Compared with the traditional manufacturing method, the manufacturing method has the advantages that round steel is selected as a raw material, the bending tool is used for bending, the flash welding process is adopted for forming, the steps of forging, trimming, sanding and the like are omitted, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the raw material is greatly saved, the production efficiency is improved, the cost is saved, the metal streamline is more in line with the use condition, the comprehensive performance meets the relevant requirements of a classification society, and the manufacturing method is more suitable for mass production.

Background
The triangular ring is used for connecting chain links in a ship system or a mooring platform and has the technical characteristics of high strength, high toughness and the like.
