3. the extraction method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the extraction process parameters are the volume ratio of the added aqueous phase to the organic phase, namely, a/o=3:1-1:3, the extraction temperature is 10-30 ℃, the extraction stage number is 1, the mixing and stirring time is 20-30 min, the mixing and stirring speed is 200-500 r/min, the aqueous phase and the organic phase are fully and uniformly mixed and then placed in a centrifuge, the centrifugation speed is 6000-8000 r/min, and the centrifugation time is 10-30 min for phase separation, so as to obtain the nickel-cobalt-manganese loaded organic phase and the lithium-containing raffinate.
4. The extraction process according to claim 1, wherein the precipitant added in step (5) is 1.5 mol/sodium carbonate solution and the ratio of the added sodium carbonate to the volume of the lithium-containing raffinate is 2.

The extraction method according to claim 1, wherein the step (6) of stripping process uses 2mol/L HCl as stripping agent, the stripping parameter is the volume ratio of added hydrochloric acid to nickel cobalt manganese loaded organic phase, i.e. a/o=2:1, the stripping temperature is 24 ℃, the stripping stage number is 1, the mixing stirring time is 30min, the mixing stirring speed is 300r/min, the fully mixed solution is placed in a centrifuge, the centrifugal speed is 8000r/min, the centrifugal time is 10min, and then phase separation is carried out to obtain nickel cobalt manganese stripping solution and regenerated organic phase.
