Technical Field
The invention relates to a polyester production device, in particular to a disassembly-free cleaning multi-basket filter for polyester production and a cleaning method.
Background
Ethylene Glycol (EG) is used as a main raw material for polyester production, and the ethylene glycol in the production process is completely recycled, so that the raw material consumption is reduced. In the production device adopting the three-kettle process technology, excessive EG needs to be injected into the pre-condensation kettle, the EG is vaporized in the reaction kettle, and bubbles are formed under the vacuum condition, so that the heat transfer and the reaction are enhanced. The EG generated by the reaction and the injected excess EG enter a spray condenser to be condensed and recovered.
EG produced by the pre-polycondensation reaction is entrained with a large amount of granular oligomer impurities, and the oligomer particles are usually removed by a filter with 20 meshes of filtering precision (the particle size of the corresponding impurities is 0.8 mm). Typically, one and one 2 filters are provided. The filter is usually in a vertical straight-through positive filtration type or a multi-basket type, the diameter of the filter is more than or equal to 800mm, and about 10 filter baskets are arranged.
The filter basket of the filter is typically periodically switched and cleaned off-line at filter run time. The upper sealing head, the connecting flange and the fastening bolts are required to be disassembled for cleaning the filter basket, the filter basket is cleaned one by one, and the filter basket, the upper sealing head and the connecting flange are assembled again after the filter basket is cleaned. The upper seal head and the connecting flange are heavy, and the disassembly and assembly operations are inconvenient. The upper end socket and the connecting flange fastening bolts are large in diameter and large in number, the disassembly and assembly are time-consuming and labor-consuming, the efficiency is low, the fastening bolts are bitten or inverted teeth after being disassembled and assembled for several times, and the sealing gasket is invalid after being disassembled and assembled for several times, so that leakage risks exist. Moreover, after the filter basket is blocked, the weight is increased, and the filter basket is difficult to disassemble, especially the filter basket near the center is more difficult to disassemble. Each time the assembly and disassembly is carried out, glycol (EG) leaks into water, so that not only is the consumption of raw materials increased, but also a large amount of wastewater is generated. Every time cleaning has deformation damage to the filter basket, repair workload and loss of the filter basket are increased, one-time disassembly and assembly is long, the time is generally longer than 2 hours, and the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the disassembly-free cleaning multi-basket filter for polyester production and the cleaning method, the disassembly-free cleaning of the multi-basket filter is realized, the workload is reduced, the damage to a fastener, a gasket and a flange caused by improper disassembly and assembly is reduced, the generation of waste water is reduced in the cleaning process, the cleaning efficiency is improved, the cleaning time is shortened, and the loss to a filter basket is reduced.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme is that the disassembly-free cleaning multi-basket filter for polyester production comprises a mounting barrel and a plurality of filter baskets mounted in the mounting barrel, wherein a supporting partition plate is mounted at the lower part in the mounting barrel, the interior of the mounting barrel is divided into a liquid inlet cavity and a liquid outlet cavity by the supporting partition plate, the filter baskets are mounted on the supporting partition plate, liquid inlets are formed in the lower ends of the filter baskets, the liquid inlets are communicated with the liquid inlet cavity, a plurality of flushing nozzles which are arranged towards the filter baskets are mounted in the liquid inlet cavity, the mounting barrel is connected with a flushing pipe, the flushing nozzles are connected with the flushing pipe, an EG inlet and an EG discharging port which are communicated with the liquid inlet cavity are formed in the mounting barrel, and an EG outlet, a compressed air inlet and a discharging port which are communicated with the liquid outlet cavity are formed in the mounting barrel.
When the multi-basket filter works, EG liquid enters the liquid inlet cavity through the EG inlet, enters the filter basket from the liquid inlet of the filter basket, enters the liquid outlet cavity after being filtered by the filter basket, and is finally discharged from the EG outlet. When the multi-basket filter is blocked, a cleaning program is started to clean the filter, and the cleaning method comprises the following steps of S1, closing an EG inlet, closing an EG outlet at the moment, closing an emptying port and an EG discharging port, S2, opening a compressed air inlet to pressurize EG in a mounting cylinder, S3, opening the EG discharging port, reducing the driving force generated by the volume expansion by using the compressed air pressure, back flushing a filter basket, S4, closing the compressed air inlet and the EG discharging port after EG is discharged, S5, starting an EG flushing pump, inputting EG flushing liquid into the flushing pipe by the EG flushing pump, S6, closing the EG flushing pump when EG is discharged from the emptying port, S7, repeating the steps of S1 to S6, S8, opening the EG flushing pump after cleaning, filling liquid into the mounting cylinder until EG is discharged from the emptying port, and closing the EG flushing pump.
The filter basket is flushed by high-pressure air and EG, after the high-pressure air is introduced into the mounting cylinder, the EG reversely impacts the filter basket to clean the filter basket, and then the high-pressure air impacts the filter basket to clean the filter basket to finish the reverse cleaning. EG flushing fluid is impacted on the filter basket to carry out forward cleaning. Through the forward cleaning and the reverse cleaning for a plurality of times, the cleaning effect is good. The EG cleaning liquid is directly used for cleaning instead of the traditional water flow cleaning, so that the sewage is avoided, and the EG cleaning liquid can be recycled. The whole cleaning process does not need to take out the filter basket for cleaning after the installation cylinder is opened, and the cleaning operation is convenient.
The multi-basket filter realizes disassembly-free cleaning, reduces workload, reduces damage to the fastening piece, the gasket and the flange caused by improper disassembly and assembly, reduces the generation of waste water in the cleaning process, improves the cleaning efficiency, shortens the cleaning time and reduces the loss of the filter basket.
Preferably, the flushing nozzle is a spiral nozzle. The spiral nozzle has wide spray range, large impact force and good flushing effect on the filter basket.
Preferably, a short connecting pipe is arranged between the flushing nozzle and the flushing pipe, and a pipe hoop is connected between the short connecting pipe and the flushing nozzle. The flushing nozzle is convenient and reliable to install.
Preferably, a three-way joint is arranged at the lower part of the mounting cylinder, one end of the three-way joint is connected with the mounting cylinder, and the other two ends are respectively used as an EG inlet and an EG exhaust outlet. The tee joint facilitates the arrangement of the EG inlet and the EG exhaust.
Preferably, the support partition plate is provided with a plurality of through holes in one-to-one correspondence with the filter basket, the liquid inlet is communicated with the through holes in a correspondence manner, the edges of the through holes on the support partition plate are provided with fixing lugs, clamping grooves are formed between the fixing lugs and the support partition plate, the lower end of the filter basket is connected with a positioning ring, and the edges of the positioning ring are clamped in the clamping grooves. When the filter basket is installed, the positioning ring is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the connection is reliable, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
Preferably, the upper end of the filter basket is connected with a handle. The handle is convenient for the disassembly and assembly movement of the filter basket.
Preferably, a plurality of flushing pipes are arranged, each flushing pipe is connected with an extension pipe, the extension pipes extend to the outside of the installation cylinder, a plurality of support rods are arranged at the bottom of the installation cylinder, and the flushing pipes are fixedly connected to the support rods.
The flushing pressure is ensured by arranging a plurality of flushing pipes, so that the flushing effect on the filter basket is ensured.
Preferably, the mounting cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a bottom seal head and a top seal head, wherein the bottom seal head is welded at the bottom of the cylinder body, an upper flange is arranged at the lower end of the top seal head, a lower flange is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body, and the upper flange is tightly connected with the lower flange. The installation barrel is reliable in connection and assembly formula and good in connection reliability.
Preferably, the filter basket is internally provided with a movable rod and a plurality of cleaning rings which are arranged at intervals up and down, the cleaning rings are connected with the movable rod, a piston cylinder is correspondingly arranged in the mounting cylinder and the compressed air inlet, one end of the piston cylinder is communicated with the compressed air inlet, a piston is arranged in the piston cylinder, a piston rod is connected to the piston, a positioning spring is arranged between the piston and the piston cylinder, the movable rod is connected with the piston rod, and an air outlet hole is arranged on the side wall of the piston cylinder.
When the compressed air inlet is opened to pressurize EG in the installation cylinder, the high-pressure air flow pushes the piston to move, and then the piston rod pushes the moving rod to move downwards, and the cleaning ring connected with the moving rod cleans residues on the inner wall of the filter basket. When the compressed air inlet is closed, the piston is pushed under the action of the positioning spring, so that the cleaning ring returns, and residues are scraped and cleaned on the inner wall of the filter basket. Through this kind of structure setting, improved the cleaning performance to the filter basket greatly.
A method for cleaning a filter for realizing the cleaning of a multi-basket filter for disassembly-free cleaning in polyester production, comprising the following steps:
s1, closing an EG inlet, and then closing an EG outlet, wherein at the moment, a vent and an EG exhaust port are closed;
s2, opening a compressed air inlet to pressurize EG inside the mounting cylinder;
s3, opening an EG exhaust port, reducing the driving force generated by volume expansion by using the pressure of compressed air, and back flushing the filter basket;
s4, after EG is exhausted, closing the compressed air inlet and the EG exhaust port;
s5, starting an EG flushing pump, and inputting EG flushing fluid into the flushing pipe by the EG flushing pump;
S6, when EG exits from the vent, closing the EG flushing pump;
s7, repeating S1 to S6;
and S8, after the cleaning is finished, opening the EG flushing pump, filling liquid into the mounting cylinder until EG is discharged from the air discharge port, and closing the EG flushing pump.

Compared with the prior art, the multi-basket filter has the advantages that (1) the multi-basket filter realizes disassembly-free cleaning, reduces workload, reduces damage to fasteners, gaskets and flanges caused by improper disassembly and assembly, reduces waste water in the cleaning process, improves cleaning efficiency, shortens cleaning time and reduces loss of a filter basket, and (2) the multi-basket filter has good cleaning effect through multiple forward cleaning and reverse cleaning.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings:
Embodiment 1A polyester production is with many basket filters of dismantling washing (see fig. 1 to 4) includes a mounting cylinder 1, installs a plurality of filter baskets 2 in the mounting cylinder, and the mounting cylinder is cylindric structure, and a plurality of stabilizer blades 3 are connected to the mounting cylinder lower part, and the stabilizer blade supports the mounting cylinder. The lower part in the installation cylinder is provided with a supporting baffle plate 4, the inside of the installation cylinder is divided into a liquid inlet cavity 5 and a liquid outlet cavity 6 by the supporting baffle plate, the filter basket is arranged on the supporting baffle plate, the lower end of the filter basket is provided with a liquid inlet 7, the liquid inlet is communicated with the liquid inlet cavity, the liquid inlet cavity is internally provided with a plurality of flushing nozzles 8 which are arranged towards the filter basket, each filter basket is correspondingly provided with a flushing nozzle, the installation cylinder is connected with a flushing pipe 9, the flushing nozzles are connected with the flushing pipe, the installation cylinder is provided with an EG inlet 10 and an EG discharging outlet 11 which are communicated with the liquid inlet cavity, and the installation cylinder is provided with an EG outlet 12, a compressed air inlet 13 and a discharging outlet 14 which are communicated with the liquid outlet cavity. The EG inlet, the EG exhaust outlet, the EG outlet, the compressed air inlet and the vent are all connected with valves. The lower part of the installation cylinder is provided with a three-way joint 15, one end of the three-way joint is connected with the installation cylinder, and the other two ends are respectively used as an EG inlet and an EG exhaust outlet. The tee joint is an equal-diameter tee. The EG inlet and the EG exhaust port are led out through the three-way connector, so that the liquid inlet pipe does not occupy the internal space of the filter any more, the filter volume with the same filtering area is smaller, the investment is lower, and the installation height can be reduced.
The flushing nozzle is a spiral nozzle. The jet angle of the spiral nozzle is 60 degrees. The spiral nozzle is positioned at the center of the section of the liquid inlet of the filter basket, so that each filter basket corresponds to one spiral nozzle, the top of the spiral nozzle is flush with the section of the inlet of the filter basket, and the filter basket is positively flushed in all directions without dead angles.
A short pipe 16 is connected between the flushing nozzle and the flushing pipe, and a pipe hoop 17 is connected between the short pipe and the flushing nozzle. The flushing pipe is laid a plurality of, and every flushing pipe all connects extension pipe 18, and the extension pipe extends to the installation section of thick bamboo outside, and installation section of thick bamboo bottom installs a plurality of bracing pieces 19, and the flushing pipe fastening connection is on the bracing piece. Two circles of filter baskets are distributed in the mounting cylinder, a plurality of flushing pipes are uniformly distributed in each circle, three flushing pipes are arranged, two flushing pipes are arc-shaped, and an annular flushing pipe is arranged between the two arc flushing pipes.
The support baffle is provided with a plurality of through holes 20 corresponding to the filter basket one by one, the liquid inlet is correspondingly communicated with the through holes, the edge of the through holes on the support baffle is provided with a fixed lug 21, the fixed lug is of an inverted L-shaped structure, a clamping groove 22 is formed between the fixed lug and the support baffle, the lower end of the filter basket is connected with a positioning ring 23, and the edge of the positioning ring is clamped in the clamping groove. The edge of the positioning ring is provided with an avoidance gap 24 for avoiding the fixed lug, and the positioning ring is connected with a positioning pin 25. After the avoidance notch on the positioning ring is aligned with the fixed lug and inserted downwards, the filter basket is rotated by a certain angle, so that the positioning pin is propped against the side edge of the fixed lug, and the connection and installation of the filter basket and the supporting partition plate are completed. The filter basket is vertically installed, the upper end of the filter basket is connected with a handle 26, and a plurality of filter holes are densely distributed on the side wall of the filter basket.
The installation section of thick bamboo includes barrel 27, bottom head 28, top head 29, and the bottom head welds in the barrel bottom, and top head lower extreme is equipped with flange 30, and the barrel upper end is equipped with flange 31 down, upper flange and flange zonulae occludens down. The tee joint is connected to the bottom sealing head, the compressed air inlet and the vent are arranged on the top sealing head, and the EG outlet is arranged on the cylinder body.
A method for cleaning a filter for realizing the cleaning of a multi-basket filter for disassembly-free cleaning in polyester production, comprising the following steps:
s1, closing an EG inlet, and then closing an EG outlet, wherein at the moment, a vent and an EG exhaust port are closed;
s2, opening a compressed air inlet to pressurize EG inside the mounting cylinder;
s3, opening an EG exhaust port, reducing the driving force generated by volume expansion by using the pressure of compressed air, and back flushing the filter basket;
s4, after EG is exhausted, closing the compressed air inlet and the EG exhaust port;
s5, starting an EG flushing pump, and inputting EG flushing fluid into the flushing pipe by the EG flushing pump;
S6, when EG exits from the vent, closing the EG flushing pump;
s7, repeating S1 to S6;
and S8, after the cleaning is finished, opening the EG flushing pump, filling liquid into the mounting cylinder until EG is discharged from the air discharge port, and closing the EG flushing pump.

Embodiment 2A polyester production is with dismantling many basket filters of washing (see fig. 5, fig. 6), its structure is similar to embodiment 1, the main difference lies in installing movable rod 32 and a plurality of clearance ring 33 that set up from top to bottom in this embodiment in the filter basket, clearance ring all is connected with the movable rod, install in the section of thick bamboo and compressed air import and correspond and be equipped with piston tube 34, piston tube one end communicates with compressed air import, install piston 35 in the piston tube, connect piston rod 36 on the piston, install positioning spring 37 between piston and the piston tube, the movable rod all is connected with the piston rod, be equipped with venthole 38 on the piston tube lateral wall. The lifting frame 39 is connected to the piston rod lower extreme, and the carriage release lever upper end is all connected on the lifting frame, and piston cylinder top position is equipped with the step face, and the piston seals the butt on the step face, and the venthole setting is in piston cylinder lower part position. The lower end of the piston cylinder is connected with an end cover 40, the piston rod extends downwards out of the end cover, and the positioning spring is abutted between the end cover and the piston. The outer wall of the cleaning ring is matched with the inner wall of the filter basket, and the cleaning ring is connected with the movable rod through a connecting rib. Other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1.
And S2, when the compressed air inlet is opened to pressurize the interior EG of the mounting cylinder, the high-pressure air flow pushes the piston to move, and then the piston rod pushes the moving rod to move downwards, and the cleaning ring connected with the moving rod cleans residues on the inner wall of the filter basket. When the compressed air inlet is closed, the piston is pushed under the action of the positioning spring, so that the cleaning ring returns, and residues are scraped and cleaned on the inner wall of the filter basket. In this way, the cleaning effect on the filter basket is greatly improved.
