Abstract
本发明提供一种笔记本电脑,包含一底座、一扬声器模块以及一上盖。底座包含一键盘框架以及一底盖。键盘框架设置于底盖上。扬声器模块包含一扬声器盖体以及一扬声器主体。扬声器盖体设置于底盖上,以于扬声器盖体与底盖之间形成一共振腔体。扬声器主体设置于扬声器盖体上且位于共振腔体中。上盖枢接于底座。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于一种笔记本电脑,尤指一种可改善扬声器振动以及增加扬声器内部容积之笔记本电脑。
背景技术
一般而言,笔记本电脑之底座由键盘框架以及底盖组成。目前,笔记本电脑的扬声器都是先组装成完整的外壳,再锁附或卡在键盘框架上。完整的外壳厚度会占用扬声器内部容积,使得扬声器内部容积减少。因此,扬声器在低音的表现上会被限制住,使得低音不够低沉。此外,扬声器的外壳通常是套上一个橡胶圈而直接放在键盘框架上。因此,当扬声器发出声音时,很容易造成系统振动而产生异音。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可改善扬声器振动以及增加扬声器内部容积之笔记本电脑,以解决上述之问题。
根据一实施例,本发明之笔记本电脑包含一底座、一扬声器模块以及一上盖。底座包含一键盘框架以及一底盖。键盘框架设置于底盖上。扬声器模块包含一扬声器盖体以及一扬声器主体。扬声器盖体设置于底盖上,以于扬声器盖体与底盖之间形成一共振腔体。扬声器主体设置于扬声器盖体上且位于共振腔体中。上盖枢接于底座。
于另一实施例中,扬声器模块另包含一吸振结构。吸振结构设置于扬声器盖体与底盖之间。
综上所述,本发明将扬声器盖体直接设置于底盖上,以于扬声器盖体与底盖之间形成共振腔体。换言之,扬声器盖体之开口由底盖封住,而不须增设额外的盖板。少了盖板的厚度,即可有效增加扬声器内部容积,亦即加大共振腔体。藉此,即可使扬声器之低音有更佳的响应。此外,由于扬声器盖体设置于底盖上,而非设置于键盘框架上。因此,扬声器发出声音时产生的振动不会直接传递至键盘框架,使得键盘框架受到较小的振动影响而不易产生异音。再者,本发明可于扬声器盖体与底盖之间设置吸振结构,以利用吸振结构吸收扬声器发出声音时产生的振动,以进一步减少笔记本电脑因扬声器振动所产生的异音。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1以及图2,图1为根据本发明一实施例之笔记本电脑1的示意图,图2为图1中的底座10的剖面示意图。
如图1与图2所示,笔记本电脑1包含一底座10、一扬声器模块12以及一上盖14。一般而言,笔记本电脑1中还会设有运作时必要的软硬件组件,如处理器、显示器、电路板、内存、电源供应器、应用程序、通讯模块等,视实际应用而定。
底座10包含一键盘框架100以及一底盖102。键盘框架100设置于底盖102上而形成底座10。在实际应用中,键盘框架100用以装设键盘。用户可将手腕靠在键盘框架100的手托区域上来操作键盘。上盖14枢接于底座10。一般而言,上盖14可由枢纽转轴(hinge)或其它转轴枢接于底座10,使得上盖14可相对底座10闭合或打开。
扬声器模块12包含一扬声器盖体120以及一扬声器主体122。扬声器盖体120设置于底座10之底盖102上,以于扬声器盖体120与底盖102之间形成一共振腔体124。在本实施例中,扬声器盖体120可黏合于底座10之底盖102上,以将扬声器盖体120与底盖102之间的间隙密封,避免漏气。当然,扬声器盖体120亦可由螺丝或卡合结构固定于底座10之底盖102上。扬声器主体122设置于扬声器盖体120上且位于共振腔体124中。扬声器主体122 即是用以发出声音。
如图2所示,扬声器盖体120之开口由底座10之底盖102封住,而不须增设额外的盖板。少了盖板的厚度,即可有效增加扬声器内部容积,亦即加大共振腔体124。藉此,即可使扬声器之低音有更佳的响应。此外,由于扬声器盖体120设置于底座10之底盖102上,而非设置于键盘框架100上。因此,扬声器发出声音时产生的振动不会直接传递至键盘框架100,使得键盘框架100受到较小的振动影响而不易产生异音。
请参阅图3,图3为根据本发明另一实施例之底座10的剖面示意图。如图3所示,扬声器模块12可另包含一吸振结构126。吸振结构126设置于扬声器盖体120与底座10之底盖102之间。吸振结构126呈环形,且吸振结构126之形状与扬声器盖体120之开口形状相同。在本实施例中,扬声器盖体120可黏合于吸振结构126上,且吸振结构126可黏合于底座10之底盖102上,使得扬声器盖体120设置于底座10之底盖102上,以于扬声器盖体 120与底盖102之间形成共振腔体124。
在本实施例中,吸振结构126可包含一凸缘1260以及一侧墙1262,其中凸缘1260自侧墙1262之底部向外延伸出。当扬声器盖体120黏合于吸振结构126上时,扬声器盖体120之下缘抵接于凸缘1260,且扬声器盖体120之内壁面抵接于侧墙1262。接着,当吸振结构126黏合于底座10之底盖102上时,吸振结构126即会将扬声器盖体120与底盖102之间的间隙密封,避免漏气。在本实施例中,吸振结构126可为一泡棉或其它吸振材料,视实际应用而定。吸振结构126可吸收扬声器发出声音时产生的振动,以进一步减少笔记本电脑因扬声器振动所产生的异音。
请参阅图4,图4为根据本发明另一实施例之底座10的剖面示意图。如图4所示,吸振结构126包含一凸缘1260以及一侧墙1262。与图3所示之实施例不同的是,吸振结构126之凸缘1260自侧墙1262之底部向内延伸出。因此,当扬声器盖体120黏合于吸振结构126上时,扬声器盖体120之下缘抵接于凸缘1260,且扬声器盖体120之外壁面抵接于侧墙1262。需说明的是,吸振结构126之作用原理如上所述,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图5,图5为根据本发明另一实施例之底座10的剖面示意图。如图5所示,吸振结构126包含一U形槽1264,其中U形槽1264环绕吸振结构126之周围。因此,在本实施例中,扬声器盖体120之下缘可插设于U形槽1264中,以将扬声器盖体120固定于吸振结构126上。需说明的是,吸振结构126之作用原理如上所述,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明将扬声器盖体直接设置于底盖上,以于扬声器盖体与底盖之间形成共振腔体。换言之,扬声器盖体之开口由底盖封住,而不须增设额外的盖板。少了盖板的厚度,即可有效增加扬声器内部容积,亦即加大共振腔体。藉此,即可使扬声器之低音有更佳的响应。此外,由于扬声器盖体设置于底盖上,而非设置于键盘框架上。因此,扬声器发出声音时产生的振动不会直接传递至键盘框架,使得键盘框架受到较小的振动影响而不易产生异音。再者,本发明可于扬声器盖体与底盖之间设置吸振结构,以利用吸振结构吸收扬声器发出声音时产生的振动,以进一步减少笔记本电脑因扬声器振动所产生的异音。
以上所述仅为本发明之较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做之均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明之涵盖范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种笔记本电脑,其特征在于,包括:
一底座,包含一键盘框架以及一底盖,该键盘框架设置于该底盖上;
一扬声器模块,包含一扬声器盖体以及一扬声器主体,该扬声器盖体设置于该底盖上,以于该扬声器盖体与该底盖之间形成一共振腔体,该扬声器主体设置于该扬声器盖体上且位于该共振腔体中;以及
一上盖,枢接于该底座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该扬声器盖体黏合于该底盖上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该扬声器模块另包含一吸振结构,该吸振结构设置于该扬声器盖体与该底盖之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该扬声器盖体黏合于该吸振结构上,且该吸振结构黏合于该底盖上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该吸振结构为一泡棉。
6.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该吸振结构将该扬声器盖体与该底盖之间的间隙密封。
7.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该吸振结构呈环形。
8.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该吸振结构包含一凸缘以及一侧墙,该凸缘自该侧墙延伸出,该扬声器盖体之下缘抵接于该凸缘,该扬声器盖体之内壁面抵接于该侧墙。
9.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该吸振结构包含一凸缘以及一侧墙,该凸缘自该侧墙延伸出,该扬声器盖体之下缘抵接于该凸缘,该扬声器盖体之外壁面抵接于该侧墙。
10.根据权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于,其中该吸振结构包含一U形槽,该扬声器盖体之下缘插设于该U形槽中。
