Subsequently, the pushing unit 5 is slid to the second position, so that the filter rods 1 in the rod storage unit 4 fall into the first temporary storage section 315 through the feed inlet 32, the filter rods 1 in the blanking section 316 fall into the second temporary storage section 319 through the blanking channel 313, one end of the cigarette 2 with the cavity 21 is placed at the discharge hole 33, the cavity 21 is communicated with the discharge hole 33, finally the pushing unit 5 is slid to the first position, the secondary push rod 51 pushes the filter rods 1 in the first temporary storage section 315 into the blanking section 316, and the primary push rod 52 pushes the filter rods 1 in the second temporary storage section 319 into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2 from the second temporary storage section 319, so that filling of the filter rods is completed. After the filter rod filling is completed for the first time, the blanking section 316 is filled with the filter rod 1, and if the filter rod 1 is subsequently filled into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2, the filter rod filling can be completed only by sliding the pushing unit 5 to the second position and then to the first position.
By adopting the technical scheme, the filter rod 1 is filled into the cigarettes 2 through twice pushing and loading by arranging the secondary push rod channel 311 which is separated from the main push rod channel 312, so that the filter rod 1 which is not pre-loaded is reserved in the secondary push rod channel 311 and isolated from the main push rod channel 312, the filter rod 1 can be effectively prevented from falling out from the discharge hole 33, and when moisture, dust or dirt exists outside and enters the main push rod channel 312 from the discharge hole 33, the filter rod 1 reserved in the secondary push rod channel 311 can not be wetted or polluted, and the function of protecting the filter rod 1 can be realized.
Further, the device further comprises an elastic member 55, wherein the elastic member 55 is arranged on the main push rod 52 or the secondary push rod 51, and when the pushing unit 5 operates in the first direction, the elastic member 55 applies a force to the pushing unit 5 in the second direction. Specifically, the elastic member 55 is a spring, and the spring is sleeved on the main push rod 52 or the secondary push rod 51. Taking the example that the spring is sleeved on the main push rod 52, the outer wall of the main push rod 52 is provided with a second bulge 521, the inner wall of the main push rod channel 312 is provided with a first bulge 35, and two ends of the spring are respectively attached to the first bulge 35 and the second bulge 521, so that the pushing unit 5 can compress the spring when running in the first direction. Through setting up elastic component 55, can make pushing unit 5 automatic re-setting after accomplishing the operation to the first direction, need not the manual work and drive pushing unit 5 and move to the second direction, convenient to use.
Further, the side wall of the casing 3 is provided with a limit groove 34, the connecting piece 53 is arranged in the limit groove 34, the connecting piece 53 can slide in the limit groove 34 along with the operation of the pushing unit 5, one end, close to the first direction, of the limit groove 34 is a first limit end, one end, close to the second direction, of the limit groove 34 is a second limit end, when the pushing unit 5 slides to the first position, the connecting piece 53 is attached to the first limit end so as to limit the first position of the pushing unit 5, and when the pushing unit 5 slides to the second position, the connecting piece 53 is attached to the second limit end so as to limit the second position of the pushing unit 5.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first position and the second position of the pushing unit 5 are limited by the contact between the connecting piece 53 and the two ends of the limiting groove 34, so that the running position of the pushing unit 5 is accurate, and the pushing unit 5 is prevented from extruding and deforming the filter stick 1 due to inaccurate running position.
Further, the end of the connecting piece 53 is further provided with a pressing portion 54, and the pressing portion 54 is located outside the limiting groove 34. The consumer can drive the pushing unit 5 to operate by pushing the pressing part 54, so that the use is convenient.
Further, a first guiding section 317 is disposed between the first temporary storage section 315 and the blanking section 316, the cross section of the first guiding section 317 is circular, and the cross section area of the first guiding section 317 gradually decreases along the first direction. By providing the first guiding section 317, the filter rod 1 can be guided in the process from the first temporary storage section 315 to the blanking section 316, so that the filter rod 1 can run smoothly.
Further, the cross-sectional area of the end of the first guiding section 317 near the first direction is smaller than that of the filter rod 1, so that the filter rod 1 can enter the blanking section 316 only under the action of the extrusion of the secondary push rod 51, thereby preventing the filter rod 1 from falling into the main push rod channel 312 through the blanking channel 313 due to shaking of the filling device of the filter rod 1.
Further, a second guiding section 320 is disposed between the second temporary storage section 319 and the discharge port 33, the cross section of the second guiding section 320 is circular, and the cross section area of the second guiding section 320 gradually decreases along the first direction. By providing the second guiding section 320, the filter rod 1 can be guided in the process of moving from the second temporary storage section 319 to the discharge hole 33, so that the filter rod 1 can smoothly move.
Further, the cross-sectional area of the end of the second guide section 320 near the first direction is smaller than that of the filter rod 1, so that the filter rod 1 can be prevented from falling out of the discharge port 33 without being pressed by the main pushrod 52.
Further, the filter rod filling device further comprises a base 7, the base 7 is fixedly connected to one side, close to the first direction, of the shell 3 through bolts, an installation cavity 71 is formed in the base 7, and the installation cavity 71 is communicated with the discharge hole 33. When the filter rod 1 is filled into the cigarette 2, the cigarette 2 can be inserted into the mounting cavity 71, so that the effect of fixing the cigarette 2 is achieved, the filter rod 1 and the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2 can be better abutted, the dislocation of the filter rod 1 and the cavity 21 is prevented, and the filter rod 1 cannot be smoothly filled into the cavity 21.
Further, the guide member 72 is fixedly connected to one end of the installation cavity 71 close to the second direction, as shown in fig. 9, the guide member 72 is disposed inside the installation cavity 71, a guide hole 721 is disposed in the guide member 72, the cross-sectional area of the guide hole 721 gradually decreases along the first direction, and the diameter of one end of the guide hole 721 close to the first direction is smaller than the diameter of the filter rod 1. By providing the guide hole 721, it is possible to play a guiding role for the filter rod 1 during insertion into the cavity 21, and by setting the diameter of the end of the guide hole 721 near the first direction smaller than the diameter of the filter rod 1, it is possible to make the diameter of the filter rod 1 smaller than the diameter of the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2 immediately after extrusion from the guide hole 721, thereby facilitating entry of the filter rod 1 into the cavity 21, and making the filling process of the filter rod 1 smoother.
Further, the outer contour of the guide 72 is in a truncated cone shape, the cross-sectional area of the outer contour of the guide 72 is gradually reduced along the first direction, and the outer edge diameter of the end of the guide 72 near the first direction is smaller than the diameter of the cavity 21.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the cigarette 2 is inserted into the mounting cavity 71, the outer wall of the guide piece 72 can be smoothly inserted into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2, so that the cavity 21 is supported and trimmed, and the collapse and deformation of the cavity 21 caused by extrusion and the like of the cigarette 2 are prevented, so that the filter rod 1 cannot be inserted into the cavity 21.
Further, a guiding inclined plane 711 is machined at one end of the installation cavity 71 close to the first direction, and the guiding inclined plane 711 is arranged at an acute angle with the first direction, so that the cigarettes 2 can be smoothly inserted into the installation cavity 71.
Further, the rod storage unit 4 is detachably connected to the housing 3, specifically, the rod storage unit 4 may be placed in the mounting groove 36 by providing the mounting groove 36 on the housing 3, or may be used for mounting the rod storage unit 4 by providing a chute or a clamping groove above the housing 3.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rod storage unit 4 can be detached from the shell 3, and the filter rod 1 is filled in the rod storage unit 4, so that manual operation is facilitated.

By adopting the technical scheme, a plurality of kinds of rod storage units 4 with different functional filter rods 1 can be simultaneously placed on the filter rod 1 filling device, when the rod storage units 4 need to be replaced, the rod storage units 4 in the working area 361 only need to be taken out from the taking and placing port 37, and then the rod storage units 4 in the preparation area 362 are placed in the working area 361, so that a consumer can conveniently select and replace the rod storage units 4 according to own requirements.

Further, the housing 3 is provided with a mounting member for mounting the smoking aid. In particular, the smoking aid may be a lighter, or other smoking aid.
By adopting the technical scheme, multiple functions are integrated into a whole, so that consumers can be prevented from carrying smoking tools too much.
Further, the width of the opening 42 is greater than the diameter of the filter rod 1 and less than 1.5 times the diameter of the filter rod 1, and the length of the opening 42 is greater than the length of the filter rod 1 and less than 1.5 times the length of the filter rod 1. This design allows only one of the plurality of filter rods 1 in the rod storage unit 4 to drop into the first cavity 31 at a time without causing the openings 42 to become blocked or the filter rods 1 to drop unevenly.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a filter rod filling method of the filter rod filling device, which comprises the following steps:
sliding the pushing unit 5 to a second position, so that the filter rods 1 in the rod storage unit 4 fall into the first cavity 31 through the feed inlet 32;
the matching step is that one end of the cigarette 2 with the cavity 21 is placed at the discharge hole 33, so that the cavity 21 is communicated with the discharge hole 33;
The filling step, the pushing unit 5 is slid to the first position, and the pushing unit 5 pushes the filter rod 1 from the first cavity 31 into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a filter rod filling method of another filter rod filling device, which comprises the following steps:
the feeding step, sliding the pushing unit 5 to a second position, so that the filter rods 1 in the rod storage unit 4 fall into the first temporary storage section 315 through the feed inlet 32, and the filter rods 1 in the blanking section 316 fall into the second temporary storage section 319 through the blanking channel 313;
the matching step is that one end of the cigarette 2 with the cavity 21 is placed at the discharge hole 33, so that the cavity 21 is communicated with the discharge hole 33;
the filling step is that the pushing unit 5 is slid to the first position, the secondary pushing rod 51 pushes the filter rod 1 positioned in the first temporary storage section 315 into the blanking section 316, and the primary pushing rod 52 pushes the filter rod 1 positioned in the second temporary storage section 319 from the second temporary storage section 319 into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2.
Further, if the filter rod 1 is not loaded in the first cavity 31, a preparation step is further included before the feeding step, where the preparation step includes sliding the pushing unit 5 to the second position, making the filter rod 1 in the rod storage unit 4 drop into the first temporary storage section 315 through the feed port 32, then sliding the pushing unit 5 to the first position, and pushing the filter rod 1 in the first temporary storage section 315 into the blanking section 316 by the secondary pushing rod 51.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a filter rod filling method of another filter rod filling device, which comprises the following steps:
sliding the pushing unit 5 to a second position, so that the filter rods 1 in the rod storage unit 4 fall into the first cavity 31 through the feed inlet 32;
a matching step of inserting one end of the cigarette 2 with the cavity 21 into the mounting cavity 71 and inserting the outer wall of the guide member 72 into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2 to support the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2;
The filling step, the pushing unit 5 is slid to the first position, and the pushing unit 5 pushes the filter rod 1 from the first cavity 31 into the cavity 21 of the cigarette 2.
