Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a height-adjustable variable multi-channel conveying system which can realize automatic conveying of cargoes on conveying lines with different heights.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a height-adjustable variable multi-channel conveying system comprises a rotating device, a conveying device, a goods placing conveyor belt and a goods taking conveyor belt;
the rotating device comprises a driving assembly and a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is arranged in the vertical direction, the driving assembly is used for controlling the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft is connected with the transmission device through a connecting rod which is horizontally arranged, so that the transmission device moves around the rotating shaft;
the conveying device is provided with a lifting assembly, a storage table and wheels, wherein the storage table is used for placing goods and is arranged at the top of the conveying device, the lifting assembly is arranged in the vertical direction, and the lifting assembly is used for adjusting the height of the storage table; the wheels are arranged at the bottom of the transmission device;
the goods placing conveyor belt and the goods taking conveyor belt are arranged on the outer side of the moving path of the conveying device, and can be movably connected with the storage table; the goods placing conveyor belt is used for sending goods to the storage table, and the goods taking conveyor belt is used for sending goods sent out from the storage table.
Preferably, the lifting assembly comprises a first motor, a shaft coupling, a threaded rod, a lifting platform and a semicircular lug;
the lifting platform is arranged in the outer wall of the transmission device, the threaded rod is arranged in the lifting platform, and the threaded rod and the lifting platform are arranged in the vertical direction; the first motor is connected with one end of a threaded rod through a coupler, and the threaded rod is arranged above the first motor and the coupler; the outer wall of the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the lifting platform;
the top of lift platform is located to the semicircle lug, the semicircle lug is located the top of threaded rod, the upper surface of semicircle lug is connected with depositing the platform.
Preferably, the storage table is located above the semicircular convex blocks, and a groove matched with the semicircular convex blocks in shape is formed in the bottom of the storage table, so that the storage table is in clamping fit with the semicircular convex blocks; four springs are arranged at the bottom of the storage table along the vertical direction, a connecting plate is arranged at the middle part of the semicircular convex block along the horizontal plane, one end of each of the four springs is connected with the bottom surface of the storage table, and the other end of each of the four springs is connected with the upper surface of the connecting plate; four baffles are arranged at the edge of the storage table, the baffles extend upwards, and handles are arranged on the outer sides of the baffles; and clamping pieces are arranged on one sides of the goods placing conveyor belt and the goods taking conveyor belt, which are close to the rotating device, and the handles are matched with the clamping pieces for use.
Preferably, the clamping piece of the goods placing conveyor belt is provided with a triangular bulge, the inclined plane of the triangular bulge faces towards the rotating device, the vertical surface of the triangular bulge faces away from the rotating device, the triangular bulge is used for clamping the handle when goods are placed, and the inner side of the handle is opposite to the vertical surface of the triangular bulge.
Preferably, the clamping piece of the goods taking conveyor belt is provided with a traction hook, one end of the traction hook is connected with the tail end of the goods taking conveyor belt, the other end of the traction hook is inclined downwards to the rotating device, then the traction hook is horizontally bent towards the direction of the goods taking conveyor belt to form a clamping hook part, and the traction hook is used for clamping the inner side of the handle and the clamping hook part during goods taking.
Preferably, the bottom of the semicircular convex block is embedded in the lifting platform.
Preferably, the driving assembly comprises a second motor, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a belt, an output shaft of the second motor is in transmission connection with the driving wheel, the driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driven wheel through the belt, the driven wheel is arranged at the bottom of the rotating shaft, and the driven wheel is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the path along which the transmission device moves around the rotation shaft is correspondingly provided with a guide rail, the guide rail comprises two concentric rings, and the outer wall of the transmission device is limited between the two concentric rings.
Preferably, the connecting rod is a telescopic rod.
The technical scheme has the following beneficial effects:
the device is used for transporting cargoes on a transmission line, after the cargoes are sent to a storage table by a put-in conveyor belt, a rotating device drives the transmission device to move, the transmission device moves to a cargo taking conveyor belt, the cargoes on the storage table are transported to the cargo taking conveyor belt, and finally the cargoes are transported by the cargo taking conveyor belt; in this embodiment, the plurality of the loading conveyor and the plurality of the picking conveyor may be provided, the transmission device may rotate with the rotation device as a center, and the rotation path of the transmission device may pass through the loading conveyor and the picking conveyor, so that picking and placing between different conveyors may be achieved; in this embodiment, transmission device is equipped with lifting unit, can conveniently adjust the height of depositing the platform for deposit the conveyer belt of the not co-altitude of high adaptation of platform, be convenient for the goods normal income deposit in the platform and deposit the bench discharge, reach the effect of transmitting the goods on the not co-altitude of transmission line, also can set up the conveyer belt of not co-altitude on the transmission line, in order to improve space utilization.

An adjustable height variable multi-lane conveyor system according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-7:
a height-adjustable variable multi-channel conveying system comprises a rotating device 1, a conveying device 2, a goods placing conveyor belt 3 and a goods taking conveyor belt 4;
the rotating device 1 comprises a driving assembly 11 and a rotating shaft 12, wherein the rotating shaft 12 is arranged in the vertical direction, the driving assembly 11 is used for controlling the rotating shaft 12 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 12 and the transmission device 2 are connected with each other through a connecting rod 8 which is horizontally arranged, so that the transmission device 2 moves around the rotating shaft 12;
the conveying device 2 is provided with a lifting assembly 21, a storage table 22 and wheels 23, the storage table 22 is used for placing goods and is arranged at the top of the conveying device 2, the lifting assembly 21 is arranged in the vertical direction, and the lifting assembly 21 is used for adjusting the height of the storage table 22; the wheels 23 are arranged at the bottom of the transmission device 2;
the goods placing conveyor belt 3 and the goods taking conveyor belt 4 are arranged on the outer side of the moving path of the conveying device 2, and the goods placing conveyor belt 3 and the goods taking conveyor belt 4 can be movably connected with the storage table 22; the loading conveyor 3 is used for feeding goods onto the storage table 22, and the picking conveyor 4 is used for feeding goods coming out of the storage table 22.
Specifically, the device is used for transporting cargoes on the transmission line, after the cargoes are sent into the storage table 22 by the goods placing conveyor belt 3, the rotating device 1 drives the transmission device 2 to move, the transmission device 2 moves to the goods taking conveyor belt 4, the cargoes on the storage table 22 are transported to the goods taking conveyor belt 4, and finally the cargoes are transported out by the goods taking conveyor belt 4. In this embodiment, the plurality of the loading conveyor 3 and the unloading conveyor 4 may be provided, the conveying device 2 rotates around the rotation shaft 12, and the rotation path of the conveying device 2 passes through the loading conveyor 3 and the unloading conveyor 4, so that loading and unloading between different conveyors can be achieved; because the heights of different conveyor belts may be inconsistent on a common transmission line, in this embodiment, the lifting assembly 21 is provided on the transmission device 2, so that the height of the storage table 22 can be conveniently adjusted, the height of the storage table 22 is adapted to the conveyor belts with different heights, so that goods can be conveniently placed in the storage table 22 and unloaded from the storage table 22, the effect of conveying the goods at different heights of the transmission line can be achieved, and the conveyor belts with different heights can be arranged on the transmission line, so that the space utilization rate is improved.
Preferably, the lifting assembly 21 includes a first motor 211, a coupling 212, a threaded rod 213, a lifting platform 214, and a semicircular protrusion 215;
the lifting platform 214 is arranged inside the outer wall of the transmission device 2, the threaded rod 213 is arranged inside the lifting platform 214, and the threaded rod 213 and the lifting platform 214 are arranged along the vertical direction; the first motor 211 is connected with one end of a threaded rod 213 through a coupler 212, and the threaded rod 213 is arranged above the first motor 211 and the coupler 212; the outer wall of the threaded rod 213 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the lifting platform 214;
the semicircular lug 215 is arranged at the top of the lifting platform 214, the semicircular lug 215 is positioned above the threaded rod 213, and the upper surface of the semicircular lug 215 is connected with the storage platform 22.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the outer wall of the transmission device 2 is cylindrical, the lifting platform 214 is embedded inside the outer wall of the transmission device 2, the lifting platform 214 is slidably connected with the outer wall of the transmission device 2, and the lifting platform 214 can move along the outer wall of the transmission device 2 in the vertical direction; the threaded rod 213 is arranged inside the lifting platform 214 and along the axis of the lifting platform 214, threads are arranged on the inner wall of the lifting platform 214, and the threaded rod 213 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the lifting platform 214; when the first motor 211 drives the threaded rod 213 to rotate, the lifting platform 214 ascends or descends along the outer wall of the conveying device 2, in this embodiment, the threaded rod 213 can ascend the lifting platform 214 when rotating clockwise, the threaded rod 213 can descend the lifting platform 214 when rotating anticlockwise, the semicircular convex block 215 is placed at the top position of the lifting platform 214, the semicircular convex block 215 is connected with the storage platform 22, and when the lifting platform 214 ascends or descends, the semicircular convex block 215 and the storage platform 22 move together with the lifting platform 214.
Preferably, the storage table 22 is located above the semicircular protruding block 215, and a groove 221 with a shape matching with the semicircular protruding block 215 is formed at the bottom of the storage table 22, so that the storage table 22 is in clamping fit with the semicircular protruding block 215; four springs 5 are arranged at the bottom of the storage table 22 along the vertical direction, a connecting plate 210 is arranged at the middle part of the semicircular convex block 215 along the horizontal plane, one ends of the four springs 5 are connected with the bottom surface of the storage table 22, and the other ends of the four springs 5 are connected with the upper surface of the connecting plate 210; four baffles 222 are arranged at the edge of the storage table 22, the baffles 222 extend upwards, and a handle 223 is arranged at the outer side of the baffles 222; the sides of the goods placing conveyor belt 3 and the goods taking conveyor belt 4, which are close to the rotating device 1, are respectively provided with a clamping piece 6, and the handle 223 is matched with the clamping pieces 6 for use.
Specifically, the semicircular protrusion 215 is matched with the groove 221 of the storage table 22, the bottom surface of the storage table 22 is connected with the connecting plate 210 through the spring 5, so that the storage table 22 can incline on the semicircular protrusion 215, and the spring 5 is used for limiting the inclination of the storage table 22 and resetting the storage table 22.
Preferably, the clamping member 6 of the goods placing conveyor 3 is provided with a triangular protrusion 31, the inclined surface of the triangular protrusion 31 faces the rotating device 1, the vertical surface of the triangular protrusion 31 faces away from the rotating device 1, the triangular protrusion 31 is used for clamping the handle 223 during goods placing, and the inner side of the handle 223 is opposite to the vertical surface of the triangular protrusion 31.
In the present embodiment, the clamping members 6 are triangular protrusions 31 respectively provided on the loading conveyor 3 and the pulling hooks 41 of the picking conveyor 4. The triangle-shaped protruding part 31 is located the side that put goods conveyer belt 3 is close to depositing platform 22, the inclined plane of triangle-shaped protruding part 31 orientation rotating device 1, the vertical face of triangle-shaped protruding part 31 is facing away from rotating device 1, triangle-shaped protruding part 31 is used for cooperating with handle 223, when putting goods process begins, lift platform 214 rises for deposit the triangle-shaped protruding part 31 of platform 22 high slightly more than put goods conveyer belt 3 side, and make handle 223 be located triangle-shaped protruding part 31 top, and the edge of handle 223 of depositing platform 22 is at the rear of triangle-shaped protruding part 31 this moment, as shown in fig. 4.
During the loading, the lifting platform 214 descends, and at this time, the handle 223 of the storage platform 22 is blocked by the triangular protrusion 31 of the loading conveyor 3, so that the storage platform 22 is inclined downwards along the conveying direction of the loading conveyor 3, the spring 5 at the bottom of the storage platform 22, which is close to the loading conveyor 3, is pulled, and the spring 5, which is far away from the loading conveyor 3, is pressed, and the cargo is waiting to be conveyed into the storage platform 22, as shown in fig. 5.
At the end of the loading, the lifting platform 214 is lifted, the springs 5 return to the normal state, and the storage table 22 returns to the position at the beginning of the loading process. And then the rotating device 1 drives the transmission device 2 to move to one side of the goods taking conveyor belt 4 to carry out goods taking operation.
Preferably, the clamping member 6 of the picking belt 4 is provided with a pulling hook 41, one end of the pulling hook 41 is connected with the end of the picking belt 4, the other end of the pulling hook 41 is inclined obliquely downward toward the rotating device 1, and then is bent horizontally toward the picking belt 4 to form a hook portion, and the pulling hook 41 is used for hooking the inner side of the handle 223 with the hook portion during picking.
In the present embodiment, the pulling hook 41 is provided on the side of the pick-up conveyor 4 near the storage table 22, the pulling hook 41 being adapted to cooperate with the handle 223. The draw hook 41 has a hook-like structure, one end of which is connected to the end of the pickup conveyor 4, and the other end of which is inclined obliquely downward and outward, and then is bent inward horizontally.
When the conveyor 2 moves to the pick-up conveyor 4 for pick-up, the lift platform 214 is lowered so that the height of the storage table 22 is lower than the height of the towing hooks 41 on the side of the pick-up conveyor 4, at which time the handle 223 of the storage table 22 moves directly under the towing hooks 41, as shown in fig. 6.
The lifting platform 214 is lifted, at this time, the handle 223 of the storage platform 22 is hooked by the traction hook 41 on the side surface of the pickup conveyor belt 4, so that the handle 223 is forced to rotate, the baffle 222 is driven to swing upwards, meanwhile, the storage platform 22 is inclined downwards towards the direction of transportation of the pickup conveyor belt 4, the spring 5 near the pickup conveyor belt 4 is pressed, the spring 5 far from the pickup conveyor belt 4 is pulled, and the goods at the storage platform 22 are conveyed downwards to the pickup conveyor belt 4 in an inclined manner, as shown in fig. 7.
At the end of picking, the lifting platform 214 descends, the baffle 222 and the handle 223 are reset, and finally the height of the storage platform 22 is slightly lower than the traction hooks 41 on the side surface of the picking conveyor belt 4, so that the handle 223 is separated from the traction hooks 41, and the storage platform 22 is separated from the picking conveyor belt 4.
Preferably, the bottom of the semicircular protruding block 215 is embedded in the lifting platform 214.
Specifically, the semicircular protruding block 215 and the threaded rod 213, the semicircular protruding block 215 and the lifting platform 214 are not fixedly connected with each other, so that the threaded rod 213 does not drive the storage platform 22 to rotate when moving in a rotating manner, and the lifting platform 214 can lift the semicircular protruding block 215 to enable the semicircular protruding block 215 to move in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the driving assembly 11 includes a second motor 111, a driving wheel 112, a driven wheel 113 and a belt 114, an output shaft of the second motor 111 is in transmission connection with the driving wheel 112, the driving wheel 112 and the driven wheel 113 are in transmission connection through the belt 114, the driven wheel 113 is arranged at the bottom of the rotating shaft 12, and the driven wheel 113 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 12.
Specifically, the second motor 111 is started to rotate the driving wheel 112, the driven wheel 113 is driven to rotate by the belt 114, the driven wheel 113 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 12, and the rotating shaft 12 is driven to rotate, so that the rotating motion of the rotating device 1 is realized.
Preferably, the path along which the conveying device 2 moves around the rotation axis 12 is correspondingly provided with a guide rail 7, the guide rail 7 comprises two concentric rings, and the outer wall of the conveying device 2 is limited between the two concentric rings.
Specifically, the guide rail 7 is additionally arranged, so that the transmission device 2 can move along the guide rail 7, and the transmission device 2 has the functions of limiting and guiding, so that the transmission device 2 is not easy to deviate from the moving track.
Preferably, the connecting rod 8 is a telescopic rod.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the connecting rod 8 may be configured as a telescopic rod, so as to facilitate adjustment of the distance between the conveying device 2 and the rotating device 1, adjust the rotating radius of the conveying device 2, and facilitate changing of the path so as to adapt to the positions of the goods delivery conveyor 3 and the goods taking conveyor 4, and the guide rail 7 may also be configured as a circle or an ellipse according to the moving path of the conveying device 2 so as to be suitable for different sizes of transportation sites.
Other constructions, etc., and operation of a variable height multiple lane conveyor system according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
