally stored in the intelligent terminal 20, or may be multimedia data that can be obtained by the intelligent terminal 20 in a cloud end in a downloading manner or a streaming manner. Alert information (also referred to as reminder information) may be played through the play manager 22 or by other modules in the intelligent terminal. The alarm information may be stored locally in the intelligent terminal, or may be obtained by the intelligent terminal 20 in a downloading manner or a streaming manner at the cloud end. The alert information may be a pop-up prompt displayed on a screen, an alert or play of a reminder voice, or a play of a high frequency sound effect, etc.
In the first mode, the play function of the play manager 22 is affected to some extent by the restraint status of the harness assembly of the child safety seat and the wireless connection status between the first wireless connection device and the second wireless connection device. This first mode may also be referred to as an in-vehicle mode.
In the second mode, the play function of the play manager 22 is not affected by the signal from the intelligent detection module, for example, when the user does not need to use the intelligent detection function of the child safety seat, the limitation can be released by switching to the second mode. Whether the safety belt component of the child safety seat is effectively restrained and whether the first wireless connection device and the second wireless connection device are in wireless connection does not limit normal play of the play manager. Accordingly, the second mode may also be referred to as a handheld mode. For example, in the second mode, the play manager 22 does not need to trigger a check whether a wireless connection is established between the second wireless connection device 21 and the first wireless connection device 130.
The play manager 22 performs authentication according to the received authentication information inputted to the intelligent terminal 20 in the second mode, and plays multimedia data of the intelligent terminal 20 without limitation after the authentication is passed. The authentication information may be a password input to the intelligent terminal 20 by the user, or may be in other forms, such as fingerprint, face, etc. For convenience of use, in some embodiments, the default mode after the play manager 22 is turned on is the first mode. That is, when the user activates the play manager 22, the play manager 22 is defaulted to the first mode.
In the above embodiment, the play manager 22 may implement the first mode and the second mode described above, and may implement other modes as needed. Accordingly, a control module, such as a graphic button, a drop-down menu, etc., for implementing mode switching may be provided in the play manager 22.
In some embodiments, the belt assembly 12 includes a belt, a buckle, and the like, the buckle is connected with the belt, and the intelligent detection module 13 is disposed in the buckle. The seat belt assembly 12 may comprise a three-point or five-point seat belt. For example, for a five-point safety belt, the buckle includes a belt buckle. The intelligent detection module 13 can be arranged in the safety belt chest buckle. In other embodiments, the buckle includes a belt buckle and a belt buckle, and the intelligent detection module 13 may be disposed in the belt buckle or the belt buckle, or may be disposed in the belt buckle and the belt buckle, respectively.
The safety belt component enables the safety belt to exert the safety restraint function through the normal buckling of the buckle. The intelligent detection module 13 is configured to send out an effective constraint signal to the second wireless connection device 21 through the first wireless connection device 130 according to the wireless communication protocol instruction set when the buckle is detected to be effectively buckled, and send out a constraint failure signal to the second wireless connection device 21 through the first wireless connection device 130 when the buckle is detected to be loosened.
When the first wireless connection device 130 is connected to a power source (e.g., a battery installed in a buckle), the first wireless connection device 130 is in a dormant state, and when the buckle is buckled, the first wireless connection device 130 can be switched to an operating state, so that the second wireless connection device 21 can establish a wireless connection with the first wireless connection device 130.
The play manager 22 may be installed in the intelligent terminal 20 in the form of an application program, for example, an APP of the play manager 22 is downloaded and installed into the intelligent terminal 20 from a browser or an application store. The play manager 22 may be pre-packaged in the intelligent terminal 20 in software or firmware.
According to the embodiment, whether the safety belt assembly effectively restrains the child passenger sitting on the seat body or not is detected through the intelligent detection module, the state is associated with the signal sent by the first wireless connection device of the child safety seat, when the data transmission based on the wireless communication protocol instruction set is realized between the second wireless connection device of the intelligent terminal and the first wireless connection device, the playing manager can play the multimedia data when receiving the effective restraint signal in the first mode, and when the wireless connection is disconnected, or according to the restraint failure signal received by the second wireless connection device, the playing manager pauses playing the multimedia data and/or playing alarm information.
Like this, when children sit at children's safety seat, only the safety belt subassembly retrains infant and the safety belt subassembly just can play multimedia information such as music or video for children when being in effective restraint, help other riders (for example caregivers) in time to discover the condition that the safety belt is not buckled or is loosened like this, reduce children's passenger's safety risk, realize children's passenger's safety protection effect's control, also can provide interesting multimedia information for children simultaneously, improve children's riding enjoyment, alleviate children's passenger's boring or fidget around emotion effectively.
The intelligent detection control system can automatically stop the playing audio and video programs even if the safety belt buckle is unfastened by the infant, so that the infant can clearly learn to enjoy the entertainment audio and video programs only if the safety belt buckle is unfastened.
The intelligent mobile phone, the tablet personal computer, the automobile data recorder or the Internet of vehicles middle platform system serving as the intelligent terminal can send out alarm information such as voice or high-frequency sound effect and the like according to the normal or abnormal state of the safety constraint detection state of the child safety seat, so that caregivers can clearly know that infants are not correctly restrained, and further safety risks are eliminated timely.
In order for other riders (e.g., caregivers) and children to complete the wireless connection of the intelligent terminal to the child safety seat in time while riding, in some embodiments, the play manager 22 is configured to determine whether the second wireless connection device 21 and the first wireless connection device 130 have established a wireless connection in the first mode, and if not, send a reminder to establish a wireless connection through the play manager 22. Therefore, other passengers (such as caregivers) can be timely reminded to timely check whether the buckle is buckled, and safety risks caused by loosening of the buckle are avoided.
In order to reliably establish the wireless connection of the first wireless connection device 130 and the second wireless connection device 21, in some embodiments, the first wireless connection device 130 is configured to broadcast its own unique identification code in a preset operating state. The second wireless connection device 21 is configured to acquire a list of nearby wireless connection devices and to wirelessly connect with the corresponding first wireless connection device 130 when the unique identification code is acquired.
The second wireless connection device 21 can screen the wireless connection devices in the acquired wireless connection device list through the unique identification code, and screen the wireless connection devices which do not contain the unique identification code, so as to avoid connection with other wireless connection devices. Accordingly, when the first wireless connection device 130 is activated, the second wireless connection device 21 can automatically establish a connection therewith, saving the operation of the user.
When the second wireless connection device 21 cannot acquire the unique identification code, it means that the second wireless connection device 21 cannot search for the first wireless connection device 130 in the active state, and if the first wireless connection device 130 is not in the active state, it is possible that the buckle is not in the normal fastening state, so in some embodiments, the play manager 22 is configured to send, in the first mode, a notification of the abnormal working state of the first wireless connection device 130 through the play manager 22 when the second wireless connection device 21 cannot acquire the unique identification code.
For a seat belt assembly comprising a seat belt and a buckle, in order to more accurately manage the buckle condition of the seat belt assembly, in some embodiments, the intelligent detection module 13 is configured to set a characteristic value that characterizes the buckle's buckle state, and update the characteristic value when the buckle state changes. The intelligent detection module 13 can also periodically send the characteristic value to the play manager 22 through the wireless connection between the first wireless connection device 130 and the second wireless connection device 21.
For example, the intelligent detection module 13 may update the characteristic value from 1 to 0 when detecting the release of the buckle. The intelligent detection module 13 can update the characteristic value from 0 to 1 when detecting that the buckle is effectively buckled.
Accordingly, the play manager 22 is capable of playing multimedia data when the characteristic value is a value indicating that the buckle is effectively buckled or the characteristic value is kept at a value indicating that the buckle is loosened for not more than a first preset duration, and pausing playing the multimedia data and/or playing alarm information when the characteristic value is kept at a value indicating that the buckle is loosened for more than the first preset duration in the first mode.
For example, the play manager 22 plays the multimedia data when the characteristic value is a value (e.g., 1) indicating that the buckle is effectively buckled or when the characteristic value is maintained at a value (e.g., 0) indicating that the buckle is loosened for no more than a first preset period of time (e.g., 45-75 s). And the play manager 22 pauses playing the multimedia data and/or playing the alert message when the characteristic value remains at a value (e.g., 1) indicative of the release of the fastener for a first predetermined period of time (e.g., 45-75 s). The user may effect the turning off of the alert information by switching the playback manager to the second mode.
In some embodiments, the intelligent detection module 13 is configured to switch the first wireless connection device 130 to the sleep state after detecting that the fastener is released for more than a second predetermined period of time (e.g. 60-120 s). When the buckle is normally pulled out, the alarm can be given firstly, but after the waiting time exceeds the second preset time, the action can be judged to belong to the normal pulling-out action, so that the first wireless connection device 130 is switched to the dormant state, and the power saving function of the first wireless connection device 130 is further realized. For the playback manager, prompting the preset alert information may be stopped by switching it to the second mode or switching it off.

Thus, in some embodiments, the play manager 22 is configured to play a preset alert message when the received signal strength of the first wireless connection device 130 is below a preset strength value after the second wireless connection device 21 establishes an active connection with the first wireless connection device 130.
For example, as the smart terminal 20 is brought away from the vehicle, the received wireless signal strength may fade less and less as it gets farther from the child safety seat 10. When a certain distance is reached, the play manager 22 may play the alert information in time, thereby prompting the occupant carrying the intelligent terminal 20 that the child occupant is forgotten within the vehicle.
The wireless signal strength can be related to the anti-lost distance, and a holder of the intelligent terminal can set the anti-lost distance according to the requirement. In some embodiments, the play manager 22 is configured to receive a setting instruction for setting the anti-lost distance parameter, and set the preset strength value according to the signal strength corresponding to the anti-lost distance parameter. For example, the anti-lost distance parameter is set to 5, 10 or 15 meters, etc.
In order to protect the eyes of the child occupant during viewing of the play content of the play manager 22, in some embodiments, the play manager 22 may play the preset alert information when the duration of playing the multimedia data exceeds a third preset duration in the first mode. The preset alarm information can be voice information for prompting eyes to rest or prompting overlong watching time, or high-frequency alarm sound and the like. The third preset duration may be automatically configured when the play manager is installed, and in some embodiments, may also be set by the holder of the intelligent terminal, so as to improve the flexibility of use. Accordingly, in some embodiments, the play manager 22 may be configured to receive a setting instruction for setting a play duration parameter, and set the third preset duration according to the play duration parameter. For example, the time is set to 1800s or 3600s according to the situation, so that the caretaker can intervene in time when the child occupant views the content such as the video for a long time, thereby avoiding the eye strain of the child occupant.
In addition, to facilitate a caretaker of the vehicle to know at any time whether the seat belt assembly is well constrained, the wireless connection status of bluetooth, etc., in some embodiments, the play manager is configured to display the constraint status of the seat belt assembly, the wireless connection status of the second wireless connection device with the first wireless connection device, and/or the device name of the wireless connection currently established with the second wireless connection device.
