Abstract
本发明涉及一种杀线虫组合物,含有式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺,所述组合物具有优的预防或控制农业中的线虫的特性。本发明还涉及一种预防或控制农业中的线虫的方法,将所述的组合物施用于预期将要发生线虫害的植物、植物种子或用于栽培所述植物的土壤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种杀线虫组合物及其使用方法。
背景技术
线虫引起的根损害可引起作物产量和质量的显著降低,并且从而导致消费者的成本增加。因此,控制植物寄生线虫在实现高作物效率中是极其重要的。
根结线虫属(Meloidogyne spp.)是一类侵染植物根系的植物寄生线虫。农业生产上常见的根结线虫包括爪哇根结线虫(Meloidogyne javanica)、花生根结线虫(Meloidogyne arenaria)、南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、北方根结线虫(Meloidogyne hapla)。
式(I) 化合物由WO2013/143811已知。其中记载了其用于防治动物害虫的用途。特别是其对线虫的控制显示良好的活性。
但是单一使用化学杀线剂易导致根结线虫的抗药性不断加强。同时,环境保护和食品安全对杀线剂的开发要求越来越严格。因此,对更有效、成本更低、毒性更低、对环境更安全或具有不同的作用模式的杀线虫组合物存在持续需求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种杀线虫组合物,该组合物含有式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺。
出人意料地,本发明的式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺的组合存在出人意料的协同线虫毒性效应。
一种杀线虫组合物,所述组合物含有式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺,所述式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺的重量配比为1:50-50:1 ,优选1:25-25:1,更加优选1:10-10:1,特别优选1:5-5:1。
当式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺以1:50-50:1,优选1:25-25:1,更加优选1:10-10:1,特别优选1:5-5:1的特定的重量比存在于本发明的组合物中,则协同效应特别显著。
本发明所述的杀线虫组合物还可以是配制剂的形式,可为溶液、乳液、乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮液、糊剂、水分散粒剂、悬乳剂、微胶囊剂。
因此,本发明的组合物包含式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺以及至少一种填充剂以及任选地一种或多种常用的配制助剂。通常情况下,本发明的组合物包含0.1%-99%的式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺、1%-99.9%的至少一种填充剂以及任选地一种或多种常用的配制助剂。%表示重量百分比。
根据本发明,术语“填充剂”指可与活性化合物相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述填充剂优选为惰性的,至少应为农学可接受的。所述填充剂可以为固体或液体。
本发明的组合物中,可以作为固体填充剂使用的有例如:滑石粉、皂土、粘土、高岭土、硅藻土、白炭黑、碳酸钙、酸性粘土、硅石、沸石、硅镁土、浮石、硫酸铵、硫酸钠和尿素。
本发明的组合物中,可以作为液体填充剂使用的有例如:例如水、异丙醇、丁醇、四氢呋喃、乙二醇、丙二醇、乙酸乙酯、油酸甲酯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜和植物油等。
本发明的组合物中,配制助剂可包括表面活性剂。表面活性剂可使有效成分乳化、分散、可溶化、以及/或者润湿。可以列举的表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯高级脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯醇或酚的磷酸酯、多元醇的脂肪酸酯、萘磺酸聚合物、木质素磺酸盐、高分子梳形的支状共聚物、丁基萘磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、油脂、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐的聚丙烯酸盐、蛋白质水解物、合适的低聚糖物或聚合物,例如基于单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯和/或聚氧丙烯或者其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的结合。
本发明的组合物中还可使用其他的配制助剂。尤其包括增稠剂例如羧甲纤维素以及呈粉末、颗粒或乳胶形式的天然和合成聚合物,例如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚乙酸乙烯酯。
本发明的组合物还可包含染料例如无机颜料如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝以及有机染料如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料等配制助剂。
此外,本发明的组合物还可包含其他杀真菌、杀螨、杀线虫活性的添加组分。
本发明的组合物特别适合于控制线虫纲的有害生物。
因此,本发明还涉及一种将本发明的组合物用于预防或控制有害生物的用途,特别是预防或控制线虫的用途,尤其是预防或控制以下植物寄生线虫的用途。

本发明的组合物所使用的植物对象没有特别的限定;可以提及例如:
谷类(如,水稻、大麦、小麦、黑麦、燕麦、玉米、高粱等);
豆类(大豆、小豆、蚕豆、豌豆、落花生等);
蔬菜类(甘蓝、番茄、菠菜、椰菜、莴苣、洋葱、大葱、青椒等);
根菜类(胡萝卜、马铃薯、甘薯、萝卜、莲藕、芜箐等)、
浆果类(南瓜、黄瓜、西瓜、瓜等);
工业作物类(棉花、大麻、构树、结香花、油菜、甜菜、蛇麻草、甘蔗、糖用甜菜、橄榄、橡胶、咖啡、烟草、茶等)。
本发明的组合物可以直接用于控制各种线虫,或者经水等适当稀释或混悬于水等后使用。
本发明的组合物可以采用常规的方法施用于预期将要发生线虫害的植物、植物种子或用于栽培所述植物的土壤。
因此,本发明还提供一种预防或控制农业中的线虫的方法,包括将本发明所述的组合物施用于预期将要发生线虫害的植物、植物种子或用于栽培所述植物的土壤。
本发明的组合物可通过下述施用方法使用:如施用至水稻育苗箱、拌种,种子消毒、栽培穴处理、作物根处理、栽培行处理、土壤掺混;对于发生于旱地种植的果树、谷类、蔬菜等上的各种线虫的防治可通过种子处理如拌种、浸种,种苗蘸根处理,或通过土壤灌注、表面播散、掺混处理等施加至播种时等的栽培条、育苗载体例如育苗用栽培箱、栽培穴、作物根部等,随后浇水使所述组合物被吸收至植物中。
种子处理方法包括所有本领域技术人员已知的适合处理种子的方法,例如拌种、种子包衣、种子浸泡、种子包膜、种子多层包衣、种子包壳、种子浸润、种子撒粉和种子造粒。施用量可基于活性成分化合物,通常在1克至200克每100kg种子之间,优选在5克至150克每100kg种子之间,如在10克至100克每100kg种子。
本发明还涉及一种预防或控制线虫的方法,包括将预期长出植物的种子在播种前和/或催芽之后用协同增效有效量的本发明所述的组合物处理。
本发明还涉及本发明的组合物用于处理种子以保护所述种子和由其长出的植物免于线虫侵袭的用途。
土壤施用的方法,包括铺展处理、土壤处理、表面处理和熏蒸处理。铺展处理例如包括铺展、喷淋、喷雾、雾化、颗粒施用;土壤处理例如包括土壤灌溉和土壤混合;表面处理包括例如涂布、覆盖;熏蒸处理包括例如在注入土壤后,用聚乙烯膜覆盖土壤。本发明的组合物可以不经稀释施用,也可以用水稀释施用。施用量可基于活性成分化合物,每公顷施用量率一般是每公顷1g至2000g的活性成分,特别是10g/ha至1000g/ha,优选10g/ha至600g/ha,如50g/ha至300g/ha。
本发明的组合物能以例如粉剂、水分散性粒剂和颗粒剂的形式施用。也可通过混于犁垄土中使用;粉剂、水分散性粒剂或颗粒剂等可通过例如床土混合、覆土混合、全部犁垄土混合等方式混入犁垄土中。施用的时间可为在播种前、与播种同时、以及播种后的任一者,并且,也可在覆土之后施用。
对于直接播种于田地的植物,可以直接将本发明的组合物施用于种子,也可以用本发明的组合物处理栽培载体。还可以使用颗粒剂进行散布处理、使用以水稀释或未经水稀释的液体组合物进行土壤注入处理等。
对于待移植栽培植物在播种或育苗期的处理,除了可以直接将本发明的组合物施用于种子,还可以以液体制剂进行育苗用苗床的土壤灌注处理、或以颗粒剂施用。定植时可以施用颗粒剂至栽培穴,以及将颗粒剂掺混于移植处附近的栽培载体中。
本发明的组合物的施用量取决于多种因素,例如,意欲用途、所要控制的线虫、作物生长情况、损害发生趋势、天气、环境条件、制剂、施用方法、施用地的地点、施用时期等等。一种杀线虫组合物,该组合物含有式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺。本发明的式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺的组合存在出人意料的协同线虫毒性效应。

两种活性成分的特定组合的预期作用可使用所谓的"Colby 公式" (参见S.R.Colby, "Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses of HerbicideCombinations “,Weeds 1967,15, 20-22) 如下计算:

Y 是当使用用量为n g/ha或浓度为n ppm的活性化合物B时的活性,表示为占未处理对照的百分率;
E0 是当使用用量为m和n g/ha 或浓度为m 和n ppm 的活性化合物A和B时的活性,
如果实际观察的活性(E)大于预期活性E0,那么该组合具有协同增效作用。
本发明的式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺的组合存在出人意料的协同线虫毒性效应。
以下生物测试例用以说明本发明。但是,本发明并不限于这些实施例。
室内盆栽试验。
将式(I)化合物、氟唑菌酰羟胺的原药分别用丙酮溶解配制单剂的母液,再用含0.1%的Tween-80的水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
将表面消毒后的番茄种子种植在育秧盆中,温度25-30oC条件下种植。选择长势相当的20天左右的番茄幼苗移栽至塑料杯中,每杯一株。杯中所用土壤为沙子,定期浇灌营养液保证番茄植株生长。
塑料杯中移栽的番茄幼苗,待其缓苗后,用打孔器在根系周围打孔(1孔/杯),将分离收集的南方根结线虫二龄幼虫的悬浮液(约500条/杯)注入孔中。接种南方根结线虫后第二天,每盆将供试药剂按照施用剂量灌根至处理区域。每个药剂重复4次,每个重复10株。设清水处理为无药剂对照。并将盆放置于25OC的温室内。试验60天后调查,统计每植株的根结数目。
调查按以下分级标准(以根结数为标准):
0级:根系无根结;
1级:根系有少量根结;
3级:三分之二根系布满根结;
5级:根系布满小根结并有次生根结;
7级:根系数量多,形成须根团。
试验结果见下表
与单独施用的活性成分相比,式(I)化合物与氟唑菌酰羟胺的组合对番茄根结线虫显示出协同增效的作用。

8.一种预防或控制农业中的线虫的方法,其特征在于,包括将权利要求1所述的组合物施用于预期将要发生线虫害的植物、植物种子或用于栽培所述植物的土壤。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,包含式(I)化合物和氟唑菌酰羟胺、填充剂和/或配制助剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物,其配制剂形式为溶液、乳液、乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮液、糊剂、水分散粒剂、悬乳剂、微胶囊剂。
