According to the embodiment of this application, when antiseized layer is plastics net check cloth, at first, can solve the tradition and spread the antiseized layer of waterproofing membrane in advance and fall the problem of sand, can prevent simultaneously to glue the emergence of foot phenomenon under the high temperature condition, guarantee the efficiency of building site summer construction. Secondly, concrete can be directly poured on the self-adhesive layer through the grids, so that the bonding effect of the pre-paved waterproof roll is enhanced, and the external force peeling resistance of the waterproof roll is improved; in addition, the anti-sticking layer can control the extension of the crack of the base concrete to the self-sticking layer, thereby improving the crack resistance of the concrete and further preventing the water channeling phenomenon.
In some embodiments, the self-adhesive glue layer comprises: 100 parts of nano silicon dioxide modified styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber, 100-200 parts of plasticizer, 100-300 parts of tackifying resin compound, 5-10 parts of antioxidant and 5-10 parts of light stabilizer.
According to the embodiment of the application, in order to prevent the self-adhesive layer of the pre-paved waterproof roll from being irradiated by external ultraviolet light to cause the aging of the hot melt adhesive, the self-adhesive layer of the pre-paved waterproof roll in the embodiment of the application uses the nano silicon dioxide modified styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber. The synthetic rubber is prepared by grafting nano silicon dioxide on a carbon-carbon double bond in styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber, and the main functions of the synthetic rubber comprise the following two aspects: (1) Carbon-carbon double bonds in the styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber are easy to participate in aging crosslinking and aging cracking reaction under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, so that the ultraviolet aging resistance of the hot melt adhesive can be effectively enhanced by reducing the number of the carbon-carbon double bonds. (2) The ultraviolet reflectivity of the grafted nano silicon dioxide group within 490nm of wavelength is up to 70%, the ultraviolet can be effectively reflected, the contact between other groups easy to age in the self-adhesive glue layer and ultraviolet is reduced, the ultraviolet aging resistance of the self-adhesive glue layer is further improved, the bonding effect of the pre-paved waterproof roll and concrete is enhanced, and the water channeling phenomenon is prevented.

Test section
The pre-laid waterproofing membranes of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the relevant performance tests with reference to the standard GB/T23457-2017, and the test results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in table 1 below.
As can be seen from the following test results, the peel strength between the pre-laid waterproofing membrane and the post-cast concrete of examples 1 to 5 was high after no treatment, 28 days after soaking in water, and after ultraviolet aging treatment, and the peel strength of the pre-laid waterproofing membrane was increased with the increase of the area of the plastic mesh, and no footing was generated even at a high temperature of 60 ℃. In addition, when the proportion of the grafted nano silica contained in the self-adhesive is too low, the ultraviolet resistance enhancing effect is low (example 3) compared with example 4; when the proportion of the grafted nano-silica is too high, the peel strength of the pre-paved waterproofing membrane is obviously reduced (example 5). From the results of comparative examples 1 and 2, it is understood that the anti-sticking layer is a pre-laid waterproof roll made of mullite sand and reaction sand, and has low anti-peeling ability and a foot sticking phenomenon. As shown in comparative example 3, when the self-adhesive layer comprises styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber, the UV aging resistant glass strength of the self-adhesive layer is only 1.2N/mm, which is much lower than that of the pre-laid waterproof roll material in example 4, and thus the self-adhesive layer comprising nano-silica modified styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber has good UV aging resistance.
TABLE 1 test results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3
Note: the peel strength in the table is the peel strength of the coil and post-cast concrete.
In conclusion, when the anti-sticking layer of the pre-paved waterproof roll is the plastic mesh cloth and the self-sticking layer is the nano silicon dioxide modified styrene-isoprene-styrene synthetic rubber system hot melt adhesive, the problem of sand falling can be solved, and the adhesive has excellent foot sticking resistance and ensures the construction efficiency; meanwhile, the adhesive has good adhesion with concrete and external force stripping resistance, and can prevent the water channeling phenomenon. In addition, the pre-paved waterproof coiled material has excellent ultraviolet aging resistance, and can effectively prevent the phenomenon of shedding of the coiled material caused by outdoor solarization.
