桥面混凝土浇筑一般采用天泵浇筑,严格控制好混凝土和易性和塌落度,通过操控天泵大臂移动,来保证混凝土的摊铺,保证混凝土摊铺均匀,摊铺布料高度控制在比辊轴略高于1~2cm,人工采用铁锹、铁耙配合在辊轴前边角处摊铺找平,机械摊铺之前先用插式振捣器进行大面振捣密实,将摊铺较高的混凝土回落、密实,然后开始启动摊铺机运行,再用摊铺机进行振捣和整平,每一个摊铺面长度控制在为5m左右,每一个摊铺面前后反复振捣摊铺碾压3~5遍,直至铺装层面密实平整为止,摊铺机轨道外侧边缘带与防撞墙之间由插入式振捣器配合振捣,直至混凝土不在下沉,不出现气泡,表面呈现浮浆为止,防撞墙底部与摊铺顶面交界处人工用抹子抹平。混凝土浇筑完成2~3h左右,待混凝土强度初步形成之前,开始采用配套的驾驶式磨光机进行抹面,磨面时一定掌握好时机,太早或者太晚,都会直接影响抹面效果,一般1台摊铺机配置2台驾驶抹光机,抹光机反复揉搓3~5遍,直到铺装面层达到一定平整度和密实度。施工缝处根据铺装层厚度挂线安装堵头模板,同时进行凿毛处理,清理浮浆;The bridge deck concrete is generally poured with a sky pump, and the workability and slump of the concrete are strictly controlled.
