Abstract
本发明提供一种通信方法及装置,方法包括:第一网络设备向第二网络设备发送切换请求,切换请求用于将服务终端设备的目标网络设备从第一网络设备切换为第二网络设备,切换请求中包含终端设备和第二网络设备的TA,或者,包含终端设备的位置信息和终端设备的运动轨迹用来确定终端设备和第二网络设备的TA。通过该方式,由于切换后的第二网络设备确定了终端设备和第二网络设备的定时提前TA,从而可以避免网络设备指示的上行传输时间位于下行接收时间之后,保证了上行资源配置的可用性。
