Further, as shown in fig. 5, in actual use, the end portions of the rib clamping blocks 4 may not be attached to the inner surface 1021, so that the rib clamping blocks 4 on two sides of the sliding top block 3 may also serve the purpose of limiting the sliding top block 3, and after the arrangement, the sliding top block 3 and the rib clamping blocks 4 slide relatively and then are attached to the inner surface 1021 in a high-rib discontinuous region smoothly.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in a shot peening pre-bending tool for a high-rib discontinuous wall plate according to a first aspect of the present invention, the rib clamping block 4 is connected with the rib 101 through a clamping screw 6. In the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting rod 5 is mainly used for applying pressure to the inner surface 1021 of the skin 102 under the limitation of the top force bar 1, so that the inner surface 1021 is deformed, and a required deformation structure (such as a protrusion, a recess, etc.) is obtained at the corresponding position of the high-strength discontinuous wall plate. However, in the actual pre-bending process, the acting force of the adjusting rod 5 on the inner surface 1021 always presents a dot structure (the end of the adjusting rod 5 is a circular structure or a square structure with smaller area, etc.), and a complete arc surface structure cannot be formed at the corresponding position of the high-strength discontinuous wall plate. Therefore, when the rib jacking block 9 is connected to the skin 102 at one side of the inner surface 1021, the rib jacking block 9 is arranged at the position of the recess or the protrusion expected by the discontinuous high-rib wall plate, and when the adjusting rod 5 applies an acting force to the rib jacking block 9, the rib jacking block 9 can transmit pressure to the whole inner surface 1021 at the corresponding position of the discontinuous high-rib wall plate, so that the corresponding position of the discontinuous high-rib wall plate can deform like the protrusion or the recess. Therefore, the rib top block 9 can form a wide deformation structure, and is placed at the expected bending position, and the pre-bending operation of the high-rib discontinuous wall plate can be realized by designing the target structure of the expected bending position.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting rod 5 may apply a pushing force to the inner surface 1021, or may apply a pulling force to the inner surface 1021, for example, the adjusting rod 5 may apply a pushing force to the inner surface 1021 during the screwing process, so as to form a recess from the inner surface 1021 to the outer surface 1022. For example, when the adjusting rod 5 is retracted toward the top bar 1, a pulling force may be applied to the inner surface 1021 (in this case, a connecting structure similar to a bearing may be provided on the inner surface 1021 or the rib top block 9, and the inner ring of the bearing is fixedly connected to the adjusting rod 5), so as to form a protrusion of the outer surface 1022 toward the inner surface 1021. step one: performing pre-bending treatment on a high-reinforcement discontinuous region of the high-reinforcement discontinuous wall plate by adopting the shot blasting forming pre-bending tool for the high-reinforcement discontinuous wall plate according to any one of the first aspect of the embodiment of the invention;
step two: and (3) performing shot peening on the outer surface 1022 of the wallboard, and unloading the shot peening tool after shot peening is finished.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the high-rib discontinuous area of the high-rib discontinuous wall panel is pre-bent by using the shot-peening pre-bending tool for forming the high-rib discontinuous wall panel according to any one of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, then the outer surface 1022 of the wall panel is shot-peened, and after the shot-peening is finished, the shot-peening tool is unloaded.
Aiming at the shot-peening forming requirement of the high-strength discontinuous ribbed wallboard, the embodiment of the invention provides a pre-bending tool for applying the shot-peening forming prestress of the high-strength discontinuous ribbed wallboard, which greatly improves the pre-bending curvature uniformity of the high-strength discontinuous ribbed wallboard part, thereby improving the shot-peening forming precision and the surface quality of the part. The shot blasting operation is performed after the pre-bending, so that proper shot blasting parameters and shot blasting coverage rates of different areas can be set, the numerical control shot blasting forming precision can be greatly improved, the manual shape correcting time is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency of products is improved.
Specifically, according to a second aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 to fig. 7, a shot peening forming method for a high-strength discontinuous wall plate includes:
step one: mounting the high-strength discontinuous wall plate on the shot-peening pre-bending tool by adopting the shot-peening pre-bending tool for the high-strength discontinuous wall plate according to any one of the first aspect of the embodiment of the invention, wherein the top width La, la= (45% -60%) of the sliding top block 3 is equal to L, wherein L is the length of the high-strength discontinuous region of the wall plate;
step two: applying a tightening force to the adjustment lever 5, adjusting the displacement of the adjustment lever 5 so as to be in contact with the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102, and deforming the high-rib discontinuous region at the position of the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102 to the side of the outer surface 1022;
step three: attaching a template 11 to one side of the high-rib discontinuous region, which is positioned on the outer surface 1022, and controlling the convex deformation of the outer surface 1022 of the wallboard by using the template 11, wherein the shape curvature of the template 11 is consistent with the pre-bending curvature of shot blasting to be formed of the wallboard;
step four: when the bonding gap of the outer surface 1022 of the panel of the template 10 is less than 0.5mm, the movement of the adjusting lever 5 is stopped, and the template 11 is removed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the sliding roof 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention is firstly formulated according to the length of the high-rib discontinuous region, so as to adapt to the structure of the sliding roof 3 to meet the requirement of the size of the high-rib discontinuous region, and avoid that the sliding roof 3 cannot form stable contact with the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102, and the installation of the high-rib discontinuous panel on the shot-peening forming pre-bending tool specifically includes placing the high-rib discontinuous panel on the retaining bar 2, and then the top width la= (45% -60%) of the sliding roof 3 is represented by L, where L is the length of the high-rib discontinuous region of the panel, so that when the high-rib discontinuous region is pre-bent, the length of the high-rib discontinuous region has enough margin so that the high ribs 101 on two sides cannot form interference on the sliding roof 3.
Then, in the embodiment of the present invention, a tightening force is applied to the adjustment lever 5, and the displacement of the adjustment lever 5 is adjusted so as to be in contact with the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102, and so that the high-rib discontinuous region at the position of the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102 is convexly deformed to the outer surface 1022 side, forming a desired convex structure. Next, attaching the template 11 to one side of the high-rib discontinuous region, which is positioned on the outer surface 1022, and controlling the convex deformation of the outer surface 1022 of the wallboard by using the template 11, wherein the shape curvature of the template 11 is consistent with the pre-bending curvature of shot blasting to be formed of the wallboard; here, in the embodiment of the present invention, the template 11 may be a plate structure having a predetermined pre-bending curvature, and when the template 11 is attached to the side of the outer surface 1022 of the high-rib discontinuous region, the template 11 may be used as a pre-bending curvature reference for bending the high-rib discontinuous region, so that it is necessary that the profile curvature of the template 11 matches the pre-bending curvature of the shot-peening to be formed on the wall plate. Along with the feeding of the adjusting rod 5, the protrusion appears at the outer surface 1022, and the protrusion at the adjusting rod 5 of the outer surface 1022 immediately drives the whole skin 102 to deform, so as to drive the discontinuous high-rib region to deform, and the discontinuous high-rib region is not easy to break due to the protection of the sliding top block 3. Meanwhile, the template 11 is arranged so that the pre-bending curvature of the high-rib discontinuous region reaches to the preset value.
Finally, when the bonding gap of the outer surface 1022 of the wall plate of the template 11 is smaller than 0.5mm, the movement of the adjusting rod 5 is stopped, and the pre-bending curvature of the high-rib discontinuous area is close to that of the template 11, so that the preset target is reached, the bending can be stopped, and the template 11 is removed. In summary, the embodiment of the invention can obtain the high-strength discontinuous wall plate with preset curvature, and the operation method is simple, reliable and easy to implement.
The following describes a concrete embodiment of the shot peening pre-bending tool for the high-strength discontinuous wall plate and the forming method using the same.
Referring to FIG. 1, a ribbed integral wallboard component (2000 mm by 1000mm, material grade: 2024-T351) has a minimum radius of curvature of 15 meters along the height rib 101. The pre-bending tool for shot peening forming of the high-strength discontinuous wall plate and the forming method using the pre-bending tool are utilized to perform pre-stress shot peening forming on the parts, shot peening forming parameters are shown in the following table, the requirements of appearance precision and surface smoothness are finally met, the die attaching gap of the parts is smaller than 0.5mm, and the surface waviness is smaller than 0.0025mm.
In detail, referring to fig. 2-5, the shot-peening pre-bending tool for the high-strength discontinuous wall plate according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a top force bar 1, a blocking force bar 2, a sliding top block 3, a rib clamping block 4, an adjusting rod 5, a clamping screw 6, a spring baffle 7, a spring 8 and a rib top block 9. The top force bar 1 and the force blocking bar 2 are made of materials with good rigidity, the positions of the adjusting bars 5 are kept unchanged in the process of applying prestress, and the positions of the adjusting bars 5 penetrate through the top force bar 1 and are aligned with the centers of the rib top blocks 9. The adjusting rod 5 is a screw, and by tightening the adjusting rod 5, the adjusting rod can move towards the direction of the rib jacking block 9 and be contacted with the rib jacking block, and further tightening can enable the rib jacking block 9 to be contacted with the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102, and enable the panel skin 102 to be convexly deformed towards the outer surface 1022. The contact portion of the rib top block 9 and the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102 is a curved surface. The two force straps 2 contact the outer surface 1022 of the panel skin 102 and act to constrain this contact area from displacement. The rib clamping block 4 is fixed relative to the side surface of the wallboard rib 101 through the clamping screw 6. The contact portion of the rib clip 4 with the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102 is curved. The sliding top block 3 and the rib clamping block 4 can slide relatively. A spring 8 is arranged between the sliding top block 3 and the spring baffle 7, and the sliding top block 3 can move under the constraint of the spring 8. The spring baffle 7 is made of a material with good rigidity, is connected with the top force strip 1, and is fixed in position, and the number of the spring baffle is consistent with that of the ribs.
The high-strength discontinuous wall plate shot peening pre-bending tool of the embodiment is used for pre-bending and shot peening to the high-strength discontinuous area
Firstly, the top curved surface R of the sliding top block 3 has a width La, wherein La=60% L, and L is the length of a high rib discontinuous region of the wallboard;
next, a tightening force is applied to the adjusting rod 5, and the displacement of the adjusting rod 5 is adjusted, so that the rib top blocks 9 are in contact with the inner surface 1021 of the panel skin 102, and the inner surface 1021 of the panel high rib discontinuous region is convexly deformed to the outer surface 1022;
then, the template 11 is used for controlling the convex deformation of the outer surface 1022 of the wallboard, the length of the template 11 is properly adjusted along with the length of the part, the thickness is 5mm, and the shape curvature of the template is consistent with the pre-bending curvature of the wallboard in shot blasting forming;
then, when the bonding gap of the outer surface of the wallboard of the template 11 is smaller than 0.5mm, stopping moving the adjusting rod 5, and removing the template 11 at the moment;
then, shot blasting forming is carried out on the outer surface 1022 of the wallboard, and technological parameters such as shot blasting air pressure, shot flow, wallboard moving speed, injection angle and the like are designed, wherein a shot blasting area is shown in a figure 8, so that the shot coverage rate of a zone B is 60% -75% of that of a zone A, and the shot coverage rate of a zone C is 45% -50% of that of a zone A;
and finally, unloading the pre-bending tool after shot blasting is finished, and taking down the wallboard part.
As can be seen from fig. 8, the best shot blasting effect can be achieved by selecting different shot coverage rates for different areas.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides the shot peening pre-bending tool for the high-strength discontinuous ribbed wallboard and the forming method using the same, aiming at the shot peening forming requirement of the high-strength discontinuous ribbed wallboard, so that the uniformity of the pre-bending curvature of the part is greatly improved, and the shot peening forming precision and the surface quality of the part are improved. In addition, the numerical control shot blasting forming precision can be greatly improved by the zonal shot blasting forming parameter design and the shot blasting coverage relation of different zones, so that the manual shape correcting time is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency of products is improved by more than 40%.
It should be understood that, in the present specification, each embodiment is described in an incremental manner, and the same or similar parts between the embodiments are all referred to each other, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments.
