Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic wiper control system for a vehicle, and more particularly to an electronic wiper control system for use on a vehicle including, but not limited to, vehicles having a body area controller while employing an electronic motor as a vehicle wiper actuator.
Background
A vehicle wiper control system generally includes a wiper gear control command transmitting unit (e.g., a combination switch), a wiper action control unit (e.g., a wiper controller), and a wiper action actuator (e.g., including a wiper motor, a link, a wiper arm, a wiper blade, etc.). The windscreen wiper gear command is sent by the combination switch, and the windscreen wiper controller controls the action of the internal relay and switches the on-off state of the circuit after receiving the gear command of the combination switch, so that multiple functions of the windscreen wiper are realized.
The existing mode of adopting a mechanical motor as a wiper actuator stays at a position above an engine hood when a wiper does not work, so that the attractiveness of a vehicle is influenced, wind noise of the vehicle during high-speed running is increased, and meanwhile, the existing technical method of using the mechanical motor as a wiper executing mechanism enables a wiper connecting rod to achieve the effect of circular motion through continuous rotation of the mechanical motor, so that the problems of abnormal sound, high noise and the like exist. In addition, the mechanical motor is used as an actuating mechanism, so that the wiper blade always uses the same side for wiping, the deformation of the wiper blade is increased, and the service life of the wiper strip is shortened.

The execution module is connected with the control module and is used for executing the operation of the electronic windshield wiper; and feeding back the running state to the coordination module, wherein the running state comprises a scraping arm maintenance state, a scraping arm parking position and a wiper fault state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wiper control request includes: stopping, automatic, continuous slow speed, continuous fast speed and one-time scraping and brushing; the scrub speed request comprises: high speed, low speed and no request; the wiper repair request includes: request, no request; the wiper sensitivity includes: low sensitivity and high sensitivity. Further, the high speed and the low speed can be subdivided into: highest speed, higher speed, lower speed, and lowest speed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the status feedback in the execution module: the scraping arm maintenance position state comprises: a maintenance position and a non-maintenance position; the scraping arm parking position state comprises: parking position, non-parking position; the wiper fault state comprises fault and no fault.

The state of the scraping arm maintenance position comprises the following steps: "maintenance location", "non-maintenance location"; the scraping arm parking position state comprises: "parking position", "non-parking position"; the wiper fault state comprises: "failure", "no failure".
As shown in fig. 4, the functions implemented by the state feedback module are as follows, and the state feedback module should feed back the following states to the body area controller in real time, including:
(1) when the windscreen wiper is in the maintenance position, the 'state of the wiper arm maintenance position' is fed back to be the 'maintenance position'; otherwise, it is a "non-maintenance location".
(2) When the windscreen wiper is in a parking position, feeding back that the state of the parking position of the wiper arm is 'parking position'; otherwise, it is "non-parking position".
(3) When the windscreen wiper is in a fault state, feeding back that the windscreen wiper fault state is 'fault'; otherwise, it is "no fault".
The working states of the electronic wiper under different environments are illustrated by the following specific embodiments, which mainly relate to a control state, a stop state, a change state and a maintenance state.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, when the power state is ON and the wiper arm maintenance state is a non-maintenance position, the control module determines the wiper control request, and the execution module controls the wiper to wipe according to the received wiper control request.
(1) The 'wiper control' request is 'stop', the wiper is controlled to complete the current wiping period, and then the wiper returns to the stop position;
(2) the 'wiper control' request is 'automatic', and the wiper is controlled to scrape and brush according to the 'scraping and brushing speed';
(3) the 'wiper control' request is 'continuous slow speed', and the wiper is controlled to continuously wipe at low speed;
(4) the 'wiper control' request is 'continuous and quick', and the wiper is controlled to continuously wipe at a high speed;
(5) the 'wiper control' request is 'one-time wiping', and the wiper is controlled to continuously wipe at a low speed for at least one period until the wiper control request is not 'one-time wiping'.
Furthermore, after the wiper control request is changed, the execution module executes a new wiper control request to perform wiping.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 6, when the power state is ON, the wiper arm maintenance state is a non-maintenance position, the wiper control request is automatic, and the execution module controls the wiper to wipe according to the received wiper speed request.
(1) The wiping speed request is 'no request', and the wiper is controlled not to be wiped;
(2) the 'wiping speed' request is 'lowest speed', and the wiper is controlled to wipe at a 'continuous slow speed' frequency;
(3) the 'wiping speed' request is 'low speed', and the wiper is controlled to wipe at a frequency higher than 'continuous low speed';
(4) the 'wiping speed' request is 'higher speed', and the wiper is controlled to wipe at a frequency lower than 'continuous and rapid';
(5) the 'wiping speed' request is 'highest speed', and the wiper is controlled to wipe at 'continuous and rapid' frequency.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, when the power state is ON, the wiper arm maintenance state is a non-maintenance position, the rain sensor fault is a fault, the wiper control request is automatic, and the execution module controls the wiper to wipe according to the received wiper sensitivity request.
Controlling the wiper to intermittently wipe according to the received 'wiper sensitivity':
(1) if the "wiper sensitivity" received at this time is: the high sensitivity is realized, and the periodic time of the wiper for wiping is controlled to be a short time threshold (reference value: 2 s);
(2) if the "wiper sensitivity" received at this time is: "Low sensitivity", the period time of wiping by the wiper should be controlled to be a long time threshold (reference value: 6 s).
In one embodiment of the present invention, the stop state: when the wiper is in wiping motion, the power state is changed from ON to OFF, the execution module controls the wiper to wipe according to the current wiper control request in the period, and the parking position of the wiping arm is a parking position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the maintenance state: the wiper arm parking position is a parking position, the wiper maintenance request is a request, and the execution module controls the wiper arm maintenance state to a maintenance position.
Furthermore, the execution module controls the wiper arm to be in a non-maintenance position and quit the wiper maintenance mode when all the following conditions are met:
(1) the power state feedback is 'ON';
(2) the wiper maintenance request is a no request.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above, reordering, adding or deleting steps, may be used. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel or sequentially or in different orders, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present application can be achieved.

the control module is connected with the coordination module and used for determining control requests, wherein the control requests comprise windshield wiper control, wiping speed, windshield wiper maintenance and windshield wiper sensitivity requests;
and the execution module is connected with the control module and used for executing the operation of the electronic windshield wiper and feeding back the operation state to the coordination module, wherein the operation state comprises a wiper arm maintenance state, a wiper arm parking position and a wiper fault state.
