The ready-to-eat tremella aurantialba products prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3, which were kept fresh and tonic, were numbered in groups as 1, 2 and 3, respectively, and evaluated as follows:

the instant tremella aurantialba products obtained in examples 1, 2 and 3 are paste, jelly and liquid respectively, the tremella aurantialba is bright yellow, the tremella fuciformis is semitransparent, the whole tremella aurantialba product is good in brightness and elastic, the tremella aurantialba product is smooth and slightly sweet when being eaten, the level of the whole taste is enriched, the nutrition is rich, and harmful additives are not contained. The whole operation mode is simple in steps and strong in operability, and the produced product is good in appearance quality, unique in flavor, good in taste, convenient to eat and good in health-care function.

Claims (10)

1. The tonic and fresh-keeping tremella aurantialba ready-to-eat product is characterized by comprising the following main materials in parts by weight: 1-40 parts of tremella aurantialba, 1-40 parts of tremella fuciformis, 1-15 parts of red dates, 0.5-1 part of medlar and 10-280 parts of water.
2. The ready-to-eat tremella aurantialba with tonic and freshness-keeping effects according to claim 1, wherein: the main material also comprises 0.1-6 parts of cubilose by weight.

The ready-to-eat tremella aurantialba with tonic and freshness-keeping effects according to claim 1, wherein: the beverage also comprises ingredients, wherein the ingredients comprise one or more of ginseng, polygonatum odoratum, almond, lily, lotus seed, malt, coix seed, papaya, longan, momordica grosvenori, mint, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, sweet osmanthus, rose, dried jasmine, raisin, oat, red bean, quinoa, chia seed, konjak and diced fruit, and the dosage of each component in the ingredients is 0-1 part.

A ready-to-eat tremella aurantialba product with tonic and freshness-retaining properties according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the health-care food also comprises auxiliary materials, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise one or more of honey, donkey-hide gelatin, inulin, collagen, fish collagen polypeptide, gelatine powder, aloe vera gel, agar, fruit and vegetable powder, dietary fiber powder, modified milk and coconut milk.

The ready-to-eat tremella aurantialba with tonic and freshness-keeping effects according to claim 4, wherein: the dosage of the collagen, the fish collagen polypeptide, the gelatine powder, the aloe vera gel and the agar is 0-0.05 part, and the dosage of the honey, the donkey-hide gelatin, the inulin, the fruit and vegetable powder, the dietary fiber powder, the blend milk and the coconut milk is 0-0.5 part.
6. The preparation method of the golden fungus instant product with nourishing and fresh keeping functions is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) raw material treatment: respectively selecting golden fungus, tremella fuciformis, medlar and red dates which are uniform in quality, cleaning the medlar and the red dates, draining for later use, cleaning the surfaces of the golden fungus and the tremella fuciformis, cutting into blocks, and enabling the maximum size of the cut golden fungus and tremella fuciformis to be not more than 40 mm;
2) preparing a concentrated solution: adding the cleaned red dates, the cleaned medlar and water into a boiler according to the ratio of 1:10, soaking for 10-20 min, decocting and concentrating at the temperature of 90-95 ℃ for 20-30 min, and filtering through a filter screen of 80-120 meshes to obtain a concentrated solution;
3) preparing filling liquid: uniformly mixing the water-soluble components in the auxiliary materials with water to obtain a filling liquid;
4) filling: uniformly mixing the concentrated solution and the filling solution according to the ratio of 1:10, adding tremella aurantialba and tremella into a sterile container, and filling the mixed solution of the concentrated solution and the filling solution into the container by filling equipment to obtain a primary product;
5) and (3) cooking: putting the primary product into cooking equipment, and cooking for 40-60 min at the temperature of 90-95 ℃;
6) packaging: after cooking, the container is covered and sealed by a cover screwing device to obtain the golden fungus instant product;
7) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing the packaged golden fungus instant product for 5-50 min at the high temperature of 110-131 ℃ by using sterilizing equipment, and cooling to room temperature.

The method for preparing tremella aurantialba ready-to-eat products with tonic and fresh-keeping effects according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the step 1) further comprises the steps of soaking the dry bird's nest in purified water for 2-3 hours, wherein the weight ratio of the bird's nest before and after soaking is 1: 8-10, removing impurities and hair, and soaking and cleaning for later use.
8. The method for preparing tremella aurantialba ready-to-eat products with tonic and freshness keeping effects according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and step 4) adding the cubilose, the tremella and the tremella into the container.
