Optical Character Recognition (OCR) refers to a technique of determining a Character shape by detecting dark and light patterns in an image, and then translating the shape into a computer text by a Character Recognition method; for example, for a paper contract, the characters in the paper contract document can be optically converted into a black-and-white image file, and the characters in the black-and-white image can be converted into a text format by a character detection and character recognition technology; or directly converting the contract image file into a black-and-white contract image file, and converting the characters in the black-and-white contract image into a text format by a character detection and character recognition technology.
The character detection is used for identifying and detecting characters in the contract image, and the character identification technology is used for obtaining characters corresponding to each character image.
It should be noted that the key information in the contract may be selected according to the type of the contract, and may be preset for different types of contracts to extract different key information.
Step S13: and inputting the structured text data in the contract image into a server by utilizing a robot process automation technology.
And according to a preset flow for inputting the structured text data, utilizing a robot flow automation technology to input the structured text data into a server so as to store the structured text data in the server.
Step S14: and processing the structured text data input into the server to generate additional contract information, and initiating a contract signing approval confirmation process according to the additional contract information.
The contract additional information refers to information containing structured text data and reminding items, a contract signing approval confirming process is initiated to business personnel according to the contract additional information, the business personnel confirm whether contract additional content needs to be modified according to key information and reminding item information of the structured text data in the contract additional information, if the business personnel confirm that the contract additional information does not need to be modified, the contract additional information is stored, an additional contract file can be generated according to the contract additional information, and the contract additional process is completed.
In this embodiment, the robot process automation technology and the optical recognition technology can be used to extract the key information in the contract image, automatically approve the contract, generate the additional entry information of the contract, and initiate the contract signing approval confirmation process. The business personnel only need to process the approval confirmation process, so that the repeated labor is reduced, the working efficiency of the business personnel is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
As noted above, processing the contract image using optical recognition techniques, and in some embodiments, processing the contract image using optical recognition techniques, includes: and preprocessing the contract image by using an optical recognition technology to obtain a preprocessed contract image, and performing image segmentation processing on the preprocessed image according to a preset rule by using the optical recognition technology to obtain a segmented contract image.

The binarization of the contract image simply means that the gray value of a pixel point on the contract image is set to be 0 or 255, namely, the whole contract image after processing only has black and white pixel points. A common method is to set a threshold value T, and divide the pixel data of the contract image into two parts, i.e. a pixel group larger than T and a pixel data group smaller than T. The pixel values of the pixel data groups larger than T are set to white (or black), and the pixel values of the pixel data groups smaller than T are set to black (or white).
The threshold T may be set according to actual conditions, or different thresholds may be obtained in a self-adaptive manner according to different contract images by using a self-adaptive threshold method, where the method for obtaining the threshold is not limited.
